In this work, a binary-mixed-brushes-coated (BBC) capillary with switchable protein adsorption/desorption properties was developed and applied for on-line preconcentration of proteins. Firstly, amine-terminated poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMOXA-NH2) and thiolterminated poly(acrylic acid) (PAA-SH) were synthesized by using cationic ring-opening polymerization (CROP) and reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization, respectively. Then, the BBC capillary based on poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMOXA) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) was prepared by sequentially grafting of PMOXA-NH2 and PAA-SH onto fused-silica capillary inner surface through poly(dopamine) (PDA) as an anchor. The obtained PMOXA/PAA coating formed on the capillary or capillary's raw material was characterized in terms of the thickness, surface chemical composition by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS). The switchable protein adsorption/desorption performance of the BBC capillary was investigated by using fluorescence microscope under di erent solutions with certain pH and ionic strength(I). The results showed that bovine serum albumin (BSA) could be adsorbed on BBC capillary at pH=5.0 (I=10-5 mol/L), and then the adsorbed BSA could be released at pH=9.0 (I=0.1 mol/L). This switchable protein adsorption/desorption property of coated capillary was then used to preconcentrate proteins on-line for increasing the detection sensitivity of BSA in capillary electrophoresis (CE). With this method, a sensitivity enhancement factor (SEF) more than 5000 for BSA detection was obtained. 相似文献

为研究老年人彩色视觉频率响应特性,获取彩度对比敏感度与空间频率之间的函数关系,本文在LCH均匀颜色空间基础上,固定明度和色调角值,以彩度作为变量,设计人眼彩度对比敏感度实验,进行人眼视觉观察实验。获得彩度对比敏感度与空间频率的关系,并构建指数型对比敏感度函数模型。经分析表明老年人眼彩度对比敏感度随着空间频率的增加,产生先升高再缓慢降低的变化,各色调角下彩度对比度存在差异。经分析人眼对比敏感度差异与人眼视觉辨色特性有很大的相关性。并且,将构建的对比敏感度函数模型用于实现基于人眼视觉系统的滤波处理。 相似文献

In the present work, we studied in detail the thermochemistry, thermal stability, mechanical sensitivity, and detonation performance for 20 nitro-, cyano-, and methyl derivatives of 1,2,5-oxadiazole-2-oxide (furoxan), along with their bis-derivatives. For all species studied, we also determined the reliable values of the gas-phase formation enthalpies using highly accurate multilevel procedures W2-F12 and/or W1-F12 in conjunction with the atomization energy approach and isodesmic reactions with the domain-based local pair natural orbital (DLPNO) modifications of the coupled-cluster techniques. Apart from this, we proposed reliable benchmark values of the formation enthalpies of furoxan and a number of its (azo)bis-derivatives. Additionally, we reported the previously unknown crystal structure of 3-cyano-4-nitrofuroxan. Among the monocyclic compounds, 3-nitro-4-cyclopropyl and dicyano derivatives of furoxan outperformed trinitrotoluene, a benchmark melt-cast explosive, exhibited decent thermal stability (decomposition temperature >200 °C) and insensitivity to mechanical stimuli while having notable volatility and low melting points. In turn, 4,4′-azobis-dicarbamoyl furoxan is proposed as a substitute of pentaerythritol tetranitrate, a benchmark brisant high explosive. Finally, the application prospects of 3,3′-azobis-dinitro furoxan, one of the most powerful energetic materials synthesized up to date, are limited due to the tremendously high mechanical sensitivity of this compound. 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定喘静片中的3种主要成分:茶碱、异戊巴比妥和盐酸甲基麻黄碱。以ODS作固定相,通过均匀设计方法选择的最佳流动相为V(0.015 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液,含体积分数为0.3%的三乙胺,pH 4.9 )∶V(甲醇)=35∶65,检测波长为215 nm,用程序调节检测器的灵敏度,以咖啡因作内标物。茶碱、异戊巴比妥、盐酸甲基麻黄碱的回收率分别为99.7%~102.6%,98.5%~100.2%,98.0%~102.7%,日间RSD分别为0.23%~1.2%,0.35%~2.5%,0.33%~1.6%。该方法简便、快速、准确。 相似文献

The gas phase hydrodechlorination of methanolic and mixed methanol/water solutions of 2-chlorophenol, 2,6-dichlorophenol, 2,4,5-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol has been studied at 573 K over nickel/silica catalysts of varying (1.5–20.3 wt.% Ni) nickel loading. Each catalyst was 100% selective in promoting hydrodechlorination: the variation of catalytic activity and selectivity with time-on-stream is illustrated and catalyst deactivation is addressed. Dechlorination is quantified in terms of specific rate constants, phenol selectivity/yield and chlorine removal efficiencies. Increasing the nickel loading resulted in a marked increase in dechlorination efficiency while the introduction of water into the feed lowered the activity. 相似文献

We present a unified approach for linear and nonlinear sensitivity analysis for models of reaction kinetics that are stated in terms of systems of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The approach is based on the reformulation of the ODE problem as a density transport problem described by a Fokker-Planck equation. The resulting multidimensional partial differential equation is herein solved by extending the TRAIL algorithm originally introduced by Horenko and Weiser in the context of molecular dynamics (J. Comp. Chem. 2003, 24, 1921) and discussed it in comparison with Monte Carlo techniques. The extended TRAIL approach is fully adaptive and easily allows to study the influence of nonlinear dynamical effects. We illustrate the scheme in application to an enzyme-substrate model problem for sensitivity analysis w.r.t. to initial concentrations and parameter values. 相似文献

采用付玫瑰苯胺与对苯二甲醛通过希夫碱偶联反应制备了新型的多孔芳香骨架材料.经过FTIR,TGA,PXRD,SEM,TEM和Ar吸附等分析方法对多孔芳香骨架材料的成键方式和骨架结构进行了表征.分析结果显示,该多孔芳香骨架材料具有优异的热稳定性(350℃仅失重5%)和溶剂稳定性,其Langmuir比表面积约为472m~2/g.紫外光谱和荧光光谱测试分析表明,该材料在苯、甲苯和氯苯等芳香化合物环境中无明显的荧光强度变化.然而在硝基爆炸物环境中会发生灵敏的、专一的荧光淬灭现象.该多孔材料可应用于硝基爆炸物的检测. 相似文献
