采用液相沉淀法结合低温固相热解法合成了锂离子电池片状Co3O4负极.通过X射线粉体衍射(XRD)、Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)比表面积分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及恒电流充放电等表征手段,发现该Co3O4为立方相,结晶完整且无杂质,由直径为1.5-3.0μm、厚度约为100-300 nm的不规则片状颗粒组成,比表面积约为30.5 m2·g-1;其比容量高且容量保持率好,在0.1C倍率下,首次放电容量高达1444.5 mAh·g-1,50次循环后充电容量仍大于1100.0 mAh·g-1;但在高倍率(1C)下,50次循环后充电容量保持率仅为75.3%,倍率性能一般.故采用碳纳米管(CNTs)掺杂改性,结果表明:在1C倍率下,70次循环后复合材料充电容量保持率为96.3%;在2C倍率下,50次循环后充电容量保持率仍高达97.0%,倍率性能显著提升.  相似文献

研制了两种0~100℃热分析标准物质,分别为金属镓和水杨酸苯酯标准物质。研制的标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,采用与NIST,LGC相应标准物质比较的方法定值。NIST为SRM 2234镓,其定值采用288.6~314.35 K范围内的绝热热量计测得温度及热量值;LGC用绝热法为水杨酸苯酯的熔化温度和熔化热定值,两种方法都可以直接溯源至SI单位。对定值结果的不确定度进行了分析和评定。镓和水杨酸苯酯标准物质的熔化温度分别为(29.77±0.20)℃(k=2),(41.81±0.34)℃(k=2);熔化热分别为(80.52±0.48)J/g(k=2),(88.94±0.62)J/g(k=2)。研制的两种标准物质满足国家标准物质的技术要求,申报已获批准。  相似文献

A novel catalyst material for the selective dehydrogenation of propane is presented. The catalyst consists of 1000 ppm Pt, 3 wt % Ga, and 0.25 wt % K supported on alumina. We observed a synergy between Ga and Pt, resulting in a highly active and stable catalyst. Additionally, we propose a bifunctional active phase, in which coordinately unsaturated Ga3+ species are the active species and where Pt functions as a promoter.  相似文献

The formation of host–guest (H‐G) complexes between 1,8‐bis[(diethylgallanyl)ethynyl]anthracene (H) and the N‐heterocycles pyridine and pyrimidine (G) was studied in solution using a combination of NMR titration and diffusion NMR experiments. For the latter, diffusion coefficients of potential host–guest structures in solution were compared with those of tailor‐made reference compounds of similar shape (synthesized and characterized by NMR, HRMS, and in part XRD). Highly dynamic behavior was observed in both cases, but with different host–guest species and equilibria. With increasing concentrations of the pyridine guest, the equilibrium H2?H2κ1‐G1?HG2 is observed (in the second step a host dimer coordinates one guest molecule); for pyrimidine the equilibrium H2→H1κ2‐G1?HG2 is observed (the formation of a 1:1 aggregate is the second step).  相似文献

In this work, we report on the reduction of tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) with dicationic complexes of guanidinyl‐functionalized aromatic (GFA) electron donors. In contrast to reduction with free GFAs, milder reduction conditions were achieved, and this led to semiconducting materials with extended TCNQ π stacking. The charge on the TCNQ units was estimated from the structural data obtained by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and from IR spectroscopic data. The electrical conductivity was studied and the activation energy of the semiconducting materials was estimated from the temperature dependence of the conductivity.  相似文献

以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,采用阳极溶出线性扫描法研究了铜离子的电化学测定方法。探讨了MWCNTs修饰层数、富集电位、富集时间、溶液pH、支持电解质对峰电流的影响。实验表明,铜离子浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.0×10-9mol·L-1,且该电极具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

