利用弧形光栅尺测量大型转轴扭矩的原理研究

利用弧形光栅尺的旋转微位移测量功能,组建一组测量体系,用于测量巨型转轴的扭矩。采用四组相同的弧形光栅尺同时测量两截面的相对转角,通过多点测量实现误差均化,得出了消除转轴直径对测量影响的公式,使仪器的环境适应能力得到了极大地提高。根据不同的工作情况,提出了相应的动态测量扭矩的计算方程。实现了大型机械设备主传动的动力监测,为设备自动化、智能化奠定了基础。     

Magnetic behaviour of TbMnFe

Neutron diffraction and M?ssbauer measurements have been carried out on the cubic Laves phase intermetallic TbMnFe. The magnetic moment on the transition metal atom is found to be low, 0.2μ _B, at room temperature. This moment is temperature independent down to 10 K. Magnetic moment on the rare earth atom varies from 2.5μ _B at 296 K to 7.27μ _B at 10 K. M?ssbauer spectra recorded at 298 K and 78 K have magnetic character but there is a large distribution of hyperfine field values. Both these features arise due to magnetic frustration created in the sample due to the competing ferro and antiferromagnetic interactions between the transition metal atoms.     

In situ observation of NaBi(WO4)2 dendrite growth and the study on microstructure of solidification

The dendrite growth process of transparent NaBi(WO₄)₂ with small prandtl and high melting point was studied by using the in-situ observation system. According to the dynamic images and detailed information, there are two kinds of restriction effect on the dendrite growth, the competition between arms and branches and the convection in the melt. The dendrite growth rate was time dependent, and the rate of arm growth reached the maximum 5.8 mm/s in the diffusive-advective region and rapidly decreased in the diffusive-convective region. The growth rate of branch had the same change trends as the arm’s. Based on the EPMA-EDS data of solidification structure of quenched NaBi(WO₄)₂ melt, it was found that there were component differences from stoichiometric concentration in the melt near the interface during the growth process. 重稀土高氯酸盐甲基苯甲酰甲基亚砜配合物的合成及Tb3+的发光

合成了重稀土高氯酸盐甲基苯甲酰甲基亚砜配合物RE(ClO4)3·L5·C2H5OH(RE=Gd,Tb,Dy,Tm,Yb;L=C6H5COCH2SOCH3).经元素分析、稀土络合滴定、摩尔电导及热重分析确定了配合物的组成,测定了配体及配合物的IR谱、1H NMR及铽配合物的磷光光谱、荧光激发和发射光谱,根据荧光发射光谱数据计算了铽配合物的各能级值.     

纳米晶ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+的制备及其室温上转换发射

用化学共沉淀法制备了ZrO₂:Er³⁺-Yb³⁺纳米晶粉体，所制备的纳米晶粉体具有较强的室温上转换发射和红外发射.研究了样品的晶体结构和上转换发光性质随着Yb³⁺掺杂浓度和煅烧温度的变化关系.通过X射线衍射谱分析发现，经800℃煅烧2h后得到的ZrO₂:Er³⁺-Yb³⁺纳米晶是四方相和单斜相的混合结构，经950℃煅烧2h后得到的样品以单斜相为主，随着Y     

稀土氟化物Y0.97Er0.03F3纳米材料的制备及上转换发光

通过燃烧法和控温热反应法制备了稀土氟化物纳米材料，利用XRD和TEM对样品进行了分析和表征。测量了发射波长为980nm激光二极管激发下所得纳米材料的上转换发光性质。     

Qualitative Theory and Identification of Dynamic System with One Degree of Freedom

稀土及杂质元素对ZA27合金晶间腐蚀的影响

为了从本质上了解杂质与稀土元素对锌铝合金晶间腐蚀的影响 ,探索抑制合金晶间腐蚀的有效途径 ,依据晶界的大角度重位点阵理论编制出相应计算机软件 ,建立含稀土、杂质及 η相颗粒的α相大角度晶界原子集团模型 ,采用递归法计算了α相晶界间的电荷转移 ,由此讨论了杂质 (Pb、Sn、Cd)及稀土元素 (La、Y)对Zn、Al电极电位的影响 .结果表明 ,杂质Pb、Sn、Cd增大原子间的电荷转移量 ,提高Zn、Al电极电位差 ,加速合金的腐蚀 ,稀土元素减小原子间的电荷转移量 ,降低Zn、Al电极电位差 ,具有抑制晶间腐蚀的作用 .     

Tetradecanol dehydrogenation over CuO catalyst supported on BaO, CaO and MgO

Bimetallic Cu/Mg, Ca, Ba mixed oxide compounds acted as catalyst in the dehydrogenation of tetradecanol into tetradecanal, and were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis, surface area, X-ray diffraction, temperature-programmed reduction and desorption of CO₂. Alkaline earth oxides increased the total basic site concentration in the order of Mg>Ca>Ba. A correlation was found between the total basic site concentration and initial dehydrogenation rate. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Solid state phase equilibria in the Gd-Si-B system at 1270 K

Solid state phase equilibria in the ternary Gd-Si-B phase diagram have been proposed at 1270 K using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis. Prior to this work, the binary systems Gd-B, Gd-Si and Si-B have also been reinvestigated. The main characteristic of the ternary diagram is the occurrence of two new ternary compounds Gd₅Si₂B₈ and Gd₅Si₃B_0.64. The former crystallizes in tetragonal symmetry, space group P4/mbm with unit cell parameters a=7.2665(3), c=8.2229(7) Å, the second one presents hexagonal symmetry, space group P6₃/mcm with unit cell parameters a=8.5080(4),c=6.4141(2) Å. The X-ray structures of the two structurally related phases Gd₅Si₃B_0.64 and host binary Gd₅Si₃ have been refined from three-dimensional single-crystal intensity data to the final R values of 0.036 (R_w=0.046) and 0.046 (R_w=0.055) for 457 and 401 reflections, respectively with [F>4σ(F)]. Both structures exhibit the Mn₅Si₃-type structure, with in addition for Gd₅Si₃B_0.64 a partial occupancy by boron of the normally vacant interstitial site at the center of the Gd₆ octahedron, which corresponds to the origin of the unit cell. Bonding between the interstitial boron atoms and the gadolinium ones forming the Gd₆B polyhedra is indicated by the decrease in the corresponding Gd-Gd distances and consequently in the unit cell volume. Finally, the Gd-Si-B phase diagram is compared with the previously reported Er-Si-B, at 1070 K.
