An efficient micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) method has been developed for the analysis of nine anthraquinones and bianthrones in rhubarb. A chemometric approach was used to search for the optimum conditions of separation. Those factors which were found to be significant with a screening design were further optimized with a central composite face-centered (CCF) design. Acetonitrile concentration was found to be the most influential, not only in resolution, but also in analysis time and peak asymmetry. With the optimized conditions: 15 mM sodium tetraborate/15 mM sodium dihydrogenphosphate buffer, 30 mM sodium deoxycholate, pH 8.6, 17 vol.% acetonitrile and 28 kV, nine tested analytes were baseline-separated within 14 min. The method was validated to analyze the rhubarb material. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) was manipulated to remove interfering substances. Five anthraquinones and two glycosidic bianthrones were detected and quantificated. The method should be suitable for determining these major active principles in rhubarb crude drugs.  相似文献

报道一种新颖的用于多波长光纤激光器的超结构光纤Bragg光栅(SFBG)梳状滤波器,其突出特点是仅由单个光栅构成、折射率调制和局部啁啾富于变化、反射峰均匀性好、窄带宽和标准的信道间隔.采用基于LP算法的IS光纤光栅设计技术,将整体加窗切趾法改进为各信道独立加窗切趾,成功地设计出所需的SFBG,同时对SFBG的制作技术也进行了探讨.用传输矩阵法分析反射谱、时延曲线和群时延抖动.结果表明,所设计的SFBG满足各项设计指标要求,在DWDM系统中,这种新颖的SFBG可望成为用于多波长光纤激光器的最理想的高性 能梳 关键词: 超结构光纤Bragg光栅 光栅设计 梳状滤波器  相似文献

Five non-isomorphic quasi-symmetric 2-(49, 9, 6) designs are known. They arise from extremal self-dual [50, 25, 10] codes with a certain weight enumerator. Four of them have an automorphism of order 3 fixing two points. In this paper, it is shown that there are exactly 48 inequivalent extremal self-dual [50, 25, 10] code with this weight enumerator and an automorphism of order 3 fixing two points. 44 new quasi-symmetric 2-(49, 9, 6) designs with an automorphism of order 3 are constructed from these codes.  相似文献

Simultaneous Pseudo-Timestepping for PDE-Model Based Optimization Problems   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In this paper we present a new method for the solution of optimization problems with PDE constraints. It is based on simultaneous pseudo-time stepping for evolution equations. The new method can be viewed as a continuous reduced SQP method in the sense that it uses a preconditioner derived from that method. The reduced Hessian in the preconditioner is approximated by a pseudo-differential operator, whose symbol can be investigated analytically. We apply our method to a boundary control model problem. The new optimization method needs 3.2-times the overall computational effort of the solution of simulation problem alone.  相似文献

Breathers in discrete nonlinear ferrimagnetic spin lattices are investigated for both easy-axis and easy-plane configurations. The region in frequency space of the formation of breathers is determined and the anticontinuum limit discussed. In a previous paper we considered an extension of the hard hexagon model to a solvable two-dimensional lattice gas with at most two particles per pair of adjacent sites. Here we use various mathematical identities (in particular Gordon's generalization of the Rogers-Ramanujan relations) to express the local densities in terms of elliptic functions. We construct a family of partially ordered sets (posets) that are q-analogs of the set partition lattice. They are different from the q-analogs proposed by Dowling [5]. One of the important features of these posets is that their Whitney numbers of the first and second kind are just the q-Stirling numbers of the first and second kind, respectively. One member of this family [4] can be constructed using an interpretation of Milne [9] for S[n, k] as sequences of lines in a vector space over the Galois field F q. Another member is constructed so as to mirror the partial order in the subspace lattice.  相似文献

We couple a morphological study of an immiscible binary AB mixture with a micromechanical simulation to determine how the spatial distribution of the A and B domains and the interfacial region (interphase) affects the mechanical behavior of the blend. The morphological studies are conducted through a three-dimensional Cahn-Hilliard (CH) simulation. Through the CH calculations, we obtain the size and structure of the domains for different blend compositions. The output of the CH model serves as the input to the Lattice Spring Model (LSM), which consists of a three-dimensional network of springs. In particular, the location of the different phases is mapped onto the LSM lattice and the appropriate force constants are assigned to the LSM sites. A stress is applied to the LSM lattice and we calculate the elastic response of the material. We find that the local stress and strain fields are highly dependent on the morphology of the system. By integrating the morphological and mechanical models, we can isolate how modifications in the composition of the mixture affect the macroscopic behavior. Thus, we can establish how choices made in the components affect the ultimate performance of the material.  相似文献
