生物质衍生物乙酰丙酸是生物质转化过程中重要的平台分子,对其进行催化加氢可以得到高附加值的产物,是连接生物质转化和石油化工的重要途径。本实验研究了无溶剂微波辅助热解法绿色制备负载型钌基催化剂,以Ru3(CO)12为金属前体,碳纳米管、椰壳活性炭和活性氧化铝为催化剂载体,该制备方法简单易操作,环保高效低能耗,不使用溶剂,避免了杂质的引入和对催化剂的污染,是一种新型负载型贵金属催化剂的制备方法。同样采取传统浸渍法制备Ru/γ-Al2O3-IM。在乙酰丙酸水相催化加氢反应中的催化活性顺序为Ru/AC > Ru/CNT ≈ Ru/FCNT > Ru/γ-Al2O3-MW ≈ Ru/γ-Al2O3-IM。比较不同反应溶液水、甲醇、乙醇、苯甲醚、环己烷和丙酮等对于乙酰丙酸催化加氢反应的影响,并通过考察反应温度、反应压力和反应物初始浓度等因素对加氢反应的影响,确定最佳实验条件为:反应温度为90℃,反应压力2.0 MPa,适宜反应物浓度为0.10 g/mL,产品GVL收率大于99%。  相似文献

通过静电纺丝技术制备了多孔软硬磁Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4/SrFe_(12)O_(19)复合纤维,利用综合热重分析仪(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)等对复合纤维的晶体结构、微观形貌和电磁性能进行了表征,研究了不同软硬磁质量比对纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明:900℃下制备的复合纤维具有立体多孔结构,软硬磁质量比为1∶3时,复合纤维的比表面积达到55 m~2·g~(-1)。吸波性能测试结果显示,当吸波剂涂层厚度为3.5 mm时,复合纤维在10.6 GHz处反射损失(RL)值达到-31.9 dB,在2~18 GHz频率范围内,RL值小于-10 dB的吸收带宽达到10.5 GHz,覆盖了整个X波段(8.2~12.4 GHz)和Ku波段(12.4~18 GHz),显示出优异的宽波段吸收性能。  相似文献

Poly(butylene succinate) urethane ionomer (PBSUIs) foams with nano‐microcellular morphology were fabricated using supercritical CO2 (sc‐CO2) at different parameters. Effect of urethane ionic group (UIG) content (ranged from 1% to 5%) on the rheology and crystallization of PBSUIs were evaluated by intrinsic, dynamic rheological, X‐ray diffraction, and differential scanning calorimetry measurements. The results show that the complex viscosity of PBSUIs vastly improved, while their intrinsic viscosity and crystallinity decreased. They also evidenced that CO2 promoted the formation of crystallites in the amorphous and increased the Xc of PBSU and PBSUIs foams. Scanning electron microscope was employed to explore the influences of UIG content and foaming parameters on the morphologies of PBSUIs microcellular foams, and it revealed that UIG content was the dominated factor. The cell size and cell densities of PBSUIs microcellular foams were smaller than 5.0 micrometers and higher than 1.5 × 1010 cells/cm3, respectively, even foamed at diverse variations of foam temperature and pressure. Interestingly, PBSUIs with 3% and 5% UIG content achieved microcellular foams in nano‐cells, high‐stretched elliptical shape. The mechanism was ascribed that these PBSUIs with high melt viscosities could retard the CO2 bubbles to merge during the foam process and induce the cells to stretch and orient in depressururization direction. This study proposed a novel method for fabricating PBS nano‐microcellular foams.  相似文献

The rapid preparation of an atrazine‐imprinted polymer in a cost‐effective custom‐made microwave reactor was demonstrated. The polymerization reaction was accelerated by microwave heating, and the preparation time was greatly shortened (to 1 h). The resulting polymer was successfully applied as solid‐phase extraction adsorbent for the selective extraction and preconcentration of atrazine in environmental water samples. The binding capacity of the polymer was 1.11 mg/g polymer. The polymer provided selectivity with higher recovery of atrazine than of other interfering related contaminants. The proposed method had good limits of detection and quantitation at 0.20 and 0.60 ng/mL, respectively. The recoveries were from 83 to 89% at two spiking levels, with relative standard deviations less than 5%. This method was successfully applied to determine the atrazine levels in environmental water samples.  相似文献

A comprehensive kinetic model based on the method of moments is developed for understanding the kinetics of activators regenerated by electron transfer atom transfer radical polymerization (ARGET ATRP) under microwave irradiation. Both the experimental data and the simulation results show that the polymerization under microwave irradiation is much faster than the thermal polymerization. Simulation results indicate that the acceleration of polymerization can be attributed to the increase of propagation rate coefficient and the radical generation by microwave irradiation. Kinetic behaviors, such as the effect of catalyst concentration and initial initiator, are investigated in detail. Results show that the catalyst concentration has negligible influence on polymerization rate while the initiator concentration can affect both the molecular weight and the reaction rate. In conclusion, this work thoroughly investigates the kinetic mechanism of ARGET ATRP under microwave irradiation, providing both theoretic and experimental supports to improve the product property of polymer materials.  相似文献

