Hopf Bifurcation Control of a Hyperchaotic Circuit System

This paper is concerned with the Hopf bifurcation control of a new hyperchaotic circuit system. The stability of the hyperchaotie circuit system depends on a selected control parameter is studied, and the critical value of the system parameter at which Hopf bifurcation occurs is investigated. Theoretical analysis give the stability of the Hopf bifurcation. In particular, washout filter aided feedback controllers are designed for delaying the bifurcation point and ensuring the stability of the bifurcated limit cycles. An important feature of the control laws is that they do not result in any change in the set of equilibria. Computer simulation results are presented to confirm the analytical predictions.     

Number-phase quantization of a mesoscopic RLC circuit

With the help of the time-dependent Lagrangian for a damped harmonic oscillator, the quantization of mesoscopic RLC circuit in the context of a number-phase quantization scheme is realized and the corresponding Hamiltonian operator is obtained. Then the evolution of the charge number and phase difference across the capacity are obtained. It is shown that the number-phase analysis is useful to tackle the quantization of some mesoscopic circuits and dynamical equations of the corresponding operators.     

基于虚拟仪器三维多涡卷混沌电路的研究

介绍了基于虚拟仪器的三维多涡卷混沌系统,给出了三维多涡卷混沌电路的实验方案.利用此方案进行实验,证明此实验系统具有良好的实验效果.     

铁氧体磁芯感应加速腔模型

 针对铁氧体磁芯,建立了以多层有损传输线为基础的同轴感应加速腔物理模型,并在短脉冲励磁条件下,通过低压及高压实验,结合PSpice电路模拟,对模型的准确性进行了验证,并由此间接推算出了铁氧体磁芯在不同情况下的平均脉冲磁导率和介电常数。实验和模拟结果显示,该模型能够准确地反映铁氧体磁芯感应腔在脉冲励磁下的动态物理过程,为感应加速腔实验结果分析、结构优化设计及磁芯性能选取提供了准确有效的方法。     

Transport properties of a single-quantum dot Aharonov-Bohm interferometer

We consider a two-terminal Aharonov-Bohm (AB) interferometer with a quantum dot inserted in one path of the AB ring. We investigate the transport properties of this system in and out of the Kondo regime. We utilize perturbation theory to calculate the electron self-energy of the quantum dot with respect to the intradot Coulomb interaction. We show the expression of the Kondo temperature as a function of the AB phase together with its dependence on other characteristics such as the linewidth of the ring and the finite Coulomb interaction and the energy levels of the quantum dot. The current oscillates periodically as a function of the AB phase. The amplitude of the current oscillation decreases with increasing Coulomb interaction. For a given temperature, the electron transport through the AB interferometer can be selected to be in or out of the Kondo regime by changing the magnetic flux threading perpendicular to the AB ring of the system.     

含有无伴电压源电路中节点电压法的研究

介绍并比较了用节点电压法分析、求解含有无伴电压源及无伴受控电压源电路的3种方法．改进的节点电压法将受控源和独立电源一样对待,同时简化了列写方程的过程,减少了方程的数量,因此,极大地简化了问题的求解难度．对于含有超级节点的电路,此方法具有其他方法无法比拟的优越性．     

基于RBF神经网络的磨矿粒度软测量模型及实现

磨矿分级作业是选矿生产中的重要环节,磨矿粒度的好坏直接影响浮选的精矿品位和尾矿回收率;在实际生产中粒度的测量有在线粒度分析仪,但存在成本高、维修率高,离线实验室化验又有时间延迟大的问题;对实际磨矿分级作业过程进行了分析,提出用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络建立磨矿粒度软测量模型,采用正交最小二乘法(OLS)算法对网络进行训练学习,泛化校验;仿真结果表明,在较少训练数据下该网络非线性处理能力和逼近能力依然很强,学习时间短,模型基本符合要求;通过OPC技术将Matlab与PKS控制系统相结合,实现实时软测量磨矿粒度。     

装备电子设备边界扫描系列标准及测试性设计技术研究

随着新一代电子产品的复杂化和密集程度的不断提高,电路和系统的可测试性急剧下降,传统测试技术已经不能满足需要。针对我国军用电子设备的测试及诊断工作需求,通过对IEEE1149系列边界扫描测试标准进行了研究分析,分析各标准的特征范围、适用对象、各标准相互关系,可以分析梳理IEEE1149标准在我国军用电子设备测试性设计中的可行性和适用性,探索得到将边界扫描技术在测试性设计上的应用思路。将边界扫描技术应用于电子设备不同范围的测试设计,能有效地解决传统测试性设计的问题,能够提升诊断能力,缩减产品生产周期及研制费用。     

Probabilistic Teleportation of an Arbitrary Two-Particle State and Its Quantum Circuits

Two simple schemes for probabilistic teleportation of an arbitrary unknown two-particle state using a non-maximally entangled EPR pair and a non-maximally entangled GHZ state as quantum channels are proposed. After receiving Alice's Bell state measurement results, Bob performs a collective unitary transformation on his inherent particles without introducing the auxiliary qubit. The original state can be probabilistically teleported. Meanwhile, quantum circuits for realization of successful teleportation are also presented.     

相干介观系统中散粒噪声的Monte Carlo模拟方法研究

根据电荷通过低温量子导体时具有的二项分布导致散粒噪声这一结论,结合Landauer电流公式的物理内涵建立了相干介观系统中的散粒噪声模型,并通过Monte Carlo模拟方法产生了散粒噪声时间序列.介观系统中散粒噪声的抑制来源于电子输运时的相关性,传输本征值双峰分布导致量子混沌腔和无序金属中的散粒噪声抑制.根据这两个结论,通过Monte Carlo模拟定性地分析了传输本征值分布与电子输运相关性之间的关系. 关键词： 散粒噪声 Landauer公式 介观系统
