介绍线型光束可燃气体探测器的的校准方法。对线型光束可燃气体探测器的示值误差、报警功能、响应时间、光强衰减性能和抗日光干扰性能等主要计量特性及技术指标进行校准,给出了各主要计量特性的校准条件、试验设备和具体校准方法。对两台线型光束可燃气体探测器进行了校准,其示值误差用相对误差表示分别为–5%和4%,用引用误差表示分别为–4%FS和3%FS。经验证,上述结果均未超出设定指标,响应时间等其它主要计量特性也符合方法要求。该方法校准后的计量特性及技术指标较为合理,校准方法切实可行,可以用于线型光束可燃气体探测器的校准。  相似文献

An ion‐mobility mass spectrometry study showed that the preferred O‐protonated form of p‐aminobenzoic in the gas phase can be converted to the thermodynamically less favored N‐protomer by in‐source collision‐induced ion activation during the ion transfer process from the atmospheric region to the first vacuum region if the humidity is high in the ion source. Upon the addition of water vapor to the nitrogen gas used to promote the solid analyte to the gas phase under helium‐plasma ionization conditions, the intensity of the ion‐mobility arrival‐time peak for the N‐protomer increased dramatically. Evidently, the ion‐activation process in the first vacuum region is able to provide the energy required to surmount the barrier to isomerize the O‐protomer to the more energetic N‐protomer. The transfer of the proton attached to the carbonyl oxygen atom of the O‐protomer to the amino group takes place by a water‐bridge mechanism. Apparently, the postionization transformations that take place during the transmission of ions from the atmospheric‐pressure ion source to the detector, via different physical compartments of low to high vacuum, play an eminent role in determining the population ratios eventually manifested at the detector.  相似文献

The emission angle and the transverse momentum distributions of projectile fragments produced in the fragmentation of 56Fe on CHs, C and A1 targets at 471 A MeV are measured. It is found that for the same target, the average value and width of the angular distribution decrease with an increase of the projectile fragment charge; for the same projectile fragment, the average value of the distribution increases and the width of the distribution decreases with increasing the target charge number. The transverse momentum distribution of a projectile fragment can be explained by a single Gaussian distribution and the averaged transverse momentum per nucleon decreases with the increase of the charge of projectile fragment. The cumulated squared transverse momentum distribution of a projectile fragment can be explained well by a single Rayleigh distribution. The temperature parameter of the emission source of the projectile fragment, calculated from the cumulated squared transverse momentum distribution, decreases with the increase of the size of the projectile fragment.  相似文献

Although most transition metals have been tested as the promoter to Pt for electrocatalysis toward fuel cell reactions,semi-conductor elements,such as Si,have hitherto not been examined.Here we report a simple synthesis of intermetallic Pt2Si electrode using magnetron sputtering and the electrocatalysis toward ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).In comparison to Pt,the intermetallic Pt2Si surface turns out to be much more active in catalyzing the EOR:the onset potential shifts negatively by 150 mV,and the current density at 0.6 V increases by a magnitude of one order.Such an enormous enhancement in EOR catalysis is ascribed to the promotion effects of Si,which can not only provide active surface oxygenated species to accelerate the removal of COads,but also strongly alter the electronic property of Pt,as clearly indicated by the core-level shift in XPS spectrum.  相似文献

In this study, we use an ion funnel (IF) at ambient pressure to enhance the sensitivity of secondary electrospray ionization (SESI). Atenolol, salbutamol and cocaine as test compounds are delivered to the SESI interface in the gas phase and are charged with three nano electrosprays. In our experiments, we show that the compounds can be detected at concentrations in the low pptv range, which is an increase of two orders of magnitude compared with the results without the IF. With a standard SESI interface, the compounds could not be detected at all. With the use of the SESI IF interface for the headspace analysis of bananas and limes, we can detect many more compounds and at higher intensities than with a standard SESI interface. This paper brings a comparative analysis between dynamic models of couple-stress elastic materials and structured Rayleigh beams on a Winkler foundation. Although physical phenomena have different physical origins, the underlying equations appear to be similar, and hence mathematical models have a lot in common. In the present work, our main focus is on the analysis of dispersive waves, band-gaps and localised waveforms in structured Rayleigh beams. The Rayleigh beam theory includes the effects of rotational inertia which are neglected in the Euler–Bernoulli beam theory. This makes the approach applicable to higher frequency regimes. Special attention is given to waves in pre-stressed Rayleigh beams on elastic foundations.  相似文献

Polytheonamide B ( 1 ) is a natural peptide that displays potent cytotoxicity against P388 mouse leukemia cells (IC50=0.098 nm ). Linear 48‐mer 1 is known to form monovalent cation channels on binding to lipid bilayers. We previously developed a fully synthetic route to 1 , and then achieved the design and synthesis of a structurally simplified analogue of 1 , namely, dansylated polytheonamide mimic 2 . Although the synthetically more accessible 2 was found to emulate the channel function of 1 , its cytotoxicity was decreased 120‐fold. Herein, the chemical preparation and biological evaluation of seven analogues 3 – 9 of 2 are reported. Compounds 3 – 9 were modified at their N terminus and/or the side chain of residue 44 of 2 to alter their physicochemical properties. The total synthesis of 3 – 9 was accomplished in a unified fashion by a combination of solid‐phase and solution‐phase chemistry. Systematic evaluation of the hydrophobicities, single‐channel currents, ion‐exchange activities, and cytotoxicities of 3 – 9 revealed that their hydrophobicities are correlated with the total magnitude of ion exchange and determine their cytotoxic potency. Consequently, the most hydrophobic analogue 9 exhibited the lowest IC50 value, which is comparable to that of 1 . Therefore, these results clarified that the bioactivity of the polytheonamide‐based peptides can be rationally controlled by changing their hydrophobicity at the N and C termini of the 48‐amino‐acid sequence.  相似文献

The use of CO2 as a massive and polarizable drift gas is shown to greatly improve peak‐to‐peak resolution (Rp‐p), as compared with N2, for the separation of disaccharides in a Synapt G2 traveling wave ion mobility cell. Near or baseline Rp‐p was achieved for three pairs of sodiated molecules of disaccharide isomers, that is, cellobiose and sucrose (Rp‐p = 0.76), maltose and sucrose (Rp‐p = 1.04), and maltose and lactose (Rp‐p = 0.74). Ion mobility mass spectrometry using CO2 as the drift gas offers therefore an attractive alternative for fast and efficient separation of isomeric disaccharides.
