利用近红外光谱技术对354个废旧涤/棉混纺织物进行研究,通过偏最小二乘法(partial least squares ,PLS )和定性鉴别系数建立了不同光谱特征的涤/棉混纺织物近红外定性分析模型。染色涤/棉混纺织物N IR光谱主要有两大类,一类具有正常涤/棉光谱特征,另一类光谱由于样本中染料、颜料和消光剂等化学助剂的影响,使光谱谱线成斜线,失去其光谱特征。如以全部样本建模,模型识别率较低。故将样本分为两类:斜线光谱样本和正常光谱样本,分别建立NIR定性分析模型。NIR定性分析模型建立后,根据验证结果分别对建模的谱区、预处理方法和主因子数进行优化,以提高模型的稳健性和可靠性。结果表明,样本分别建模后,模型的识别率大大提高,用验证集样本进行内部验证,正常光谱和斜线光谱所建模型的识别率均达99%,其校正集相关系数 RC 均为0.991,验证集相关系数 RP 分别为0.983和0.984、校正标准差S EC分别为0.887和0.453、预测标准差SEP分别为1.131和0.573。用150个界外样本分别对正常光谱样本模型和斜线光谱样本模型进行外部预测检验,模型识别率分别达91.33%和88.00%,表明所建NIR定性分析模型能够较好地在回收现场进行涤/棉混纺织物的鉴别。  相似文献

以peirce模型为基础进一步提出了建立机织织物结构几何模型的数学方法.首先对被施加外部荷载的织物建立数学模型,由于相应的机织织物结构的总势能U是关于纱线形状曲线的泛函,当系统稳定时满足最小势能原理,通过求泛函极值,获得机织织物结构中纱线路径的较为真实的形状曲线,从而为描述机织织物结构几何模型和力学模型提供了相应的理论途径.  相似文献

Jute fiber (Corchorus capsularis, JRC‐321 variety), an environmentally and ecologically friendly product, was chemically modified by the cooking alkaline sulfite process to unbleached and bleached pulps, which were further modified via graft copolymerization with acrylamide monomer with a complex initiating system: CuSO4/glycine/KHSO5. The above samples were characterized and morphologically analyzed by IR, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, and X‐ray diffraction. The biodegradability and superabsorbency of the samples were also evaluated for their novel commercial importance as jute‐based superabsorbents. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The rheological behavior of a dielectric fluid is studied in nonuniform electric fields which are generated by an electrode covered with flocked fabrics. Although no electrorheological (ER) effects are observed in uniform fields between metal electrodes with smooth surfaces, striking increases in viscosity and elastic response are induced by the electrode with flocked fabrics. The presence of flocked fabrics does not have a significant effect on the fluid rheology without electric fields. The ER behavior and current density are influenced by the fiber length even at a constant field strength. When a very small amount of fine particles is introduced in the electrified fluid without shear, we can see the rapid and large-scale motion of particles between the tips of fibers and plate electrode. In high DC fields, the Coulomb force acting on a free charge often gives rise to the secondary motion of fluid. The local motion of fluid in high electric fields is refereed to as electrohydrodynamic (EHD) convection. The additional energy may be required to change the periodic patterns of EHD convection by forced shear. Therefore, the ER effect demonstrated by the modification of electrode with flocked fabrics can be attributed to a combined effect of EHD convection and external shear. This research aimed to prepare smart cotton fabrics with multi functions for antibacterial activity, UV protection and electrical conductivity via in situ coating with conductive polymer and conductive hydrogel. Therefore, 3-(furan-2-carboamido) propionic acid was synthesized followed by polymerization using ceric ammonium nitrate. In addition, cotton fabrics coated with 3-(furan-2-carboamido) propionic acid via in situ polymerization and by the hydrogel that based on poly (3-(furan-2-carboamido) propionic acid) and gelatin which have been performed via in situ gelation process. The chemical structure and morphology of the 3-(furan-2-carboamido) propionic acid (monomer) and the synthesized polymer (PFu) were investigated by H1NMR, IR, SEM, TGA and DSC. Where, the treated fabrics (PFu-T and PFu-G-T) are characterized by SEM, FTIR and contact angle. Furthermore, the AC electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of PFu, PFu-T, PFu-G-T and blank were investigated over the frequency range of 20 Hz–10 MHz at room temperature using impedance spectroscopy where the electric conductivity values are 1.74 × 10-5, 7.5 × 10-8, 4 × 10-7, 8.24 × 10-11 (S·cm)-1, respectively. In addition, the anti-bacterial activity of PFu-T, PFu-G-T and blank was assessed versus gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria where, PFu-G-T shows activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Moreover, PFu-T, PFu-G-T showed high UV protection especially for PFu-G-T.  相似文献