An efficent access to a series of N‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)amines, namely (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(4‐chlorobenzylidene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H16ClN3, (7a), (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(2,4‐dichlorobenzylidene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H15Cl2N3, (7b), (E)‐1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(pyridin‐4‐ylmethylene)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C15H16N4, (7c), 1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(4‐chlorobenzyl)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H18ClN3, (8a), and 1‐tert‐butyl‐5‐[(2,4‐dichlorobenzyl)amino]‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile, C16H17Cl2N3, (8b), by a two‐step synthesis sequence (solvent‐free condensation and reduction) starting from 5‐amino‐1‐tert‐butyl‐1H‐pyrrole‐3‐carbonitrile is described. The syntheses proceed via isolated N‐(pyrrol‐2‐yl)imines, which are also key synthetic intermediates of other valuable compounds. The crystal structures of the reduced compounds showed a reduction in the symmetry compared with the corresponding precursors, viz. Pbcm to P from compound (7a) to (8a) and P21/c to P from compound (7b) to (8b), probably due to a severe change in the molecular conformations, resulting in the loss of planarity observed in the nonreduced compounds. In all of the crystals, the supramolecular assembly is controlled mainly by strong (N,C)—H…N hydrogen bonds. However, in the case of (7a)–(7c), C—H…Cl interactions are strong enough to help in the three‐dimensional architecture, as observed in Hirshfeld surface maps.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the quantitative elemental analysis of Mentha longifolia L. leaves collected from different cities in Saudi Arabia using total reflection X-ray fluorescence. Using a microwave digestion system, 100?mg of each sample was completely digested using 3?mL of nitric acid and 2?mL of hydrogen peroxide. The stabilization of the digested samples on the silicon reflectors was studied using a silicone solution and polyvinyl alcohol. 5?µL of either silicone solution or polyvinyl alcohol (1% m/v) was pipetted and dried on the silicon reflector prior to the deposition of the digested samples. It was recognized that there is some enhancement on the intensity of the peak area with the silicone solution at photon energies less than 11?keV. However, the obtained results confirm the ability of using silicone solution or polyvinyl alcohol (1% m/v) as the stabilizer prior to the deposition of the sample droplet on the quartz reflector. However, the silicone solution was more applicable. Based on the developed method, 15 elements were quantified, namely, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Br, Rb, Sr, and Ba. Based on the present quantitative analysis results, M. longifolia samples collected from Al-Madina city had the highest concentration of P, Cl, K, Ti, Fe, Ni, and Cu. The lowest concentrations of P, S, Cl, K, Mn, Ni, and Br were found in Taif-Shafa.  相似文献

A relation between the Euler characteristics of the Milnorfibres of a real analytic function is derived from a simple identity involvingcomplex monodromy and complex conjugation. A corollary is the result of Costeand Kurdyka that the Euler characteristic of the local link of an irreduciblealgebraic subset of a real algebraic set is generically constant modulo 4. 采用一种特殊微波合成法,流变相辅助微波合成法,制备了结晶度好、纯度高的尖晶石相的锂离子电池正极材料LiAl0.03Mn1.97O4。对其进行了XRD分析和SEM研究,并就结构、形貌与传统固相法制备的LiMn2O4、LiAl0.03Mn1.97O4进行了比较。采用这种流变相辅助微波合成法制备的LiAl0.03Mn1.97O4具有优良的电化学性能,电化学性能测试表明,这种材料具有比较高的首次放电容量(115mAh/g)以及良好的可逆性、优异的循环性能,25次循环结束比容量几乎不变,保持在115mAh/g左右,衰减性得到很好的改善。  相似文献

An accurate semi-experimental equilibrium structure of 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) has been determined combining experiment and theory. The cm-wave rotational spectrum of 8-HQ was recorded in a pulsed supersonic jet using broadband dual-path reflection and narrowband Fabry-Perot-type resonator Fourier-transform microwave spectrometers. Accurate rotational and quartic centrifugal distortion constants and 14N quadrupole coupling constants are determined. Rotational constants of all 13C, 18O and 15N singly substituted isotopologues in natural abundance and those of a chemically synthesized OD isotopologue were used to obtain geometric parameters for all the heavy atoms and the hydroxyl hydrogen from a number of structure determination models. Theoretical approaches allowed for the determination of a semi-experimental equilibrium structure, in which computed rovibrational and electronic corrections were utilized to convert vibrational ground state constants into equilibrium constants. Despite the molecule having only a horizontal plane of symmetry and possessing 11 individual heavy atoms, microwave spectroscopy has allowed for a reliable and accurate structure determination. A mass dependent, structure was determined and proved to be equally reliable by comparison with the B3LYP-D3(BJ)/aVTZ equilibrium structure.  相似文献
