环境监测实验室管理系统的开发与应用

基于2005版《计量认证/审查认可(验收)评审准则》要求,为满足环境监测实验室业务流程而设计开发了信息管理系统。该系统主要用于环境监测实验室的资源管理和日常自动化办公。系统采用B/S架构,实现全球化办公运作,能对监测样品的受理、分发、分析、原始记录、监测报告、数据三级审核、报告签发实现全程自动流转,并运用工作流和智能表单设计实现实验室程序文件中各类程序和日常办公事务流程的执行;原始记录和监测报告全部实现自动归档及智能查询;同时根据2005版准则中的要求,对人员、设备、材料、环境要素、记录、质量控制等所有要素全面实施网络化管理。     

Synthesis of Photochromic Dihetarylethenes. (Review)

The main methods of synthesis of dihetarylethenes are given in the review. Approaches for obtaining photochromic compounds are discussed, in which both the traditional residues of perfluorocyclopentene, maleic anhydride, and maleimide, and little-studied fragments of partially saturated or aromatic heterocycles are used as the ethenic fragment. Significant attention is paid to the X-ray structural data of open and cyclized forms of the photochromes.     

Behavior of a functional in learning theory

Let H be a Hilbert space, A ∈ L(H), y ∈ , and y ∉ R(A). We study the behavior of the distance square between y and A(B _τ), defined as a functional F(τ), as the radius τ of the ball B _τ of H tends to ∞. This problem is important in estimating the approximation error in learning theory. Our main result is to estimate the asymptotic behavior of F(τ) without the compactness assumption on the operator A. We also consider the Peetre K-functional and its convergence rates.      

浙江省旅游用海质量时空变化特征分析

考虑海洋旅游发展程度、区域经济社会发展水平以及海域环境条件等因素,构建旅游用海质量评价指标体系,依据官方渠道采集的统计数据,采用信息熵模型量化指标权重,根据TOPSIS法原理对沿海县（市、区）旅游海域质量进行排序并应用系统聚类法划分海域等级。结果表明：（1）人均海洋旅游总产值、海洋生物多样性指数以及海水质量指数3个评价因子对旅游用海质量影响显著,海水质量指数有反向影响。（2）2007―2016年,浙江省沿海18个县（市、区）旅游用海等级变动较大,“北强南弱”特征明显。（3）比较2007年标准,第二、三、四等级县（市、区）数量有较大幅度增加,五、六等级县（市、区）数量明显减少,旅游海域质量等级整体提高,等级数量变化与沿海县（市、区）海洋旅游发展态势和海洋生态环境变动相吻合。     

The chemistry of electrogenerated transition metals species - the insertion of olefins into a nickelcarbon bond

The nickel(1) complex, Ni(teta)⁺, formed by cathodic reduction of the corresponding nickel(11) complex, reacts rapidly with alkyl bromides to form an unstable intermediate containing a nickelcarbon bond. When the electrolysis medium also contains an activated olefin an insertion reaction occurs. The new metalcarbon bond is cleaved by further reduction and overall the reduction of Ni(teta)²⁺ in the presence of RBr and CH₂CHY leads to high yiels of RCH₂CH₂Y.     

Fluorinated polysilanes. Palladium catalyzed 1,4-addition of fluorodisilanes to conjugated diene and enone systems

In the presence of palladium complexes as catalysts, fluorinated disilanes add to 1,3-dienes, metehyl vinyl ketone and p-benzoquinone to give mainly 1,4-addition products.     

Evolution of Brains and Computers: The Roads Not Taken

When computers started to become a dominant part of technology around the 1950s, fundamental questions about reliable designs and robustness were of great relevance. Their development gave rise to the exploration of new questions, such as what made brains reliable (since neurons can die) and how computers could get inspiration from neural systems. In parallel, the first artificial neural networks came to life. Since then, the comparative view between brains and computers has been developed in new, sometimes unexpected directions. With the rise of deep learning and the development of connectomics, an evolutionary look at how both hardware and neural complexity have evolved or designed is required. In this paper, we argue that important similarities have resulted both from convergent evolution (the inevitable outcome of architectural constraints) and inspiration of hardware and software principles guided by toy pictures of neurobiology. Moreover, dissimilarities and gaps originate from the lack of major innovations that have paved the way to biological computing (including brains) that are completely absent within the artificial domain. As it occurs within synthetic biocomputation, we can also ask whether alternative minds can emerge from A.I. designs. Here, we take an evolutionary view of the problem and discuss the remarkable convergences between living and artificial designs and what are the pre-conditions to achieve artificial intelligence.     

游客情感计算的文本大数据挖掘方法比较研究

旅游文本大数据以其方便、快捷和低门槛的特点为游客情感计算提供了极大便利,已经成为旅游大数据的主要来源之一。基于大数据理论和情感理论,以文本大数据为数据源,在全面梳理国内外情感计算相关成果的基础上,利用人工智能中的逻辑/算法编程方法、机器学习方法、深度学习方法对旅游文本大数据进行挖掘,探索最佳的基于文本大数据的游客情感计算方法。研究发现：（1）基于情感词典的游客情感计算模型,其核心是构建情感词典和设计情感计算规则,方法简单,容易实现,适用语料范围广。（2）机器学习,用统计学方法抽取文本中的特征项,具有非线性特征,可靠性较线性特征的情感词典方法高。（3）基于深度学习技术的游客情感计算,效果良好,准确率在85%以上。训练多领域的文本语料易于移植,实用性强,且泛化能力好,较适合大数据时代游客情感计算研究。     

基于联合神经网络学习的中文电力计量命名实体识别

随着电力计量业务的不断扩展,迫切需要由业务信息、技术知识、行业标准及其内在联系所组成的电力计量知识图谱,为电网的决策和发展提供更为全面有效的支持。命名实体识别是构建知识图谱的基础。针对电力计量领域需要,结合中文分词技术特点,基于联合学习思想,提出了一种基于联合学习的中文电力计量命名实体识别技术。该技术联合CNN-BLSTM-CRF模型与整合词典知识的分词模型,使其共享实体类别和置信度;同时将2个模型的先后计算顺序改为并行计算,减少了识别误差累积。结果表明,在不需要人工构建特征的情况下,方法的正确率、召回率、F值等均显著优于以往方法。     

Characterization of Lignin Compounds at the Molecular Level: Mass Spectrometry Analysis and Raw Data Processing

Lignin is the second most abundant natural biopolymer, which is a potential alternative to conventional fossil fuels. It is also a promising material for the recovery of valuable chemicals such as aromatic compounds as well as an important biomarker for terrestrial organic matter. Lignin is currently produced in large quantities as a by-product of chemical pulping and cellulosic ethanol processes. Consequently, analytical methods are required to assess the content of valuable chemicals contained in these complex lignin wastes. This review is devoted to the application of mass spectrometry, including data analysis strategies, for the elemental and structural elucidation of lignin products. We describe and critically evaluate how these methods have contributed to progress and trends in the utilization of lignin in chemical synthesis, materials, energy, and geochemistry.