This study reports the synthesis and characterization of quinoline derivatives. The synthesized quinoline compounds were applied to the dyeing treatment of acrylic fabrics. The color fastness to washing and light of quinoline compound-dyed fabrics was examined. Human skin HaCaT cell line was also used for the skin cytotoxicity evaluation of the quinoline compound-dyed acrylic fabrics.  相似文献

The dyeing of acrylic fabrics using C.I. Astrazon Basic Red 5BL 200% has been studied with both conventional and ultrasonic techniques. The effect of dye concentration, dye bath pH, ultrasonic power, dyeing time and temperature were studied and the resulting shades obtained by dyeing with both techniques were compared. Colour strength values obtained were found to be higher with ultrasonic than with conventional heating. The results of fastness properties of the dyed fabrics were studied. X-ray and Scanning Electron Microscope SEM were carried out on dyed samples using both methods of dyeing to find out an explanation for the better dyeability of acrylic fabrics with (US) method. Dyeing kinetics of acrylic fabrics using C.I. Astrazon Basic Red 5BL 200% using conventional and ultrasonic conditions were compared. The time/dye-uptake isotherms are revealing the enhanced dye-uptake in the second phase of dyeing. The values of dyeing rate constant, half-time of dyeing and standard affinity and ultrasonic efficiency have been calculated and discussed.  相似文献

The natural fibers such as jute, coir, hemp, sisal etc. are randomly used as reinforcements for composite materials because of its various advantages such as low cost, low densities, low energy consumption over conventional fibers. In addition, they are renewable as well as biodegradable, and indeed wide varieties of fibers are locally available. In this study, glass–jute fiber reinforced polymer composite is fabricated, and the mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and impact behavior are investigated. The materials selected for the studies were jute fiber and glass fiber as the reinforcement and epoxy resin as the matrix. The hand lay‐out technique was used to fabricate these composites. Fractured surface were comprehensively examined in scanning electron microscope (SEM) to determine the microscopic fracture mode. A numerical procedure based on the finite element method was then applied to evaluate the overall behavior of this composite using the experimentally applied load. Results showed that by incorporating the optimum amount of jute fibers, the overall strength of glass fiber reinforced composite can be increased and cost saving of more than 30% can be achieved. It can thus be inferred that jute fiber can be a very potential candidate in making of composites, especially for partial replacement of high‐cost glass fibers for low load bearing applications. 将中红外光谱筛选出的598个纯涤、纯棉及涤/棉混纺样本采用GB/T 2910.11-2009法测定其涤、棉准确含量,其中校正集样本252个,验证集样本346个。使用便携式近红外光谱仪获取样本的原始近红外光谱(NIRS)。校正集样本依据回归系数的分布趋势和范围选取最佳建模谱区,并采用差分一阶导、S-G平滑和均值中心化相结合的方法对原始光谱进行预处理,利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立涤/棉混纺织物中涤含量的近红外(NIR)定量分析模型。同时分析了样本颜色对NIRS的影响,探讨了斜线光谱样本、奇异样本和不同组织结构织物对模型预测效果的影响。结果表明:利用PLS法建立的涤/棉混纺织物定量分析模型最优组合包含1个光谱区间和9个主成分因子,校正集相关系数(RC)为0.998,标准偏差(SEC)为0.908。为验证所建模型的有效性和实用性,对346个未参与建模的涤棉样本进行了预测,并将预测结果与国标法测定值进行方差分析,两种方法结果无显著差异,预测正确率达97%以上。模型的建立为废旧涤/棉混纺织物快速、无损分拣提供了基础数据库。  相似文献
