We propose a scheme for concentrating entanglement of partially entangled states for atoms trapped in the distant cavities. The scheme is based on adiabatic passage and photonic interference. Model uncertainties or simulation uncertainties occur in mathematical modeling of multiscale complex systems, since some mechanisms

computational power. The impact of these unresolved scales on the resolved scales needs to be parameterized or taken into
account. A stochastic scheme is devised to take the effects of unresolved scales into account, in the context of solving nonlinear

The BEPCII storage ring adopts two 500 MHz superconducting cavities (SCC). Each one is equipped with a 500 MHz input power coupler. The coupler is to feed 150 kW power in continuous wave (CW) mode with both standing and traveling wave modes. Due to high power feeding and high frequency of the coupler, its fabrication is a big challenge. The fabrication started with two key components, the window and the antenna. Up to now, two sets including windows and antennas have beam made by IHEP. And a 270 kW RF power in CW has passed through the coupler during the high power test. By constructing the recovery operations of the protocol of remote
implementation of partially unknown quantum operation of two qubits
[An-Min Wang: Phys. Rev. A 74 (2006) 032317] with two-qubit Cnot
gate and single qubit logic gates, we present a scheme to implement
it in cavity QED. Long-lived Rydberg atoms are used as qubits, and
the interaction between the atoms and the field of cavity is a

In this paper, we present a peculiar
tripartite entangled state that is
inequivalent to both the GHZ state and the W state, and then propose to
implement efficient quantum information processing such as quantum dense
coding and teleportation with this entangled state in cavity QED. In this
scheme the atoms interact with a highly detuned cavity field with the
assistance of a strong classical driven field. It does not require the
transfer of quantum information between the atomic system and the cavity,

At least two bunchers are needed in the 3 MeV H- Medium Energy Beam Transport(MEBT)line located between RFQ and DTL for the CSNS(China Spallation Neutron Source).A nose-cone geometry has been adopted as the type of buncher cavity for its simplicity,higher impedance and lower risk of multipacting.By making use of the results got from the simulations on the buncher with two-dimension code SUPERFISH,the thermal and structural analyses have been carried out,the process and results to determine the resulting frequency shift due to thermal and structural distortion of the cavity are presented,the water-cooling channel position and the optimum cooling water temperature as well as the tuning method by adjusting the cooling water temperature when the cavity is out of resonance are also determined through the analyses. 相似文献

Shape memory alloys(SMAs)have been explored as smart materials and used as dampers,actuator elements,and smart sensors.An important character of SMAs is its ability to recover all of its large deformations in mechanical loading-unloading cycles without showing permanent deformation.This paper presents a stress-induced phenomenological constitutive equation for SMAs,which can be used to describe the superelastic hysteresis loops and phase transformation between Martensite and Austenite.The Martensite fraction of SMAs is assumed to be dependent on deviatoric stress tensor.Therefore,phase transformation of SMAs is volume preserving during the phase transformation.The model is implemented in large deformation finite element code and cast in the updated Lagrangian scheme.In order to use the Cauchy stress and the linear strain in constitutive laws,a frame indifferent stress objective rate has to be used.In this paper,the Jaumann stress rate is used.Results of the numerical experiments conducted in this study show that the superelastic hysteresis loops arising with the phase transformation can be effectively captured. 相似文献

A method based on circuit model is used to tune the first home-made 9-cell TESLA type superconducting niobium cavity at Peking University.After tuning,a flat field profile with a final π-mode frequency within 3 kHz of target frequency is achieved.The field flatness is measured by a bead-pull method,and the relative electric field is calculated from the frequency shift perturbed by the bead stepping along the axis of the cavity. 相似文献

Generation and characterization of millimeter-scale plasmas for the research of laser plasma interactions on Shenguang-III prototype

In order to produce millimeter-scale plasmas for the research of laser-plasma interactions (LPIs), gasbag target is designed and tested on Shenguang-III prototype laser facility. The x-ray pinhole images show that millimeter-scale plasmas are produced with the gasbag. The electron temperature inferred from the stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) spectrum is about 1.6 keV. The SRS spectrum also indicates that the electron density has a fiat region within the duration of 200 ps. The obvious differences between the results of the gasbag and that of the void half hohlraum show the feasibility of the gasbag target in creating millimeter-scale plasmas. The LPIs in these millimeter-scale plasmas may partially mimic those in the ignition condition because the duration of the existence of a flat plasma density is much larger than the growth time of the two main instabilities, i.e., SRS and stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). So we make the conclusion that the gasbag target can be used to research the large-scale LPIs. 相似文献
