采用溶胶凝胶法,以蔗糖和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,草酸为TEOS水解的催化剂,制备均相碳化硅前驱体,在氩气氛和高温条件下(1 350~1 600 ℃)将碳化硅先驱体进行碳热还原,制备出高比表面积的SiC。考察了水/TEOS物质的量的比、碳/硅物质的量的比及镍盐等因素对碳化硅比表面积的影响。结果表明,当nwater/nTEOS=7.5,nC/nSi=4时,适宜的镍催化剂(nNi/nTEOS=0.005),凝胶形成的时间最短,镍盐的加入可使碳热还原温度降低200 ℃。 相似文献

The anodic overvoltage on carbon and platinum electrodes in the electrochemical production of high purity gadolinium from molten 75 LiF-25 mol% GdF3 solutions is discussed. At the cell temperature of 840°C calciumimpregnated anodes led to the reduction of inert electrode films and to a current yield of nearly 100%.The deposited gadolinium contained 75, 22, 54 and less than 100 ppm of the interstitial elements H, N, O and C respectively; the concentrations of the highest other analysed impurities were: Si (89), Fe (15), Y (5), Zr (3), Nd (3), Tb (71), Ta (49), W (23) and Re (<3 ppm).Partly performed at the Ames Laboratory—U.S. Department of Energy. 相似文献

Plasma-induced surface graft copolymerization of acrylic acid on polypropylene non-woven fabric (PP-g-AA) and polypropylene membrane were reported. The extents of grafting were controlled by the plasma and polymerization condition. Hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide was then coupled with the carboxyl group of PP-g-AA to obtain a polyion complex (PIC). At last, CF4 plasma was used to give PICs hydrophobic property. The moisture regain and water-repellency of the processed PICs was investigated. The surfaces were characterized using ATR FT-IR and XPS. The result indicates that the products have very high ability to adsorb moisture, even better than cotton fiber. At the same time, the products show excellent hydrophobic property, which can‘t be wetted by those reagents whose surface tensions were higher than 327mN/m. 相似文献

Polyethylene based composites are attractive materials for advanced circuit board applications because of their unique combination of properties: low dielectric constant and loss factor, light weight, high flexural modulus and low thermal expansion coefficient controlled in all spatial directions. This investigation describes a process to consolidate chopped fibers of ultra‐high molecular weight polyethylene concurrently with its bonding to a copper foil. Bonding is affected by a thin sheet of low‐density polyethylene, incorporating a crosslinking agent with a concentration gradient across the sheets thickness. and thin films, to identify melting points of particular phases within these oxide systems and determine suitable processing
conditions. The DTA system operates at the: maximum temperature of 1200°C, volume up to 5 cm3, working pressure up to 1.5 GPa and at a working atmosphere — inert gas with up to 25% oxygen.

A high-pressure phase of the clathrate hydrate of tetrahydrofuran was prepared by freezing a liquid phase of overall composition THF · 7 H2O under a pressure of 3.0 kbar, or by pressurizing the solid structure II THF hydrate of 255K to 3.4 kbar. Unfortunately, the products recovered at 77K were always mixed phase materials as shown by X-ray powder diffraction. A number of diffraction lines could be indexed in terms of the cubic structure I hydrate with a slightly expanded lattice parameter, 12.08 Å, giving some support to Dyadin's idea that the high pressure phase transition involves a conversion of Structure II to Structure I. Other phases observed in the recovered product include Ice IX and amorphous materials. The reversion of the high pressure sample to the structure II hydrate was followed by differential scanning calorimetry. At ambient pressure, the high pressure sample converts slowly back to Structure II hydrate event at 77K.NRCC No. 35786. 相似文献
