各向异性超导体电阻转变的修正Kosterlitz-Thouless相变模型

从二维系统的Kosterlitz-Thouless (KT) 相变理论出发，在关联长度中引入热激活能和平均钉扎高度，提出了修正的KT相变模型.该模型与库伦气体标度理论和Halperin-Nelson关系具有一致性.应用修正的KT相变模型研究磁场下Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O_x(Tl-2212)薄膜电阻转变的标度行为，发现由电阻转变计算得到的平均钉扎高度与温度具有线性依赖关系，实验结果支持修正的KT相变模型. 关键词： 标度行为 各向异性超导体 电阻转变     

量子线/绝缘层/p波超导体结的隧道谱

用Bogoliubov-de Gennes方程来研究量子线/绝缘层/p波超导体结(q/I/p)中的准粒子输运过程，利用推广的Blonder，Tinkham和Klapwijk模型计算绝对零度和有限温度下q/I/p的一级谐波隧道谱.和量子线/绝缘层/d波超导体结的一级谐波隧道谱不同的是q/I/p的一级谐波隧道谱中存在零偏压电导峰.随着q/I/p中绝缘层的势垒散射增强，q/I/p的一级谐波隧道谱中零偏压电导峰变高.     

飞秒时间分辨光抽运探测技术及进展

文章简要介绍了飞秒时间分辨光抽运探测技术以及作者所在实验室的最新研究进展．灵敏度和信噪比是实验中的重要参数，文章着重介绍了作者在这两方面的改进，从而可检测到更微弱信号，并降低了使用的激光功率．配合具有光学窗口的液氦低温系统，还可对更多领域的材料进行研究，其中包括高温超导、生物化学样品和纳米材料等，并可给出物质内部结构等方面的重要信息．     

钕铁硼在高温超导磁悬浮技术实验中的应用

将新材料钕铁硼作为磁导轨引入到高温超导磁悬浮技术实验中,介绍了高温超导悬浮技术实验的基本原理、仪器及钕铁硼对实验的改进.     

手征对称性动力学破缺和铜氧化物超导体相变的三维量子电动力学研究

利用三维量子电动力学理论中的Dyson-Schwinger方程方法, 研究了零温情况下平面铜氧化合物超导体的反铁磁相和d波超导相之间的相变. 通过在朗道规范下近似解析求解和数值求解完全耦合的Dyson-Schwinger方程、并将所得结果与1/N展开方法的结果相比较, 发现在半填充准费密子味道数约小于等于4的情况下, 通过手征对称性自发破缺, d波超导相可以演化到反铁磁相, 并且反铁磁相有可能与d波超导相共存. 通过进一步比较不同相的压强, 还说明反铁磁与d波超导共存相为稳定相, 从而反铁磁相确实可以与d波超导相共存.     

High-pressure Raman study of MgV2O6 synthesized at high pressure and high temperature

A new structural phase of MgV2O6 was obtained by a high-pressure,high-temperature(HPHT) synthesis method.The new phase was investigated by the Rietveld analysis of X-ray powder diffraction data,showing space group Pbcn(No.60) symmetry and a = 13.6113(6) (1 = 0.1 nm),b = 5.5809(1) ,c = 4.8566(3) ,V = 368.93(2) 3(Z = 4).High pressure behavior was studied by Raman spectroscopy at room temperature.Under 22.5 GPa,there was no sign of a structural phase transition in the spectra,demonstrating stability of the HPHT phase up to the highest pressure.     

三维介观超导环涡旋态的研究

通过数值求解非线性金兹堡-朗道(G-L)方程组,研究了三维介观超导环中的涡旋态。发现了在细环中只能存在巨涡旋态,以及存在顺磁、抗磁迈斯纳效应和间隙性超导现象。在粗环中,发现了多涡旋态和巨涡旋态共存的混合态。相应讨论有助于理解介观超导环中涡旋态相变。     

单相超导体CaLaBaCu_(3-x)BxO_(7-δ)正常态热电势率研究

从 77K到 30 0 K之间对 Ca L a Ba Cu3 -x Bx O7-δ单相体系的正常态热电势率进行了微分法测量 ,发现随着硼含量 x从 0向 0 .4的逐步增加 ,样品体系正常态特性从金属性向类半导体性质转变 ,其主要载流子由空穴型为主转变为电子型为主 .根据以上的性质转变 ,我们采用双带模型及半导体模型对 x的不同值进行曲线模拟 ,拟合的热电势率—温度曲线与实验曲线相当吻合 ,同时根据模型对样品的费米能及有效能隙进行了计算     

Effect of Intra-Dot Coulomb Interaction on Andreev Reflection in Normal-Metal/Quantum-Dot/Superconductor System

We investigate the effect of intra-dot Coulomb interaction on the Andreev reflection in a normalmetal/quantum-dot/superconductor (N-QD-S) system with multiple levels in the quantum dot, in the regime where the intra-dot interacting constant is comparable to the energy gap of superconducting lead. By using nonequilibrium Green function method, the averaged occupation of electrons in the quantum dot and the Andreev reflection (AR) current are studied. Comparing to the case of non-interacting quantum dot, the system shows significant changes for the a two-step-like behavior; and the I-Vg shows two groups of peaks, separated by U and with equal heights, where Vg is the gate voltage and U denotes the intra-dot Coulomb interaction constant. (ii) For finite bias voltage, dips, superposed V ≥ U/2, extra AR current peaks occur between the two groups of the peaks. Besides, the properties of the heights of the AR current peaks are more complicated.``     

Kq, Scaling of ac susceptibility and the nonlinear response function of high-temperature superconductors

The amplitude-dependent ac susceptibility of high-temperature superconductors is shown to obey some empirical scaling relations. We try to analyze this behavior by extending a dc nonlinear response function of mixed state to the ac cases. The derived equations for critical current and ac susceptibility ξ(T) agree with the scaling relations of experimental data.
