In this paper bulk viscosity is introduced to describe the effects of cosmic non-perfect fluid on the cosmos evolution and to build the unified dark energy (DE) with (dark) matter models. Also we derive a general relation between the bulk viscosity form and Hubble parameter that can provide a procedure for the viscosity DE model building. Especially, a redshift dependent viscosity parameterζ∝λ01(1+z)n proposed in the previous work [X.H. Meng and X. Dou, Commun. Theor. Phys. 52 (2009) 377] is investigated extensively in this present work. Further more we use the recently released supernova dataset
(the Constitution dataset) to constrain the model parameters. In order to differentiate the proposed concrete dark energy models from the well known $\Lambda$CDM model, statefinder diagnostic method is applied to this bulk viscosity model, as a complementary to the Om parameter diagnostic and the deceleration parameter analysis performed by us before. The DE model evolution behavior and tendency are shown in the plane of the statefinder diagnostic parameter pair {r,s} as axes where the fixed point represents theΛCDM model. The possible singularity property in this bulk viscosity
cosmology is also discussed to which we can conclude that in the different parameter regions chosen properly, this concrete viscosity DE model can have various late evolution behaviors and the late time singularity could be avoided. We also calculate the cosmic entropy in the bulk viscosity dark energy frame, and find that the total entropy in the viscosity DE model increases monotonously with respect to the scale factor evolution, thus this monotonous
increasing property can indicate an arrow of time in the universe evolution, though the quantum version of the arrow of time is still very puzzling.  相似文献

The universe content is considered as a non-perfect fluid with bulk viscosity and can be described by a general equation of state (endowed some deviation from the conventionally assumed cosmic perfect fluid model). An explicitly bulk viscosity dark energy model is proposed to confront consistently with the current observationaldata sets by statistical analysis and is shown consistent with (not deviated away much from) the concordant Λ Cold Dark Matter (CDM) model by comparing the decelerating parameter. Also we compare our relatively simple viscosity dark energy model with a more complicated one by contrast with the concordant ΛCDM modeland find our model improves for the viscosity dark energy model building. Finally we discuss the perspectives of dark energy probes for the coming years with observations.  相似文献

Using Newtonian forms for equations of motion, we consider the motion of particles and photons in the dilaton spacetime. Some classical gravitational effects, such as the bending of light rays, the perihelion advance of a planet, the delay of radar echo, and the gravitational redshifts, have been investigated. The results show that the gravitational effects arising from the dilaton can be observed provided that the dilaton is large enough.  相似文献

Based on the new metric theory of gravitation suggested by the author of this article, it gives a possible theoretical interpretation on the famous experiment done by D.R. Long in 1976, i.e. the distance-dependent effect of the gravitational constant in Newton's theory of gravitation.  相似文献

Even when the Higgs particle is finally detected, it will continue to be a legitimate question to ask whether the inertia of matter as a reaction force opposing acceleration is an intrinsic or extrinsic property of matter. General relativity specifies which geodesic path a free particle will follow, but geometrodynamics has no mechanism for generating a reaction force for deviation from geodesic motion. We discuss a different approach involving the electromagnetic zero‐point field (ZPF) of the quantum vacuum. It has been found that certain asymmetries arise in the ZPF as perceived from an accelerating reference frame. In such a frame the Poynting vector and momentum flux of the ZPF become non‐zero. Scattering of this quantum radiation by the quarks and electrons in matter can result in an acceleration‐dependent reaction force. Both the ordinary and the relativistic forms of Newton's second law, the equation of motion, can be derived from the electrodynamics of such ZPF‐particle interactions. Conjectural arguments are given why this interaction should take place in a resonance at the Compton frequency, and how this could simultaneously provide a physical basis for the de Broglie wavelength of a moving particle. This affords a suggestive perspective on a deep connection between electrodynamics, the origin of inertia and the quantum wave nature of matter.  相似文献

A quantum master equation for the time evolution of the center of mass (CM) of a macroscopic body is derived which takes into account the influence of the system's gravitational field over the CM wave function. As a consequence, all the relevant phenomenological features of the so-called GRW (Ghirardi, Rimini, and Weber) model are reproduced with no free parameters. The model presented here predicts also the existence of a transition region for the mass of the system—a kind of frontier between quantum (coherent) and classical (decoherent) behavior.  相似文献

Modern cosmological theory is based on the Friedmann–Robertson–Walker (FRW) metric. Often written in terms of co-moving coordinates, this well-known solution to Einstein’s equations owes its elegant and highly practical formulation to the cosmological principle and Weyl’s postulate, upon which it is founded. However, there is physics behind such symmetries, and not all of it has yet been recognized. In this paper, we derive the FRW metric coefficients from the general form of the spherically symmetric line element and demonstrate that, because the co-moving frame also happens to be in free fall, the symmetries in FRW are valid only for a medium with zero active mass. In other words, the spacetime of a perfect fluid in cosmology may be correctly written as FRW only when its equation of state is ρ+3p = 0, in terms of the total pressure p and total energy density ρ. There is now compelling observational support for this conclusion, including the Alcock–Paczy´nski test, which shows that only an FRW cosmology with zero active mass is consistent with the latest model-independent baryon acoustic oscillation data.  相似文献

We present and contrast two distinct ways of including extremal black holes in a Lorentzian Hamiltonian quantization of spherically symmetric Einstein-Maxwell theory. First, we formulate the classical Hamiltonian dynamics with boundary conditions appropriate for extremal black holes only. The Hamiltonian contains no surface term at the internal infinity, for reasons related to the vanishing of the extremal hole surface gravity, and quantization yields a vanishing black hole entropy. Second, we give a Hamiltonian quantization that incorporates extremal black holes as a limiting case of nonextremal ones, and examine the classical limit in terms of wave packets. The spreading of the packets, even the ones centered about extremal black holes, is consistent with continuity of the entropy in the extremal limit, and thus with the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy even for the extremal holes. The discussion takes place throughout within Lorentz-signature spacetimes.  相似文献

A spacetime interval connecting two neighbouring points can be measured in different unit systems. For instance,it can be measured in atomic unit defined in terms of fundamental constants existing in quantum theories. It is also possible to use a gravitational unit which is defined by the use of properties of macroscopic objects. These two unit systems are usually regarded as indistinguishable up to a constant conversion factor. Here we consider the possibility that these two units are related by an epoch-dependent conversion factor. This is a dynamical changes of units.Regarding a conformal transformation as a local unit transformation,we use a gravitational model in which the gravitational and the matter sectors are given in different conformal frames(or unit systems). It is relevant to the cosmological constant problem, namely the huge discrepancy between the estimated and the observational values of the cosmological constant in particle physics and cosmology, respectively. We argue that the problem arises when one ignores evolution of the conversion factor relating the two units during expansion of the Universe.Connection of the model with violation of equivalence principle and possible variation of fundamental constants are also discussed.  相似文献
