回转副摩擦状态的变化对机械设备的运行有着重要影响. 针对回转副摩擦状态的识别问题, 设计了以回转副工作电流为摩擦特征来源的实验方案. 通过采集摩擦过程的回转副驱动电机工作电流信号, 分析实验信号的频域和时频域特征, 建立工作电流的摩擦特征库, 用于训练多分类支持向量机分类器, 并在分类器上完成摩擦状态的识别. 实验结果表明, 经特征提取与降维处理后建立的多分类支持向量机分类器具有近90%的识别正确率, 所提出的实验方案有利于实现远距离信号的采集, 适用实际生产加工.  相似文献

尽管单相驱动的旋转型驻波超声电机的原理样机早巳研制成功,但对这类电机的运动机理的研究却一直局限在定性分析上。本文将从能量角度,根据Hamilton变分原理,定、转子摩擦界面采用纯滑动模型建立了该种电机的数学模型;并根据此模型,用MATLAB语言作了计算机仿真,得到了该种电机的开、关过程动态响应。  相似文献

道路行驶磨损试验结果表明,摩托车传动用滚子链套筒和销轴零件的主要磨损形式是磨粒磨损,并伴随有疲劳磨损的特征.由微观分析和链条的磨损伸长量可知:套筒和销轴的初始表面硬度较高,有利于改善其磨损表面形貌状态和耐磨性;在磨粒磨损机制下,套筒和销轴零件的表面硬度较低,容易产生“犁切”,表面层的循环硬化现象比较明显,磨损严重;在油池润滑条件下,套筒和销轴零件的表面硬度较高,裂纹的扩展速率较快,循环软化现象也较明显,当表面硬度较低时发生循环硬化.循环软化与循环硬化是导致磨损严重的原因之一.  相似文献

In this paper, we first present a learning algorithm for dynamic recurrent Elman neural networks based on a dissimilation particle swarm optimization. The proposed algorithm computes concurrently both the evolution of network structure, weights, initial inputs of the context units, and self-feedback coefficient of the modified Elman network. Thereafter, we introduce and discuss a novel control method based on the proposed algorithm. More specifically, a dynamic identifier is constructed to perform speed identification and a controller is designed to perform speed control for Ultrasonic Motors (USM). Numerical experiments show that the novel identifier and controller based on the proposed algorithm can both achieve higher convergence precision and speed than other state-of-the-art algorithms. In particular, our experiments show that the identifier can approximate the USM's nonlinear input–output mapping accurately. The effectiveness of the controller is verified using different kinds of speeds of constant, step, and sinusoidal types. Besides, a preliminary examination on a randomly perturbation also shows the robust characteristics of the two proposed models.  相似文献

The performance of synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) degrades due to chaos when its systemic parameters fall into a certain area. To control the undesirable chaos in SynRM, a passive control law is presented in this paper, which transforms the chaotic SynRM into an equivalent passive system. It is proved that the equivalent system can be asymptotically stabilized at the set equilibrium point, namely, chaos in SynRM can be controlled. Moreover, in order to eliminate the influence of undeterministic parameters, an adaptive law is introduced into the designed controller. Computer simulation results show that the proposed controller is very effective and robust against the uncertainties in systemic parameters. The present study may help to maintain the secure operation of industrial servo drive system.  相似文献

The stability of the rotor of ultrasonic motor driving fluid directly is a key to its applications and control. This paper introduced the acoustic streaming and acoustic viscous stress near the boundary layer. Following this, the effect of acoustic viscous force on the stability of the rotor of ultrasonic motor driving fluid directly was presented in detail. The result showed that this system can be equivalent to a mass-spring and the spring constant can be used to weigh the stability of the rotor. By this model and relevant experiments, factors that affect the stability of the rotor such as the driving frequency, the rotor's weight and radius, the saturated acoustic streaming velocity, the mode number of stator vibration, the fluid's height and type are investigated and useful guidelines for design and application are obtained.  相似文献

Importance of elastic deformation control to obtain large output force with a surface acoustic wave (SAW) motor is discussed in this paper. By adding pre-load to slider, stator and slider surfaces are deformed in a few tens nanometer. Appropriate deformation in normal direction against normal vibration displacement amplitude of SAW existed. By moderate deformation, the output force of the SAW motor was enlarged up to about 10 N and no-load speed was 0.7 m/s. To produce this performance, the transducer weight and slider size were only 4.2 g and 4 x 4 mm(2).By traveling wave propagation, surface particles of the SAW device move in elliptical motion. Due to the amplitude of the elliptical motion is 10 or 20 nm order, the contact condition of the slider is very critical. To control the contact condition, namely, the elastic deformation of the slider and stator surface in nanometer order, a lot of projections were fabricated on the slider surface. The projection diameter was 20 micro m. In static condition, the elastic deformation and stress were evaluated with the FEM analysis. From this calculation and the simulation result, it is consider that the wave crest is distorted, hence the elasticity has influence on the friction drive condition.Elastic deformation of the stator surface beneath the projection from the initial position were evaluated. In 4 x 4 mm(2) square area, the sliders had from 1089 to 23,409 projections. Depression was independent to the contact pressure. However, the output force depended on the depression although the projection density were different. From the view point of the output power of the motor, the proper depression was independent to the projection density. Around 25 nm depression, the output force and output power were maximized. This depression value was almost same as the vibration displacement amplitude of the stator transducer.  相似文献
