The electrochemical detection of the hazardous pollutant 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP) at low potentials, in order to avoid matrix interferences, is an important research challenge. This study describes the development, electrochemical characterization and utilization of a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) film electrode for the quantitative determination of 4‐NP in natural water. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements showed that the modified surface exhibits a decrease of ca. 13 times in the charge transfer resistance when compared with a bare glassy carbon (GC) surface. Voltammetric experiments showed the possibility to oxidize a hydroxylamine layer (produced by the electrochemical reduction of 4‐NP on the GC/MWNCT surface) in a potential region which is approximately 700 mV less positive than that needed to oxidize 4‐NP, thus minimizing the interference of matrix components. The limit of detection for 4‐NP obtained using square‐wave voltammetry (0.12 μmol L?1) was lower than the value advised by EPA. A natural water sample from a dam located in São Carlos (Brazil) was spiked with 4‐NP and analyzed by the standard addition method using the GC/MWCNT electrode, without any further purification step. The recovery procedure yielded a value of 96.5% for such sample, thus confirming the suitability of the developed method to determine 4‐NP in natural water samples. The electrochemical determination was compared with that obtained by HPLC with UV‐vis detection.  相似文献

本文从理论上通过对钕玻璃中Nd~(3+)离子光吸收特性的分析,阐明了其光吸收对温度依从性的原因.在实验中,试制了几种不同类型的钕玻璃光纤温度传感探头.对Nd~(3+)离子光吸收的温度特性进行了验证,其结果和理论分析相一致,实验表明钕玻璃是一种性能良好的光纤温敏传感材料.  相似文献

Al-doped ZnO rods of nanometer to sub-micrometer size range have been successfully synthesized by a simple yet cost-effective solution processed sonochemical technique. Systematic XRD analysis established the solid solubility limit for Al in the ZnO lattice to be ca. 3 mol% at an elevated annealing temperature of 800 °C. The secondary ZnAl2O4 phase appears with increasing dopant concentrations and at lower annealing temperatures. Significant variations in the optoelectronic properties are induced by modifications in the surface defects of ZnO rods as a result of Al doping. As a consequence, an improved fill factor (FF) of 74.78 and 75.76% with a conversion efficiency (η) of 1.59 and 1.79% have been achieved for the fabricated DSSC devices made of the 800 °C annealed ZnO rods doped by 1 and 3 mol% Al, respectively.  相似文献

作为一种稳定、价廉的光催化剂,TiO2被广泛应用于各种污染物的降解;但是,较大的宽禁带(~3.2 eV)和较低的电子迁移率不仅使TiO2很难吸收可见光,而且光生电子和空穴的复合几率高,从而导致TiO2的总体光电效率不高.因此,设计能够被可见光激发、并具有快速光生电子传输的TiO2一直是研究热点.研究表明,Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2(还原态TiO2-x)不仅能够被可见光激发,而且使TiO2具有良好的电子导电性,从而有利于提高TiO2的光电转换效率.另外,非金属元素的掺杂能够减小TiO2的禁带宽度,使TiO2能够响应可见光并具有良好的可见光催化性能,其中S元素的掺杂被广泛研究.目前,S掺杂纳米TiO2的制备通常采用TiS2,单质S,硫脲、二甲亚砜等为S源,但这类原料通常价格昂贵或者具有一定的毒性,因而实际应用受到限制.而制备Ti3+自掺杂TiO2的方法大都是基于"还原法",在真空或强还原性气氛如H2,CO中加热TiO2,或采用高能粒子(电子、氩离子)轰击.在实际应用中,这些方法存在步骤多、条件苛刻、反应时间长和设备昂贵等不足.而且,还原法反应通常发生在颗粒的表面,形成的Ti3+很容易被空气和水中的溶解O2氧化,降低材料的稳定性.虽然在温和的液相中还原Ti4+可用于制备Ti3+掺杂的TiO2,但是由于反应过程中有副产物生成,需要进行后续处理才能得到纯的Ti3+自掺杂TiO2.因此,设计一种简单的制备S掺杂还原态TiO2-x光催化剂仍具有十分重要的意义.前期我们采用H2O2氧化TiH2得到不同状态的前驱体凝胶,然后进行不同方式的后处理得到Ti3+自掺杂的纳米TiO2.本文以TiH2和H2O2反应得到的黄色前驱体凝胶为Ti源,以价格低廉、无毒、稳定的二氧化硫脲为S源和还原剂,采用不同的方法制备了S掺杂的还原态TiO2-x光催化剂.本文初步研究了在凝胶中加入二氧化硫脲后进行水热处理,以及将干燥的凝胶粉末与二氧化硫脲混合热处理对所得产物的影响.并与纯的TiO2、还原态TiO2-x和S掺杂TiO2的光吸收、电化学、光催化性能进行对比研究.采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、比表面分析和电化学工作站等技术对产物的结构、形貌和光电性能进行了表征.以罗丹明B(RhB)溶液为模拟废水,考察样品的可见光催化性能.结果表明,不同的后续处理方式不仅影响S掺杂TiO2-x的结晶性和形貌,而且影响产物的光吸收性能和电子传输性能,从而使不同条件下所得产物的可见光催化性能不同.其中,采用热处理方式得到的S掺杂TiO2-x样品在可见光下降解RhB的速率分别是纯的TiO2,TiO2-x和S掺杂TiO2的31,2.5和3.6倍,而且样品具有良好的循环稳定性.  相似文献