Nanoscale defects in the outer tube to preserve the electrical and optical features of the inner tube can be engineered to exploit the intrinsic properties of double walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) for various promising applications. We demonstrated a selective way to make defects in the outer tube by the fluorination of DWCNTs followed by the thermal detachment of the F atoms at 1000 °C in argon. Fluorinated DWCNTs with different amounts of F atoms were prepared by reacting with fluorine gas at 25, 200, and 400 °C that gave the stoichiometry of CF0.20, CF0.30, and CF0.43, respectively. At the three different temperatures used, we observed preservation of the coaxial morphology in the fluorinated DWCNTs. For the DWCNTs fluorinated at 25 and 200 °C, the strong radial breathing modes (RBMs) of the inner tube and weakened RBMs of the outer tube indicated selective fluorine attachment onto the outer tube. However, the disappearance of the RBMs in the Raman spectrum of the DWCNTs fluorinated at 400 °C showed the introduction of F atoms onto both inner and outer tubes. There was no significant change in the morphology and optical properties when the DWCNTs fluorinated at 25 and 200 °C were thermally treated at 1000 °C in argon. However, in the case of the DWCNTs fluorinated at 400 °C, the recovery of strong RBMs from the inner tube and weakened RBMs from the outer tube indicated the selective introduction of substantial defects on the outer tube while preserving the original tubular shape. The thermal detachment of F atoms from fluorinated DWCNTs is an efficient way to make highly defective outer tubes for preserving the electrical conduction and optical activity of the inner tubes.  相似文献

以Si-MCM-41为硬模板,利用介孔材料的吸附作用,将Fe3+和Ni 2+按一定比例定量吸附组装到介孔材料的孔壁上;然后通过程序升温在900℃条件下高温焙烧,并经氢氟酸处理,得到直径大约为3.0nm的中空铁氧体纳米管.分别利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪分析了合成材料的结构、组成、形貌;采用振动样品磁强计测定了其磁性能.结果表明,合成的镍铁氧体纳米管具有良好的管状形貌,其结构与分子筛MCM-41的结构相似,并具有良好的磁学性能.这说明MCM-41分子筛孔道结构具有可复制性,本研究可望为制备具有适当长径比的一维纳米磁性材料打下良好基础.  相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) reinforced polylactide (PLA) nanocomposites were injected molded into a mold with micro needle patterns. In order to alleviate the hesitation effect caused by an increased melt viscositgy of PLA/CNT nanocomposites, the effects of the injection speed and holding pressure on the replication property were investigated. The effects of MWCNTs on the crystallization, thermal behavior, replication properties, replication and surface properties of micro injection molded PLA/CNT nanocomposites were investigated. An analysis of crystallinity and thermal behavior indicated that the MWCNTs promoted the unique α’ to α crystal transition of PLA, leading to an enhancement of surface modulus and hardness, as measured using a nanoindentation technique. The specific interaction between PLA and MWCNTs was characterized using an equilibrium melting point depression technique. Furthermore, the MWCNTs increased the activation energy for thermal degradation of PLA due to the physical barrier effect. The improved replication quality of the microfeatures in the PLA/MWCNT nanocomposites has been achieved by elevating injection speed and holding pressure, which enhances the polymer filling ability within the micro cavity. A replication ratio greater than 96% for the micro injection molded PLA/CNT nanocomposites were achieved at holding pressure of 100 MPa and injection speed of 120 mm/s. This study shows that processing conditions significantly influence the replication and surface properties of micro injection molded PLA/CNT nanocomposites.  相似文献

通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、N2吸附分析仪及Boehm滴定法获得ZnCl2、KOH和HNO3化学处理对高纯多壁碳纳米管的结构和表面含氧官能团的影响,通过批处理实验考察吸附条件(吸附时间、初始浓度、温度)对处理前后的碳纳米管吸附苯酚行为的影响,并采用准一级、准二级、Evolich动力学模型和热力学方程拟合其吸附数据,分析其动力学行为、热力学行为和吸附机理。结果表明,虽然ZnCl2、KOH和HNO3化学处理法均未对碳纳米管BET比表面积产生显著影响,但会影响其表面化学性质(即,对于ZnCl2和KOH化学处理降低表面羧基、内酯基含量和增大碱性官能团量,而对于HNO3化学处理可以增大表面羧基、内酯基含量,而碱性官能团略有增加);改性处理影响碳纳米管去除苯酚效率:由于ZnCl2和KOH改性处理降低碳纳米管表面羧基量,故其提高了苯酚去除率,而HNO3处理则略减小碳纳米管的苯酚去除率,可能是由于碳纳米管结构和表面化学性质共同影响所致;碳纳米管的苯酚去除率均随苯酚溶液初始浓度的增大而减小;高温不利于吸附;热力学研究发现碳纳米管吸附苯酚过程是自发的和放热的,属于物理吸附;动力学研究表明,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。通过ZnCl2和KOH化学处理,可以显著提高碳纳米管对苯酚的吸附性能。  相似文献
