氯化钪-氯化钠-氯化钾熔盐制备新工艺研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3
研究了以Sc2O3为原料,盐酸回流溶解后与NaCl,KCl,NH4Cl溶液混合,经蒸发浓缩、结晶、真空预脱水,再在氩气保护下分段升温脱水、升华除去过量NI-hCl后制备ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐的新工艺。研究表明,添加NH4Cl后加热脱水时,NH4Cl分解产生的HCl气体能抑制ScCl3水合物加热过程中的水解,溶解产生的水不溶性钪,从而有效地防止了Sc2O3等水不溶化合物的生成。制备的ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐脱水完全、水不溶性钪含量很低,能满足熔盐金属热还原法制备金属钪及铝钪中间合金对熔盐原料的要求。 相似文献

ABSTRACTCo-crystallization frequently employs forces such as hydrogen bonds, halogen bonds, and π-π stacking to assemble molecules in a multi-component crystal. In an effort to increase the strength of the intermolecular interaction between the anti-cholesterol drug bezafibrate (BEZA), a wastewater contaminant, and hydrogen-bond-acceptor molecules, we modified the pKa values of the acceptors. Here, we describe the first series of salts incorporating BEZA and achieve a variety of supramolecular architectures including discrete assemblies, 1D chains, tapes, and 2D sheets. We discuss exceptions to the pKa rule, and demonstrate that the presence of hydrogen-bond-donor atoms on the acceptor molecule supports salt formation. 相似文献

制备了负载铬酸氢根的季铵树脂,研究了以该树脂为氧化剂将糠醇氧化为糠醛的反应,考察了温度,时间、溶剂,树脂与醇的摩尔比对该氧化反应的影响。在优化反应条件下,即以苯为溶剂,n(树脂):n(醇)=3.5:1,反应回流10h,糠醛产率达75%,实验中铬酸氢根季铵树脂选择性地将糠醇氧化为糠醛,表明它是一种有效的、可套用的氧化剂。 相似文献

Heat capacities of the Pb2xSn2(1-x)P2Se6 crystals (x=0, 0.098, 0.251, 0.402 and 1.0) were measured using an adiabatic calorimeter at temperatures between 10 and 350 K. In the
crystal of x=0, two heat capacity anomalies corresponding to the ferroelectric commensurate - intermediate incommensurate(C-IC) phase
transition temperature T
i, and the incommensurate - paraelectric (IC-N) phase transition temperature T
c, were observed at 193.24±0.10 and 220.07±0.15 K, respectively. The phase transition temperatures decreased with an increase
in Pb2+ concentration. The anomaly at Ti disappeared at x=0.251 in the mixed systems of the Pb2xSn2(1-x)P2Se6. In the crystal of Pb2P2Se6 (x=1.0), no phase transition was observed. The normal heat capacities for the mixed crystals were determined by least squares
fitting of the Debye and Einstein functions to the experimental data. The anomalous heat capacities gave the phase transition
entropies of 8.5 and 1.5 J mol-1 K-1 for x=0. The large transition entropies are consistent with an order-disorder mechanism in the ferroelectric-paraelectric phase
transitions in x=0.

A rapid and simple method, the so-called stearic acid method (SAM) was developed to prepare nanostructured TiO2/SnO2 binary oxides by combustion of stearic acid precursors. The preparative process was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). During the preparative process, metal precursors were dispersed in stearic acid at molecular level. Microstructure of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), BET specific surface area measurement and the results were compared with those obtained by conventional sol-gel method. The photocatalytic decomposition of methyl orange was used as a model system to determine the relative influences of the preparation method and the concentration of SnO2 on the photocatalytic activities. It was found that preparative methods affected the crystalline structure of TiO2/SnO2 powders and the anatase phase of TiO2 was stabilized by the addition of SnO2 in SAM. The samples prepared by SAM showed better dispersity, larger specific surface area and the TiO2/SnO2 (r=0.15, SAM) catalyst showed higher photocatalytic activity than Degussa P25. 相似文献

The excess molar volume VE, shear viscosity deviation Δη and excess Gibbs energy of activation ΔG∗E of viscous flow have been investigated by using density (ρ) and shear viscosity (η) measurements for isobutyric acid + water (IBA+W) mixtures over the entire range of mole fractions at five different temperatures,
both near and close to the critical temperature (2.055K ≤ (T−Tc)≤ 13.055K). The results were also fitted with the Redlich–Kister equation. This system exhibited very large negative values
of VE and very large positive values of Δη due to increased hydrogen bonding interactions and correlation length between unlike molecules in the critical region and
to very large differences between the molar volumes of the pure components at low temperatures. The activation parameters
ΔH∗ and ΔS∗ have been also calculated and show that the critical region has an important effect on the volumetric properties. 相似文献