The highly boron‐doped diamond electrode (HBDD) combined with square wave voltammetry (SWV) was used in the development of an analytical procedure for diquat determination in potato and sugar cane samples and lemon, orange, tangerine and pineapple juices. Preliminary experiments realised in a medium of 0.05 mol L?1 Na2B4O7 showed the presence of two voltammetric peaks around ?0.6 V and around ?1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl/Cl? 3.0 mol L?1, where the first peak could be successfully used for analytical proposes due the facility in the electrode surface renovation. After the experimental and voltammetric optimisation, the calculated detection and quantification limits were 1.6×10?10 mol L?1 and 5.3×10?10 mol L?1 (0.057 µg L?1 and 0.192 µg L?1, respectively), which are lower than the maximum residue limit established for fresh food samples by the Brazilian Sanitary Vigilance Agency. The proposed methodology was used to determine diquat residues in potato and sugar cane samples and lemon, orange, tangerine and pineapple juices and the calculated recovery efficiencies indicated that the proposed procedure presents higher robustness, stability and sensitivity, good reproducibility, and is very adequate for diquat determination in complex samples.  相似文献

We propose and experimentally demonstrate a dual-pass unbalanced in-line Sagnac interferometer as a novel comb filter for implements in erbium-doped fiber lasers to obtain wide wavebands of multiwavelength radiations with enhancements of signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs). The hybrid combinations of the comb filter with the two schemes of nonlinear polarization rotation and intensity dependent loss have successfully not only enlarged the lasing bandwidth up to 47 nm but also enhanced the SNR up to 40 dB. The simultaneous lasing-wavelengths of 117 channels are also obtained. The multiwavelength lasing spectra with free spectral range of 0.4 nm covering the full L-band are useful for the applications of DWDM and WDM-PON systems.  相似文献

Optics has already proved its meaningful application in information processing and computation, where the parallelism of light is exploited to achieve the desired result. In this communication a novel concept of all-optical memory unit based on phase encoding process is proposed. The unit is simple in architecture comprising phase sifters, mirrors (M′) and two blocks of Erbium doped fiber amplifier. The optical feedback is supported by use of beam splitters and mirrors. It is independent of intensity and therefore requires a small switching power and can work at a bit rate far above 100 Gb/s.  相似文献

NdxLu1−xVO4 (x = 0, 0.005, 0.02, 0.023, 0.03 and 0.05) series crystals have been grown by the Czochralski method. The results of X-ray powder diffraction experiments show that these crystals belong to the zircon-type structure. The cutoff wavelength of LuVO4 is 330 nm and the transmittance is about 80% in 540-3010 nm. The functional relation of absorption coefficient α at 808 nm on Nd3+-doped concentration Nd in units of atomic % is obtained to be α = 7.649 Nd. The results of Judd-Ofelt analysis show that there is no obvious concentration quenching effect below 3 at.% doped concentrations. The highest output power at 1.06 μm is 1090 mW for Nd0.02Lu0.98VO4 at the pumping power of 6.58 W of a laser diode, the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 16.6% and slope efficiency is 19.4%.  相似文献

The adsorption of CO, NH3 and O2 gas molecules on Fe site of La0.875Sr0.125FeO3 (0 1 0) surface has been investigated based on the density functional theory (DFT) with the spin polarized generalized gradient approximation (GGA). The optimal adsorption orientations as well as the adsorption energies for these molecules adsorption on Fe site of La0.875Sr0.125FeO3 (0 1 0) surface are derived. Results show that adsorption configurations with C-down for CO, N-down for NH3 are stable. For the O2 molecule adsorption, the mode with an angle about 120° between the oxygen molecule and La0.875Sr0.125FeO3 (0 1 0) surface is stable.  相似文献
