In this paper, an ensemble template algorithm is proposed to extract targets from blurred infrared images. First, the image pixels are divided according to their gray values into three pixel sets, a target set, a background set and the third set without class label. Second, the neighborhood statistical characteristics for each pixel are calculated as its template features. Third, ensemble detectors are designed using target pixels and background pixels based on their template features, and these ensemble detectors are used to detect the third pixel set. To evaluate the performance of the proposed extraction algorithm, this paper compares the ensemble template with other extraction algorithms using blurred infrared image of hand trace. Experimental results show that the ensemble template algorithm proposed in this paper exhibits better extraction performance. 相似文献

Proposed in this paper is a simple square-lattice photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with nearly zero flattened dispersion (NZFD) over a wide wavelength span. We make a trade-off between the coupling efficiency and the effective mode area in order to obtain relatively low confinement loss and high nonlinearity. Via full-vector finite element method with hybrid edge/node elements, over 1137–1710 nm, the dispersion coefficient is 0.3 ± 0.3 ps/(km nm), the confinement loss is relatively low, in level of 10−7–10−4 dB/km and the effective mode area remains 5.88–6.59 μm2. 相似文献

A stable single longitudinal mode (SLM) fiber ring laser that incorporates polarization maintaining erbium doped fiber (PM EDF) acting as gain medium and saturable absorber is proposed and demonstrated. Both theoretical deviation and experimental result prove that optical intensity is time invariant when the laser operates in single longitudinal mode, the SLM operation can be approximately verified by optical intensity analysis, which is practical to analyze longitudinal mode in the application of engineering. The linewidth of the fiber ring laser is measured by the delayed self-heterodyne interferometery, and an acousto-optic frequency shifter is employed to shift the lasing frequency and eliminate zero frequency interfere. The SLM operation is verified by the scanning Fabry–Perot interferometer, whereas the lasing frequency drift slowly during a period of 2 h, PM EDF is proved to be effective on suppressing mode hopping and selecting longitudinal mode. 相似文献

Phase synchronization (PS) in a periodically pump-modulated two-mode solid state laser is investigated. Although PS in the laser system has been demonstrated in response to a periodic modulation with the main relaxation oscillation (RO) frequency of the free-running laser, little is known about the case of modulation with minor RO frequencies. In this Letter, the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method is utilized to decompose the laser time series into a set of orthogonal modes and to examine the intrinsic PS near the frequency of the second RO. Synthetic routes have been developed to a number of (thio) squaraine dyes containing the residues of CH‐acids at the central cyclobutene ring. The electronic and spatial structure as well as the chemical conversions and optical behaviour of the compounds obtained have been studied both theoretically and by X‐ray diffraction analysis, 1H NMR and electronic spectroscopy. As shown, the electronic nature and sterical characteristics of the central ring substituents give rise to some general conformational features and crystal packing regularities and also govern the spectral position of the first π–π* absorption band. 基于三能级速率方程理论,结合惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射积分公式,利用分步光束传播方法建立了半导体泵浦碱金属蒸气激光器(DPAL)端面泵浦3D理论计算模型,用于模拟研究铷蒸气激光器的泵浦阈值特性。该模型将光束传播、光与物质相互作用独立考虑,利用迭代算法求解。考虑激光器腔内模式与泵浦光模式匹配对阈值特性的影响,模拟了单端泵浦铷蒸气激光器内部的三维动力学过程。在具体算例中研究了模式匹配最佳时,在阈值工作状态下铷蒸气室中的三维粒子数分布,以及沿不同轴线的增益分布。仿真了在最佳模式匹配位置附近,泵浦光模式变化对阈值特性的影响。根据蒸气池中粒子数分布和光场分布具体分析了模式匹配影响阈值特性的机理。同时还模拟了不同长度蒸气池对阈值特性的影响。结果表明,腔参数与泵浦光模式之间存在一定的关系,对于特定的泵浦光模式,存在恰当的腔参数,使得阈值达到最小。 相似文献

Different charging behaviors between electrons and holes in Si nanocrystals embedded in SiN_x matrix by the influence of near-interface oxide traps 下载免费PDF全文
Si-rich silicon nitride films are prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition method,followed by thermal annealing to form the Si nanocrystals(Si-NCs)embedded in Si Nx floating gate MOS structures.The capacitance–voltage(C–V),current–voltage(I–V),and admittance–voltage(G–V)measurements are used to investigate the charging characteristics.It is found that the maximum flat band voltage shift(△VFB)due to full charged holes(~6.2 V)is much larger than that due to full charged electrons(~1 V).The charging displacement current peaks of electrons and holes can be also observed by the I–V measurements,respectively.From the G–V measurements we find that the hole injection is influenced by the oxide hole traps which are located near the Si O2/Si-substrate interface.Combining the results of C–V and G–V measurements,we find that the hole charging of the Si-NCs occurs via a two-step tunneling mechanism.The evolution of G–V peak originated from oxide traps exhibits the process of hole injection into these defects and transferring to the Si-NCs. 相似文献
