111In–L–LDL and 153Gd–L–LDL as radiotracers for detection of AR4‐2J rat pancreatic tumors

Pancreatic cancer has an extremely poor prognosis, due, in part, to lack of methods for early diagnosis. The present study was designed to evaluate the potential of labeling low‐density lipoprotein (LDL) with a radionuclide using a lipid chelating agent, bis(stearylamide) of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (L), to detect pancreatic tumors by gamma‐scintigraphy. Previous studies indicated that the difficulty of visualization of pancreatic tumors was due to their poor vascularization. This study compares the ability of two radiotracers, ¹¹¹In–L–LDL and ¹⁵³Gd–L–LDL to target highly vascularized rat pancreatic tumors (AR4‐2J) implanted in nude mice. Biodistribution studies showed that the tumor uptake of ¹¹¹In–L–LDL and ¹⁵³Gd–L–LDL tracers was twofold and fivefold higher respectively than with the controls (¹¹¹In citrate and ¹⁵³Gd citrate respectively). These tracers would thus be suitable for scintigraphic imaging. We show here that LDL could be employed as a delivery system for tracers such as ¹¹¹In or ¹⁵³Gd when these two radionuclides are complexed by a lipid‐chelating anchor, and that ¹¹¹In–L–LDL and ¹⁵³Gd–L–LDL enabled better visualization of the pancreatic tumor tissues, with a better result with ¹⁵³Gd–L–LDL. 四元数射影n-空间HPn的最小CW-复形伦型与它的法线数量特征

利用Morse理论给出四元数射影n-空间HP^n的CW-复形伦型的另个证明，并给出它的最小性与法线的一个数量特征。     

红外图像掠海小目标的检测算法研究

针对红外图像掠海小目标信噪比低，且易受到水天线和背景杂波干扰的特点，提出了一种红外掠海小目标的提取与检测算法。该方法的特点是：首先采用中值滤波来减小噪声，并提出了差方和算法，用以抑制背景噪声并对目标增强；再采用了图像行扫描法有效地滤除水天线；最后通过弱化背景边缘和阈值分割等综合算法得到候选小目标。仿真结果表明，该算法达到了较好的效果。     

抗坏血酸同顺磁离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)络会的~(13)C NMR研究

该文用顺磁离子对其近邻~(13)C核的NMR吸收增宽效应,系统地研究了抗坏血酸在不同溶剂中对金属离子Mn~(2+)、Gd~(3+)的配合行为.在水溶液中,抗坏血酸可通过两种配合方式与Mn~(2+)作用,但与Gd~(3+)的作用只有一种稳定的结构.在水中抗坏血酸对金属的配位活性部位分别是1位羟基氧,3位离解的羟基氧和6位羟基氧.在DMSO中,3位羟基由于H~+对该基团的静电遮蔽而变得对金属离子Mn~(2+)表现为配位惰性,同时6位羟基配位活性较大增强.对Gd~(3+)来说,此时没有优势配位活性部位存在.文章还讨论了抗坏血酸在H_2O-DMSO混合溶剂中的~(13)C NMR谱及在DMSO中NaOH对其~(13)C NMR谱及其与金属络合结构的影响.     

Multinuclear magnetic resonance study of some mesoionic oxatriazoles containing nitrogenous exocyclic groups

¹H,¹³C,¹⁴N and¹⁵N NMR measurements are reported for four mesoionic 1-oxa-2, 3, 4-triazoles containing exocyclic nitrogenous groups. The NMR signal assignments are discussed and compared with those previously published for some corresponding oxatriazoles. The results obtained support the proposed cyclic mesoionic structures for the compounds studied. The questions of possible charge delocalization and valence tautomerism are addressed. Compound with N^– H as a exocyclic group (Fig. 1) is found to be relatively unstable, this is attributed to proton migration in the corresponding non-cyclic form of this molecule.Published in Khimiya Geterotsikiicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 9, pp. 1260–1263, September, 1995.     

In‐line monitoring of UV photopolymerization with a quartz crystal resonator

An in‐line monitoring device using a quartz crystal resonator for thin film polymerization was proposed, and its performance has been evaluated by implementing in the UV polymerization of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate with a photoinitiator of 1‐chloroanthraquinone. Because the variation of resonant resistance of the resonator is proportional to the square root of viscosity change that is closely related to the polymerization degree, the resistance can be used as a measure of the polymerization degree. The resistance measurements were compared with the outcome of instrumental analyses of polymerization degree using an FTIR spectrometer and a gel permeation chromatograph. The experimental results showed that the resistance measurements were consistent with the experimental outcome of the instrumental analyses, and this indicates the effectiveness of the proposed device. Owing to the simplicity and availability of the resonator system, its wide utilization in the monitoring of a variety of film polymerization processes, including photoresistor application, is expected. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Theoretical Analysis of the Motional Model of Nonlinear Heterogeneous Catalysis

In this paper, a model of the motional nonlinear heterogeneous catalysis process is discussed using the characteristic line method, the analytical results of elution profile are obtained and the formula which determines the parameters of reaction rate and adsorption isotherm through the motional measurement data under the nonlinear condition is given.
