The two-dimensional (2D) materials with nodal line band crossing have been attracting great research interest. However, it remains a challenge to find high-stable nodal line structure in 2D systems. Herein, based on the first-principles calculations and theoretical analysis, we propose that monolayer B6O possesses symmetry protected Dirac nodal line (DNL) state, with its Fermi velocity of 106 m/s in the same order of magnitude as that of graphene. The origin of DNL fermions is induced by coexistence of time-reversal symmetry and inversion symmetry. A two-band tight-binding model is further given to understand the mechanism of DNL. Considering its robustness against spin—orbit coupling (SOC) and high structural stability, these results suggest monolayer B6O as a new platform for realizing future high-speed low-dissipation devices.  相似文献

In this Letter, we construct the quasi-normal modes of three-dimensional extremal black holes in an algebraic way. We show that the infinite towers of the quasi-normal modes of scalar, vector and tensor could be constructed as the descendents of the highest weight modes. Our investigation shows that the hidden conformal symmetry suggested in Chen et al. (2010) [5] is an intrinsic property of the extremal black hole. Moreover, we notice that we need to fix the freedom in defining the local vector fields and find the right hidden conformal symmetry to obtain the physical quasi-normal modes.  相似文献

Carbon black (N234) and silica (Vulksail N) with a silane coupling agent Si-69 were chosen as reinforcing fillers in butyl rubber (IIR). The rheological behavior of the IIR compounds and the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR vulcanizates were investigated with a rubber processing analyzer and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) to examine the filler dispersion in the rubber matrix and the interaction between filler and matrix. The data indicated that the N234 filled IIR compounds had more filler networks than those filled with silica. Filler networks first appeared at 30 phr N234 and 45 phr silica with silane coupling agent Si-69. The interaction between N234 and IIR was far stronger than that between silica and IIR. However, the silica Vulksail N filled IIR had better wet-grip and lower rolling resistance compared to the carbon black-filled IIR should IIR be chosen as a substitute of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) in tire tread. The reinforcing factor, R, R (related to the difference in tan d peak height at Tg for the filled and nonfilled rubbers), also demonstrated that the N234-IIR interaction was stronger than for the silica. IIR with 30 phr N234 exhibited the largest tensile strength, 20.1 MPa, for those vulcanizates examined. The tensile and tear strengths of N234 filled IIR were higher than those of IIR with similar amounts of silica. Thus, it was concluded that N234 is a more active reinforcing filler in IIR than silica (Vulksail N) even with a silane coupling agent (Si-69).  相似文献

In this study, we utilized picosecond pulses from an Nd:YAG laser to investigate the nonlinear optical characteristics of monolayer MoSe2. Two‐step growth involving the selenization of pulsed‐laser‐deposited MoO3 film was employed to yield the MoSe2 monolayer on a SiO2/Si substrate. Raman scattering, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy verified the high optical quality of the monolayer. The second‐order susceptibility χ(2) was calculated to be ~50 pm V?1 at the second harmonic wavelength ~810 nm, which is near the optical gap of the monolayer. Interestingly, our wavelength‐dependent second harmonic scan can identify the bound excitonic states including negatively charged excitons much more efficiently, compared with the PL method at room temperature. Additionally, the MoSe2 monolayer exhibits a strong laser‐induced damage threshold ~16 GW cm?2 under picosecond‐pulse excitation. Our findings suggest that monolayer MoSe2 can be considered as a promising candidate for high‐power, thin‐film‐based nonlinear optical devices and applications.  相似文献

A theory of (1+1)-dimensional gravity is constructed on the basis of the teleparallel equivalent of general relativity.The fundamental field variables are the tetrad fields e i μ and the gravity is attributed to the torsion.A dilatonic spherically symmetric exact solution of the gravitational field equations characterized by two parameters M and Q is derived.The energy associated with this solution is calculated using the two-dimensional gravitational energy-momentum formula.  相似文献

By the statistical entropy of the Dirac field of the static spherically symmetric black hole, the result is obtained that the radiation energy flux of the black hole is proportional to the quartic of the temperature of its event horizon. That is, the thermal radiation of the black hole always satisfies the generalised Stenfan--Boltzmann law. The derived generalised Stenfan--Boltzmann coefficient is no longer a constant. When the cut-off distance and the thin film thickness are both fixed, it is a proportional coefficient related to the space--time metric near the event horizon and the average radial effusion velocity of the radiation particles from the thin film. Finally, the radiation energy fluxes and the radiation powers of the Schwarzschild black hole and the Reissner--Nordstrõm black hole are derived, separately.  相似文献

Based on the work of Kerner and Mann, fermions tunneling from the Horowitz-Strominger Dilaton black hole on the membrane is studied. Owing to the coupling among electromagnetic field, matter field and gravity field, the Dirac equation of charged particles is introduced, and according to that, the expected emission temperature is obtained. After the self-gravitational interaction is considered, it is found that the tunneling rate of fermions also satisfies the underlying Unitary theory as the case of scalar particles.
