Based on the diffusion action of gallium in silicon and SiO2 ,a diffusion model of gallium doping in bare silicon system and SiO_2/Si system is first presented in this paper ,the gallium doping effect in the two systems is analyzed theoretically. Experiments and applications have proved that the use of the open-tube gallium deffusion in SiO2/Si system can substantially improve diffusion quality and device characteristics .  相似文献

测定了四元体系ErCl3-CdCl2-HCl-H2O(298.15K)的相平衡溶度数据, 绘制了相应的溶度图. 该四元体系是由4 个固相区CdCl2·H2O(原始盐)、9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O、CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O、ErCl3·6H2O(原始盐)组成的复杂 体系. 对两个新物相化合物9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O 和CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O 进行了XRD、TG-DTG 和荧光光谱研究.结果表明, 两个新物相化合物均具有荧光和上转换发光性能; 化合物9CdCl2·2ErCl3·29H2O通过3 步失去其结晶水, CdCl2·7ErCl3·42H2O 则1 步失去其结晶水.  相似文献

This paper, Using potentiometric method, first reports the oscillating behavior of five amino acids (L-methionine, L-cystine, L-tryptophan, L-serine, L-tyrosine) in a new oscillating system of amino acid-BrO_3~--Mn~(2+)-H_2SO_4-acetone. The effect of many factors on oscillation have been investigated. According to Arrhenius equation, the apparent activation energy of the oscillatary induction period and oscillation period of five oscillating systems are obtained within temperature range of 20~37 ℃.  相似文献

We report the design and validation of a fast empirical function for scoring RNA-ligand interactions, and describe its implementation within RiboDock, a virtual screening system for automated flexible docking. Building on well-known protein-ligand scoring function foundations, features were added to describe the interactions of common RNA-binding functional groups that were not handled adequately by conventional terms, to disfavour non-complementary polar contacts, and to control non-specific charged interactions. The results of validation experiments against known structures of RNA-ligand complexes compare favourably with previously reported methods. Binding modes were well predicted in most cases and good discrimination was achieved between native and non-native ligands for each binding site, and between native and non-native binding sites for each ligand. Further evidence of the ability of the method to identify true RNA binders is provided by compound selection ('enrichment factor') experiments based around a series of HIV-1 TAR RNA-binding ligands. Significant enrichment in true binders was achieved amongst high scoring docking hits, even when selection was from a library of structurally related, positively charged molecules. Coupled with a semi-automated cavity detection algorithm for identification of putative ligand binding sites, also described here, the method is suitable for the screening of very large databases of molecules against RNA and RNA-protein interfaces, such as those presented by the bacterial ribosome.  相似文献

In a sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) micellar solution, the rate of coupling of a diazonium ion with N-(1- naphthyl)ethylenediamine (NED) increases greatly, the protonation of the resulting azo dyes takes place at higher pH values and the dyes are more soluble. These favourable features were applied to the development of a simple flow-injection spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of diazotizable substances of pharmaceutical interest. Limits of detection in the range 0.2–0.5 μg ml?1 (signal-to-noise ratio=3), with relative standard deviation of 0.7–3% (n=3) for 5 μg ml?1 standards, were obtained.  相似文献

Protein kinases are an important class of enzymes controlling virtually all cellular signaling pathways. Consequently, selective inhibitors of protein kinases have attracted significant interest as potential new drugs for many diseases. Computational methods, including molecular docking, have increasingly been used in the inhibitor design process [1]. We have considered several docking packages in order to strengthen our kinase inhibitor work with computational capabilities. In our experience, AutoDock offered a reasonable combination of accuracy and speed, as opposed to methods that specialize either in fast database searches or detailed and computationally intensive calculations.However, AutoDock did not perform well in cases where extensive hydrophobic contacts were involved, such as docking of SB203580 to its target protein kinase p38. Another shortcoming was a hydrogen bonding energy function, which underestimated the attraction component and, thus, did not allow for sufficiently accurate modeling of the key hydrogen bonds in the kinase-inhibitor complexes.We have modified the parameter set used to model hydrogen bonds, which increased the accuracy of AutoDock and appeared to be generally applicable to many kinase-inhibitor pairs without customization. Binding to largely hydrophobic sites, such as the active site of p38, was significantly improved by introducing a correction factor selectively affecting only carbon and hydrogen energy grids, thus, providing an effective, although approximate, treatment of solvation.  相似文献

Summary Experimental Design methodology allows the modelling and optimization of the chromatographic separation of similar pesticides (triazine family) by GC and HPLC. The GC separation of simazin and atrazin is well modelled by a first degree equation, involving injected volume, carrier gas pressure and rising oven temperature. The LC is modelled by a second degree equation, depending on injected volume, eluent flow and composition. These calculated models allow easy optimization of the separations, using isoresponse curves.  相似文献

用等压法研究了273.15 K下Li2B4O7-LiCl-H2O体系不同质量摩尔浓度分数的等压平衡浓度和水活度; 计算了LiCl和Li2B4O7混合盐溶液的渗透系数等热力学性质. 用273.15 K下的实验数据对Pitzer离子相互作用模型进行了参数化研究, 拟合求取了273.15 K下Pitzer离子相互作用参数, 用获得的参数计算了LiCl和Li2B4O7在Li2B4O7-LiCl-H2O体系中的活度系数. 273.15 K下由相应的Pitzer模型计算的渗透系数值与实验结果一致. 这对完善含锂、硼盐湖卤水体系的热力学模型具有重要意义.  相似文献
