预不变凸模糊集的一些性质

在下半连续的条件下,给出了一个模糊集是预不变凸模糊集的充分条件,并将模糊凸集上相关性质在模糊不变凸集上作了相应的推广.所给出的条件和证明都是新的.     

Harmonic operation of high gain harmonic generation free electron laser

In high gain harmonic generation (HGHG) free electron laser (FEL), with the right choice of parameters of the modulator undulator, the dispersive section and the seed laser, one may make the spatial bunching of the electron beam density distribution correspond to one of the harmonic frequencies of the radiator radiation, instead of the fundamental frequency of the radiator radiation in conventional HGHG, thus the radiator undulator is in harmonic operation (HO) mode. In this paper, we investigate HO of HGHG FEL.Theoretical analyses with universal method are derived and numerical simulations in ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet spectral regions are given. It shows that the power of the 3rd harmonic radiation in the HO of HGHG may be as high as 18.5% of the fundamental power level. Thus HO of HGHG FEL may obtain short wavelength by using lower beam energy.     

用过剩压法生长金刚石过程石墨再结晶现象的研究

 描述了在过剩压驱动下金刚石晶种外延生过程中，大量伴生的石墨再结晶现象。再结晶石墨抑制了金刚石的自发成核；它们分布于合成腔触媒金属的低温区，结晶数量多，晶粒片状分层，尺寸大，但出现乱层晶体结构；同时产生一定数量的无定形碳。分析认为，这与长时间的低过剩压驱动，触媒金属内有足够的碳源供给，并具备在高温高压下石墨充分结晶但又达不到完全石墨化条件有关。还讨论了在低过剩压驱动下，促进金刚石晶体外延生长的碳源可能是活化的碳原子，而不是具有乱层结构特征的再结晶石墨。     

Re-entrant Photoinduced Morphological Transformation and Temperature-Dependent Kinetic Products of a Rectangular Amphiphilic Diarylethene Assembly

An amphiphilic rectangular-shaped photochromic diarylethene bearing two hydrophobic alkyl chains and two hydrophilic tri(ethylene glycol) chains was synthesized, and its photoinduced morphological transformation in water was investigated. Two unexpected phenomena were revealed in the course of the experiments: a re-entrant photoinduced macroscopic morphological transformation and temperature-dependent kinetic products of supramolecular assembly. When the pure closed-ring isomer was dispersed in water, a re-entrant photoinduced morphological transformation, that is, a photoinduced transition from the hydrated phase to the dehydrated phase and then back to the hydrated phase, was observed by optical microscopy upon irradiation with green light at 20 °C; this was interpreted by the V-shaped phase diagram of the LCST transition. The aqueous assembly of the pure closed-ring isomer was controlled by changing the temperature; specifically, rapid cooling to 15 and 5 °C gave J and H aggregates, respectively, as the kinetic products. The thermodynamic product at both temperatures was a mixture of mostly H aggregate with a small amount of J aggregate. This behavior was rationalized by the temperature-dependent potential energy surface of the supramolecular assembly.

In this paper,an initial boundary value problem with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition is studied for a reaction-diffusion system which models the spread of infectious diseases within two population groups by means of self and criss-cross infection mechanism. Existence,uniqueness and boundedness of the nonnegative global solution (u1,u2,u3,u4),existence of the limit of the solution as t→+∞,namely,(u1,u2,u3,u4)→(u*1,0,u*3,0),are proved.     

Nonlinear optical properties of stimulated Brillouin scattering process in submerged object detection

Nonlinear optical properties of stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)to signal detection in water are analyzed.With the threshold characteristics,SBS only occnrs when the high power laser is focused in the SBS cell.When there is an object present in front of the focus,it leads to lower incident intensity and then SBS does not occur.The backward SBS signal depends on the focusing location.The nonlinear optical properties of SBS process in the focusing regime axe analyzed theoretically.With the object coming near to the focusing center,the backward Stokes signal rises up from zero to a maximum,and then grows to saturation.The delay time of the echo signal to pump signal can give the object location.In experiment,the peak position of varying rate of energy can give object location.     

LOM and HOM damping study in a superconducting deflecting cavity for ALS at LBNL

Superconducting deflecting cavities can be used in synchrotron light source to generate subpicosecond X-ray pulses while the impedance of the lower order modes (LOM) and higher order modes (HOM) in the cavity should be kept below an accepted level to avoid beam instability. These modes can be damped by adding waveguide on beam pipe. Detailed simulation of Q in CST Microwave Studio is introduced and experiment results on an aluminum model cavity with damping waveguide are reported to make a comparison.

Simple bounds for closed queueing networks

Consider a closed Jackson type network in which each queue has a single exponential server. Assume that N customers are moving among k queues. We establish simple closed form bounds on the network throughput (both lower and upper), which are sharper than those that are currently available. Numerical evaluation indicates that the improvements are significant.     

Positivity Preserving Forms have the Fatou Property
