中国上市公司资本结构影响因素之实证研究

资本结构不仅是财务理论研究中的热点及难点,也日益成为公司理财决策的关键问题.本文从影响因素角度对资本结构进行实证研究.文中以深沪两市部分非金融类上市公司为样本,利用本世纪最初三年的企业财务数据,选取可能影响企业资本结构的多个指标为解释变量,利用单因素方差分析、主成分分析、逐步回归分析找出了主要影响因素及其影响方式,试图为国内上市公司资本结构决定因素提供最新实证研究证据,并为企业财务决策提供支持.     

The response of microstructure to processing in a series of poly(siloxaneimide) copolymers

Poly(siloxaneimide) (PSI) segmented copolymers exhibit organized microdomains if the blocks are sufficiently incompatible. As with neat diblock and triblock copolymers, the processing route employed to prepare films of PSI materials is expected to influence the dimensions and/or morphology of the resultant microstructure. In this work, small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) is utilized to characterize the disordered microstructure found in films of a series of PSI copolymers which are subjected to solvent casting and various thermal treatments. Microstructural dimensions such as the periodicity and correlation length are deduced from the Teubner-Strey (TS) model for disordered microemulsions. The scattering intensity of each copolymer up to q = 5.0 nm^?1, where q is the scattering vector, is found to scale as q^?2.8+?0.1. Results indicate that processing the materials as cast films or as melt-pressed films allowed to cool slowly has a small, but discernible, effect on microstructural characteristics. SANS profiles of films quenched from elevated temperatures reveal a clear transition in microdomain periodicity, which correlates well with the glass transition temperature of the imide microphase in these and other materials of similar chemical structure. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

Synthesis of ansa -zirconocenes based on 2-(phenylethynyl)-1 H -indene. The crystal and molecular structure of the complex [μ-CH2CH2(η5-2-PhC≡CInd)2]ZrCl2 (Ind is inden-1-yl)

Alkynyl-substituted indene was first used as a ligand for the synthesis of transition metal complexes. ansa-Zirconocenes containing ethylene and dimethylsilylene bridges were synthesized starting from 2-(phenylethynyl)-1H-indene. Synthesis,molecular and crystal structures,and characteristic features of electronic structures of salicylamide-based B,Si-containing chelates

The reaction of 4-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-2,6-disilamorpholine with BF₃Et₂O afforded (O-B)-chelate 4-[2-(difluoroboroxy)benzoyl]-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-2,6-disilamorpholine. Treatment of the latter with BF₃Et₂O or SOCl₂ gave rise to products of the disilamorpholine ring opening, viz., (O-B) chelate 2-(difluoroboroxy)-N,N-bis(dimethylfluorosilylmethyl)benzamide or 2-(difluoroboroxy)-N, N-bis(dimethylchlorosilylmethyl)benzamide, respectively. The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis and ¹H, ¹³C, and ²⁹Si NMR spectroscopy. High-precision X-ray diffraction study and quantum-chemical calculations demonstrated that the coordination OSi bond is absent in the two last-mentioned compounds.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 哺乳期母婴微量元素含量的干预研究

通过对陕西省西安地区营养正常的母婴进行干预试验,研究了在其饮食习惯下,哺乳期母婴体内锌、铁、钙三种必需元素的代谢情况,以及是否需要补充,给予适当的补充是否有害。     

Synthesis,structure, and magnetic properties of the cobalt(<Emphasis Type="SmallCaps">II</Emphasis>) 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate layered coordination polymer

The reaction of Co(NO₃)₂·6H₂O with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H₃btc, trimesic acid) in DMF at 100 °C afforded the coordination polymer [Co₃(dmf)₆(btc)(Hbtc)(H₂btc)]··9H₂O (1) (dmf is N,N′-dimethylformamide, DMF). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the metal-organic coordination polymer is composed of planar honeycomb (6,3) networks, in which the organic benzenetricarboxylate anions and the inorganic Co²⁺ cations play a role of three-connected nodes. Disordered water molecules are intercalated between the layers. A study of the magnetic properties showed the presence of a weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co²⁺ ions (S = 3/2). Geometry,stability and aromaticity of β-diketiminate-coordinated alkaline-earth compounds

Alkaline-earth (Ae) metals have attracted a wealth of interdependent research from synthetic chemists. In Ae-catalyzed organometallic reactions, β-diketiminate is a typical ligand used to stabilize Ae catalysts by forming six-membered rings comprising Ae metals. Herein, studies focusing on the configuration of β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds observed that the CC and CN bonds are homogeneous and unchanged. Furthermore, energetic studies observed that the formation of the Ae-incorporated six-membered rings results in enhanced stability of >20 kcal/mol. The nucleus-independent chemical shifts, anisotropy of the induced current density, and molecular orbital analyses demonstrated the non-aromaticity of the β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds. The improved stability of these compounds can be explained by the delocalization of the π electrons derived from the β-diketiminate moiety.     

Layer arrangement in the structure of octakis-(trimethylsiloxy)octasilsesquioxane and dodecakis-(trimethylsiloxy)cyclohexasiloxane

Layers of [(CH₃)₃SiO]₈(SiO_1.5)₈ and [(CH₃)₃SiO]₁₂(SiO)₆ organosilicon compounds obtained by chemical vapor deposition were investigated by X-ray diffraction (DRON-RM4, R = 192 mm, CuK radiation) and Raman spectroscopy (Triplemate, SPEX). The layers were found to be ideally oriented polycrystalline films. The octakis-(trimethylsiloxy)octasilsesquioxane polycrystals are oriented in one crystallographic direction — [001], while the dodecakis-(trimethylsiloxy)cyclohexa-siloxane polycrystals are oriented in the and directions. Crystal structure analysis in these directions yielded the type of the planar lattice followed by the molecules and their orientation relative to the support.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by S. 七-O-乙酰基-β-乳糖异硫氰酸酯的合成、表征及电化学研究

本文合成了并培养出了七-O-乙酰基—β—乳糖异硫氰酸酯的单晶，用X射线衍射分析了其晶体结构。结果表明，晶体为正交晶系，P2₁2₁2₁空间群，a＝1．23282(7)，b＝1．80012(10)，c＝1.85230(10) nm，α＝β＝γ＝90°，V＝4．1107(4) nm³，Z＝4。电化学实验观测到单链DNA和双链DNA对该化合物的峰电流均有明显降低作用，表明化合物与DNA发生了静电作用。
