手性苯并咪唑铜(Ⅱ)络合物催化合成1,1''''-联-2萘酚

In the past several decades, much attention has been paid to optically active, C2-asymmetric 1,1′-binaphthalene-2,2′-diol and its derivatives because of their application in inducing chirality in asymmetric synthesis[1,2]. Enantiomerically pure 1,1′-binaphthalene-2,2′-diol has been prepared by many methods ranging from the classical resolution via crystallization of the diastereoisomeric salts[3] to asymmetric oxidative coupling[4～6].     

1－芳氧基乙酰基－4－邻氯苯甲酰基氨基硫脲衍生物的合成及其生物活性研究

于固－液相转移催化条件下，合成了１０个１－芳氧基乙酰基－４－邻氯苯甲酰基氨基硫脲衍生物，用元素分析、ＩＲ和￣１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ光谱确定了它们的结构。该类化合物对小麦幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用。     

Thermal Behaviour and Decomposition Kinetics for Two Palladium(II) Complexes with 1-aminopyrene and its Derivative

The thermal decomposition studies for two palladium(II) complexes Pd(apyr)₂Cl₂ and Pd(pmpa)Cl₂ (apyr=1–aminopyrene and pmpa=N–(2–pyridylmethylene)–1–pyrenylamine) were carried out in pure nitrogen using TG-DTG techniques. The non-isothermal kinetic parameters for the two complexes were evaluated employing the method suggested by Málek, esták, Koga et al. Based on the above results, thermal behaviour of the complexes were carefully discussed, which showed that not only the parameters value, but also the decomposition pattern and mechanism for complex 1 are different from complex 2.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Synthesis of Functionalized (2-Thienylcarbonyl)thiazoles and 4-(2-Thienyl)pyridines by Reaction of (2-Thienylcarbonyl)thioacetanilides and their Enamine Derivatives

Summary. The condensation of two molecules of 2-(2-thienylcarbonyl)thioacetanilides catalyzed by piperidine yielded thiazole derivatives as confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The reaction of malononitrile with 3-morpholino-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid thioanilides furnished 6-amino-1-aryl-4-(2-thienyl)-1,2-dihydro-2-thioxopyridine-5-carbonitriles. A similar reaction of malononitrile with 3-morpholino-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid anilides provided 2-oxopyridine-5-carbonitriles.     

Addition of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ to vinyl bromide and chemical transformations of the resulting 5-bromospiro(1-pyrazoline-3,1′-cyclopropane)

The reaction of diazocyclopropane generatedin situ with vinyl bromide occurs as regioselective 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to give 5-bromospiro(1-pyrazoline-3,1′-cyclopropane) in ∼60% yield. Reactions of the latter with nucleophilic reagents, which can occur both with retention and opening of the cyclopropane ring, were studied. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A new convenient synthesis of N-acyl-2-(dimethoxyphosphoryl)glycinates

Easily accessible N-acyl-2-triphenylphosphonioglycinate tetrafluoroborates react smoothly with trimethylphosphite in the presence of methyltriphenylphosphonium iodide to give N-acyl-2-(dimethoxyphosphoryl)glycinates in good or very good yields. The dimethoxyphosphorylglycinates may be isolated by column chromatography, or used directly for the Wadsworth-Emmons synthesis of α,β-dehydro-α-amino acids in a one-pot procedure without purification.     

6-Arylamino-3-methyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines: Novel N-Arylamidine Structures

We propose a method for obtaining derivatives of 7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine by alkylation of 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol by substituted -chloroacetanilides, followed by cyclization of the intermediate by phosphorus oxychloride.     

First radical cation salts of 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP) with copper(II) metal complex anions: β-(BDA-TTP)4Cu2Cl6 and (BDA-TTP)2CuCl4

New radical cation salts based on 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP) with copper(II) metal complex anions, β-(BDA-TTP)₄Cu₂Cl₆ and (BDA-TTP)₂CuCl₄, were synthesized and structurally characterized. Single crystals were prepared by electrochemical oxidation of BDA-TTP under galvanostatic conditions. X-ray diffraction study demonstrated that the salts have a layered structure, in which the conducting BDA-TTP layers alternate with the [Cu₂Cl₆]²⁻ or [CuCl₄]²⁻ anions. 以(S)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与α-溴-3-氯苯丙酮反应, (R)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与6-甲氧基-2-(2-溴丙酰基)萘反应, 分别合成了手性纯化合物(2R,3R,5S)-3,5-二甲基-2-(3-氯苯基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4a)和(2S,3S,5R)-3,5-二甲基-2-(6-甲氧基-2-萘基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4b), 利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了两化合物的晶体结构和两化合物的空间结构, 并初步分析两化合物空间结构, 化合物4a晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P2₁2₁2, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.8718(2) nm, b＝0.7883(2) nm, c＝2.0247(6) nm, Z＝4, V＝1.3915(7) nm³, D_c＝1.328 g/cm³, F(000)＝584, R₁＝0.0399, wR₂＝0.0797, S＝1.042. 化合物4b晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P2₁2₁2₁, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.71035 (9) nm, b＝0.77703(10) nm, c＝2.9820(4) nm, Z＝4, V＝1.6318(4) nm³, D_c＝1.318 g/cm³, F(000)＝688, R₁＝0.0520, wR₂＝0.1108, S＝0.994.     

Synthesis of a biotinated amphiphile

The synthesis of a biotinated amphiphile assembled from d-(+)-biotin, ethylene diamine as spacer, galactaric acid and 1-dodecylamine was achieved in six steps. The key step was the synthesis of a bisacetonide protected galactaric ester, the structure of which was determined by X-ray analysis. Aminolysis, spacer attachment, coupling with biotin and deprotection led to the amphiphilic galactaramide.
