使用粒子模拟程序对30 fs超短超强激光在均匀与抛物型两种密度分布等离子体中的传输, 以及在稳定传输状态下尾场的电子注入与加速形成的电子能谱进行了模拟与分析. 固定入射激光束斑尺寸, 在(0.4-2)×1019/cm3等离子体密度范围, 对比分析了归一化峰值强度从1-6范围的激光脉冲在上述两种密度分布等离子 体中传输时激光束斑尺寸的演化, 结果表明抛物型分布的等离子体密度通道能够对超短超强脉冲实现良好的导引, 有利于高能电子加速. 对于较高密度情况,即使在均匀等离子体中依靠相对论自聚 焦等机制也可以实现良好的自导引传输,有利于实验简化以及产生更大电量的加速电子. 相似文献

A steady state analysis of the nonclassical features and statistical properties of the cavity radiation of a two-photon coherent beat laser is presented. Results show that the degree of two-mode squeezing, detectable entanglement and intensity of the cavity radiation can increase with the deviation of the phase fluctuations of the laser employed in preparing the atoms, but decrease with the increasing rate at which the induced coherence superposition decays. Although it is found that varying the phase fluctuations and dephasing can lead to modification in the quantum features and statistical properties of the radiation, it does not alter the similarity in the nature of the degree of entanglement detectable by the criteria following from Duan-Giedke-Cirac-Zoller and logarithmic negativity in a perceivable manner. Since the intensity and quantum features can be readily enhanced, this system is expected to be a viable source of a strong robust entangled (squeezed) light under various conditions. Moreover, comparison of the mean number of photon pairs with intensity difference shows that the chance of inciting a two-photon process can be enhanced by changing the rate of dephasing and phase fluctuations. 相似文献

The solid-state medium containing pyrromethene 567 (PM567) in a polymethylmethacrylate polymer host is shown to lase under the flash lamp excitation. The experimental setup is an ordinary industrial product without special design. The bulk transmission losses, the output energy, and the other lasing properties are compared. The medium with the lowest transmission loss, measured to be 0.392 %/cm at 633 nm, gives a laser output of 130 mJ with a slope efficiency of 0.082%. 相似文献

We report an efficient continuous-wave (CW) tunable intra-cavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator based on the multi-period periodically poled lithium niobate and using a laser diode (LD) end-pumped CW 1064 nm Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump source. A highly efficiency CW operation is realized through a careful cavity design for mode matching and thermal stability. The signal tuning range is 1401-1500 nm obtained by varying the domain period. The maximum output power of 2.2 W at 1500 nm is obtained with a 17.1 W 808 nm LD power and the corresponding conversion efficiency is 12.9%. 相似文献

In this paper,we investigate laser cleaning using a flattened top laser to remove paint coating from a metal substrate.Under the irradiation of a flattened top laser,the coating paint of the metal substrate can be removed efficiently by laser induced ablation,stress,and displacement force.The temperature distribution,stress,and displacement are calculated in the coating layer and substrate using finite element analysis.The effects of a Gaussian laser and a flattened top laser and the results of different diameters of laser spot are compared.The investigation shows that the flattened top laser can reduce the substrate damage and enhance the cleaning efficiency.This method meets the need of large area industrial cleaning applications by optimizing the flattened top laser parameters. 相似文献

Lasers are an efficient technology, which can be applied for the surface treatment of polymeric biomaterials to enhance insufficient surface properties. That is, the surface chemistry and topography of biomaterials can be modulated to increase the biofunctionality of that material. By employing CO2 laser patterning and whole area processing of nylon 6,6 this paper details how the surface properties were significantly modified. Samples, which had undergone whole area processing, followed the current theory in which the advancing contact angle, θ, with water decreased and the polar component, γp, increased upon an increase in surface roughness. For the patterned samples it was observed that θ increased and γP decreased. This did not follow the current theory and can be explained by a mixed-state wetting regime. By seeding osteoblast cells onto the samples for 24 h and 4 days the laser surface treatment gave rise to modulated cell response. For the laser whole area processing, θ and γP correlated with the observed cell count and cover density. Owed to the wetting regime, the patterned samples did not give rise to any correlative trend. As a result, CO2 laser whole area processing is more likely to allow one to predict biofunctionality prior to cell seeding. Moreover, for all samples, cell differentiation was evidenced. On account of this and the modulation in cell response, it has been shown that laser surface treatment lends itself to changing the biofunctional properties of nylon 6,6. 相似文献

We report the first experimental demonstration of efficient and high-power operation of a Ti:sapphire laser pumped by a simple, compact, continuous-wave (cw) fiber-laser-based green source. The pump radiation is obtained by direct single-pass second-harmonic-generation (SHG) of a 33 W, cw Yb-fiber laser in a 30-mm-long MgO:sPPLT crystal, providing 11 W of single-frequency green power at 532 nm in TEM00 spatial profile with power and frequency stability better than 3.3% and 32 MHz, respectively, over 1 h. The Ti:sapphire laser is continuously tunable across 743-970 nm and can deliver an output power up to 2.7 W with a slope efficiency as high as 32.8% under optimum output coupling of 20%. The laser output has a TEM00 spatial profile with M2<1.44 across the tuning range and exhibits a peak-to-peak power fluctuation below 5.1% over 1 h. 相似文献

The ultimate goal of this research was to characterize the ablation depth with respect to pulse energy, translation speed, and consecutive passes in order to obtain the parameters to have smooth microchannel surfaces. A logarithmic dependence of the channel depth on the laser pulse energy was observed with two different distinct ablation regimes. Although the same fluence values were used with two different lens sizes, the slopes of these ablation regimes were quite different. 100 mm lens has a small optical penetration length with steeper ablation slope in the first regime, whereas the 15 mm lens has the opposite. In the second part of the ablation regime, the slope was lower for 100 mm lens as compared to 15 mm lens. Furthermore, spike formation has been seen in 100 mm lens study at 0.308, 0.370, 0.431, and 0.493 J/cm2 fluence values yet no spike formations have been seen in 15 mm lens study. 相似文献

The laser detection technology in uncertain and dynamic environments is of utmost importance in many fields. A model of transient radiative transfer of bidirectional path laser based on Monte Carlo method is developed to investigate the optimum wavelength of active detector at complex atmospheric conditions. The radiative parameters of atmosphere are calculated by HITRAN database and Mie theory at several typical atmospheric conditions including the standard atmosphere, urban aerosol, and radiation fog. Transmission characteristics for five spectral bands at the above atmospheric conditions are calculated by this model. The optimal transmission ability occurred in bands 0.2–0.5, 1.4–1.6, and 0.75–1.25 μm on the condition of standard atmosphere, urban aerosol, and radiation fog, respectively. All results provide effective reference and basic support for choosing the optimal spectral band for active detection. 相似文献
