对高强方钢管轻骨料混凝土桁架加劲搭接K形节点和基本型节点进行主管轴压静力加载试验, 考察了支管搭接率和加劲板构造对节点受力性能的影响. 试验结果表明: 节点的破坏模式为支管根部侧面搭接焊缝开裂; 支管搭接率过大或过小均会降低搭接K形节点承载力; 加劲节点的屈服荷载和极限荷载较基本型节点分别提高6.5%和12.0%. 同时, 对高强方钢管轻骨料混凝土桁架加劲搭接K形节点进行了数值模拟、热点应力场演化分析和破坏机理探究, 推导了极限承载力计算式. 通过与节点试验结果对比, 验证了该计算式的精度.  相似文献

Recently, deep neural network-based image compressed sensing methods have achieved impressive success in reconstruction quality. However, these methods (1) have limitations in sampling pattern and (2) usually have the disadvantage of high computational complexity. To this end, a fast multi-scale generative adversarial network (FMSGAN) is implemented in this paper. Specifically, (1) an effective multi-scale sampling structure is proposed. It contains four different kernels with varying sizes so that decompose, and sample images effectively, which is capable of capturing different levels of spatial features at multiple scales. (2) An efficient lightweight multi-scale residual structure for deep image reconstruction is proposed to balance receptive field size and computational complexity. The key idea is to apply smaller convolution kernel sizes in the multi-scale residual structure to reduce the number of operations while maintaining the receptive field. Meanwhile, the channel attention structure is employed for enriching useful information. Moreover, perceptual loss is combined with MSE loss and adversarial loss as the optimization function to recover a finer image. Numerous experiments show that our FMSGAN achieves state-of-the-art image reconstruction quality with low computational complexity.  相似文献

By introducing a dimensionless parameter to couple the two objectives, weight and radar absorbing performance, into a single objective function, a multi-objective optimization procedure for the radar absorbing sandwich structure (RASS) with a cellular core is proposed. The optimization models considered are one-side clamped sandwich panels with four kinds of cores subject to uniformly distributed loads. The average specular reflectivity calculated with the transfer matrix method and the periodic moment method is utilized to characterize the radar absorbing performance, while the mechanical constraints include the facesheet yielding, core shearing, and facesheet wrinkling. The optimization analysis indicates that the sandwich structure with a two-dimensional (2D) composite lattice core filled with ultra-lightweight sponge may be a better candidate of lightweight RASS than those with cellular foam or hexagonal honeycomb cores. The 2D Kagome lattice is found to outperform the square lattice with respect to radar absorbing.  相似文献

In this paper, it is pointed that the general expression for the stress function of the plane problem in polar coordinates is incomplete. The problems of the curved bar with an arbitrary distributive load at the boundries can’t he solved by this stress function. For this reason, we suggest two new stress functions and put them into the general expression. Then, the problems of the curved bar applied with an arbitrary distributive load at r=a,b boundaries can be solved. This is a new stress function including geometric boundary constants.  相似文献

研制某卡塞格林光学系统的关键技术之一是通光口径超过1000mm的轻质抛物面主反射镜。该反射镜相对口径为1/2,减重率为65%,是目前国内最大口径的轻质非球面反射镜。成功地解决了大口径轻质镜坯的制造和大口径轻质非球面镜的加工与检测方面的难题。通过对高比刚度轻质镜的设计和进行CAD工程分析以及选用合理的光学材料,采用计算机控制的数控钻铣技术制造出了反射镜镜坯。在经典光学加工技术的基础上,摸索到了针对大口径轻质镜的支撑、加工与检测方面的技术。检测结果表明,该反射镜的研制达到了各项设计指标,其面形精度的均方根值RMS=0 029λ(λ=633nm)。  相似文献

本文研究了型钢与轻骨料混凝土的局部粘结滑移本构关系. 在型钢表面刻槽贴应变片,并在与型钢应变片对应位置的混凝土表面贴应变片,由试验结果和分析:得到了型钢表面粘结应力沿锚固长度的负指数分布函数;绘制了局部滑移分布曲线;给出了加载端局部粘结滑移本构关系. 局部最大粘结应力主要与混凝土强度、配箍率、混凝土相对保护层厚度有关. 引入粘结滑移本构关系的型钢轻骨料混凝土梁有限元分析结果和试验结果吻合较好.  相似文献

传力机架是运载火箭箭体与发动机连接的关键部件,负责将发动机推力载荷有效的传递至箭体,其结构的轻量化设计不仅可以保障火箭发动机的推重比、提高火箭的稳定性,还可以为我国未来可重复使用式火箭的研究提供一定的参考.本文在移动可变形组件(moving morphable component, MMC)的框架下,提出了一种解决传力机架结构轻量化设计的方法.在该方法中,机架结构的拓扑通过一组具有显式几何信息的组件来表示,这使最终优化布局可以被少量的设计变量所描述.通过分析传力机架结构设计的特点和要求,以刚度最大化为目标,体积分数(保证结构重量)为约束,建立了基于MMC显式拓扑优化方法下的问题列式.同时搭建了可对工程中传力机架结构轻量化设计的平台,并进行相应结构的拓扑优化.在两种载荷工况(即零位状态和摇摆状态)作用下,最终优化结果在中间推力载荷区域与锥段相连位置之间,所形成的较大翼板结构增强了传力机架的抗弯能力.通过与传统机架结构的对比,证明了本文所提出方法在传力机架结构轻量化设计方面的有效性.  相似文献

As a popular research direction in the field of intelligent transportation, various scholars have widely concerned themselves with traffic sign detection However, there are still some key issues that need to be further solved in order to thoroughly apply related technologies to real scenarios, such as the feature extraction scheme of traffic sign images, the optimal selection of detection methods, and the objective limitations of detection tasks. For the purpose of overcoming these difficulties, this paper proposes a lightweight real-time traffic sign detection integration framework based on YOLO by combining deep learning methods. The framework optimizes the latency concern by reducing the computational overhead of the network, and facilitates information transfer and sharing at diverse levels. While improving the detection efficiency, it ensures a certain degree of generalization and robustness, and enhances the detection performance of traffic signs in objective environments, such as scale and illumination changes. The proposed model is tested and evaluated on real road scene datasets and compared with the current mainstream advanced detection models to verify its effectiveness. In addition, this paper successfully finds a reasonable balance between detection performance and deployment difficulty by effectively reducing the computational cost, which provides a possibility for realistic deployment on edge devices with limited hardware conditions, such as mobile devices and embedded devices. More importantly, the related theories have certain application potential in technology industries such as artificial intelligence or autonomous driving.  相似文献
