The formation of excitons in OLEDs is spin dependent and can be controlled by electron‐paramagnetic resonance, affecting device resistance and electroluminescence yield. We explore electrically detected magnetic resonance in the regime of very low magnetic fields (<1 mT). A pronounced feature emerges at zero field in addition to the conventional spin‐ Zeeman resonance for which the Larmor frequency matches that of the incident radiation. By comparing a conventional π‐conjugated polymer as the active material to a perdeuterated analogue, we demonstrate the interplay between the zero‐field feature and local hyperfine fields. The zero‐field peak results from a quasistatic magnetic‐field effect of the RF radiation for periods comparable to the carrier‐pair lifetime. Zeeman resonances are resolved down to 3.2 MHz, approximately twice the Larmor frequency of an electron in Earth's field. However, since reducing hyperfine fields sharpens the Zeeman peak at the cost of an increased zero‐field peak, we suggest that this result may constitute a fundamental low‐field limit of magnetic resonance in carrier‐pair‐based systems. OLEDs offer an alternative solid‐state platform to investigate the radical‐pair mechanism of magnetic‐field effects in photochemical reactions, allowing models of biological magnetoreception to be tested by measuring spin decoherence directly in the time domain by pulsed experiments. 相似文献

In this study, dendrimer‐encapsulated Cu(Π) nanoparticles immobilized on superparamagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via a multistep‐synthesis. Then, the synthesized composite was fully characterized by various techniques such as fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), UV‐vis spectroscopy, energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and vibration sample magnetometer (VSM). From the information gained by FE‐SEM and TEM studies it can be inferred that the particles are mostly spherical in shape and have an average size of 50 nm. Also, the amount of Cu is determined to be 0.51 mmol/g in the catalyst by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analyzer. This magnetic nano‐compound has been successfully applied as a highly efficient, magnetically recoverable and stable catalyst for N‐arylation of nitrogen heterocycles with aryl halides (I, Br) and arylboronic acids without using external ligands or additives. The catalyst was also employed in a one‐pot, three‐component reaction for the efficient and green synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles using various aldehydes, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium azide in water. The magnetic catalyst can be easily separated by an external magnet bar and is recycled seven times without significant loss of its activity. 相似文献

A rapid, accurate and robust method for the determination of catechin (C), epicatechin (EC), gallocatechin (GC), epigallocatechin (EGC), catechin gallate (Cg), epicatechin gallate (ECg), gallocatechin gallate (GCg) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg) concentrations in human plasma has been developed. The method utilizes protein precipitation following enzyme hydrolysis, with chromatographic separation and detection using reversed‐phase liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). Traditional issues such as lengthy chromatographic runtimes, sample and extract stability, and lack of suitable internal standards have been addressed. The method has been evaluated using a comprehensive validation procedure, confirming linearity over appropriate concentration ranges, and inter/intra‐batch precision and accuracies within suitable thresholds (precisions within 13.8% and accuracies within 12.4%). Recoveries of analytes were found to be consistent between different matrix samples, compensated for using suitable internal markers and within the performance of the instrumentation used. Similarly, chromatographic interferences have been corrected using the internal markers selected. Stability of all analytes in matrix is demonstrated over 32 days and throughout extraction conditions. This method is suitable for high‐throughput sample analysis studies. 相似文献

Charge transfer via electron hopping from an electron donor (D) to an acceptor (A) in nanoscale, plays a crucial role in optoelectronic materials, such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs). Here, we propose a strategy for binding D/A units in space, where intramolecular charge-transfer can take place. The resulted material DM-Me-B is able to give bright emission in this molecular architecture because of the good control of D/A interaction and conformational rigidity. Moreover, DM-Me-B presents small singlet-triplet splitting energy, enabling thermally activated delayed fluorescence. Therefore, the DM-Me-B exhibits ~20% maximum external quantum efficiency and low efficiency roll-off at 1000 cd/m2, certifying an effective strategy in controlling D/A blocks through space. 相似文献

Abstract C-18 Empore extraction disks were used for the isolation and trace enrichment of different groups of pesticides from river water and artificial sea water at concentration levels of 0.2, 5 and 20 μg/l [chlorotriazines, (atrazine and simazine), their dealkylated metabolites, (deethyl- and deisopropylatrazine), organophosphorus (parathion-ethyl), phenylurea (linuron), anilide (propanil), carbamate (aldicarb and carbofuran) and carbamate transformation products (aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone and 3-hydroxy-7-phenol carbofuran]. The extraction disks allowed high flow rates thus 51 samples could be processed within 2h. 30 min. For most of the pesticides the recoveries, as determined by liquid chromatography with diode array detection (LC-DAD), varied from 74 up to 125% with coefficients of variations (CV) of 5-10%, whereas for the carbamate transformation products the recoveries were in the range of 30-35% having a CV of 17-21%. At spiking level of 0.2 μg/l the dealkylated triazine metabolites and the carbamate transformation products were not detected at all. 相似文献

A three-terminal conductor presents peculiar thermoelectric and thermal properties in the quantum Hall regime: it can behave as a symmetric rectifier and as an ideal thermal diode. These properties rely on the coherent propagation along chiral edge channels. We investigate the effect of breaking the coherent propagation by the introduction of a probe terminal. It is shown that chiral effects not only survive the presence of incoherence but they can even improve the thermoelectric performance in the totally incoherent regime. 相似文献

Zeolites are crystalline microporous materials with application in diverse fields, especially in catalysis. The ability to prepare zeolites with targeted physicochemical properties for a specific catalytic application is a matter of great interest, because it allows the efficiency of the entire chemical process to be increased (higher product yields, lower undesired by‐products, less energy consumption, and cost savings, etc). Nevertheless, directing the zeolite crystallization towards the material with the desired framework topology, crystal size, or chemical composition is not an easy task, since several variables influence the nucleation and crystallization processes. The combination of accumulated knowledge, rationalization, and innovation has allowed the synthesis of unique zeolitic structures in the last few years. This is especially true in terms of the design of organic and inorganic structure‐directing agents (SDAs). In this Minireview we will present the rationale we have followed in our studies to synthesize new zeolite structures, while putting this in perspective with the advances made by other researchers of the zeolite community. 相似文献

A heterogeneous and recyclable catalyst with a high loading of silver nanoparticles was synthesized via the silver nanoparticles being supported onto the surface of magnetic nanoparticles coated with poly(4‐vinylpyridine). The synthesized catalyst was used in the dehydrogenation of alcohols to corresponding carbonyl compounds. A broad diversity of alcohols was converted into their corresponding carbonyl compounds in excellent yields. The catalyst was easily recovered by applying an external magnetic field and reused for seven reaction cycles without considerable loss of activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques. 相似文献
