ABSTRACT

Drug delivery using metal-organic frameworks (MOF) has elicited interest in their biocompatibility; however, few studies have been conducted on their stability in common buffers, cell media, and blood proteins. In particular, the use of ZIF-8, a MOF interconnected by Zn and methylimidazole, has been frequently employed. In this study, we tested single crystals of ZIF-8 with common laboratory buffers, cell media, and serum, and noted several issues. Buffers containing phosphate and bicarbonate alter the appearance and composition of ZIF-8; however, these buffers do not appear to cause cargo to leak out even when the ZIF-8 itself is displaced by phosphates. On the other hand, serum dissolves ZIF-8, causing premature cargo release. Our results show that ZIF-8 undergoes surface chemistry changes that may affect the interpretation of cellular uptake and cargo release data. On the other hand, it provides a rational explanation as to how ZIF-8 neatly dissolves in vivo.  相似文献

We consider the solvability of fractional differential equations involving the Riesz fractional derivative. Our approach basically relies on the reduction of the problem considered to the equivalent nonlinear mixed Volterra and Cauchy-type singular integral equation and on the theory of fractional calculus. By establishing a compactness property of the Riemann–Liouville fractional integral operator on Lebesgue spaces and using the well-known Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem, an existence of at least one solution is gleaned. An example is finally included to show the applicability of the theory.  相似文献

Some sharp results about Weiner and Wick products of whitenoise functionals are obtained. Using the inequality of Wick products we show to what extent scaling transformations, translations, and Sobolev differentiations can be performed on white-noise functionals.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. TAN reacts with zinc(II) forming a red complex with composition 1:2 Zn(II)-TAN and absorption maximum at 582 nm. Zinc can be determined with this reagent in the presence of Triton X-100, in the pH range 6.20-8.00 with a molar absorptivity of 4.5×104 l/mol/cm Beer's Law was obeyed up to least 1.55 g/ml. Copper interference was eliminated with a mixture of thiosulfate and ascorbic acid and nickel separated by precipitation with dimethylglyoxime. The proposed method was used for zinc determination in several copper-base alloys and the results of analysis in comparison with certified values indicated that the procedure was accurate and precise. A derivative procedure is also proposed, allowing zinc determination with high sensitivity (5-400 ng/ml).  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of a grayanotoxin III derivative, 6-0-acetylgrayanotoxin III is presented. The crystal is orthorhombic, space group P212121, witha=15.582(3),b=21.304(3),c=6.339(3)Å,V=2104(1) Å3 Z=4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full matrix least-squares methods to a finalR=0.047 for 1763 independent reflections withF 0>3 (F 0) The molecule is based on a tetracyclic structure consisting of two five-membered, one six-membered, and one seven-membered ring with various conformations.  相似文献

The crystals of 5,5′-dibromo-3-diethylaminomethyl-2,2′-biphenol N-oxide were studied by X-ray and FT-IR spectroscopy. Within this molecule two short OHO intramolecular hydrogen bonds are formed. The NO?H+?O bond between the OH and the N-oxide groups is very strong, of 2.419(7) Å between the oxygen atoms. The proton potential of this hydrogen bond is flat, broad and has probably no barrier—consequently it could not be located from X-ray diffraction data. The other hydrogen bond formed between two hydroxyl groups appears asymmetrical from FT-IR spectra, and shows also relatively limited proton polarizability. The molecular conformation is non-planar, due to strong overcrowding effect between the oxygen atoms involved in the hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Amorphous kaolinite derivatives were prepared through mixing kaolinite with HCOOK and KOH solution. Ki-netics of kaolinite being turned into amorphous derivatvies was investigated by XRD. It showed that the transfor-mation included dynamic and diffuse controlling stages. And the active energy E1=26.8kJ·mol-1; E2=12.2 kJ·mol-1. TEM and SEM images showed that particle size of the amorphous derivatives was about 50nm. And the amorphous derivatives seemed like alumnsilicate gel, accompanied by some aggregates.  相似文献
