During the last 20 years, beamline BL08B has been upgraded step by step from a photon beam‐position monitor (BPM) to a testing beamline and a single‐grating beamline that enables experiments to record X‐ray photo‐emission spectra (XPS) and X‐ray absorption spectra (XAS) for research in solar physics, organic semiconductor materials and spinel oxides, with soft X‐ray photon energies in the range 300–1000 eV. Demands for photon energy to extend to the extreme ultraviolet region for applications in nano‐fabrication and topological thin films are increasing. The basic spherical‐grating monochromator beamline was again upgraded by adding a second grating that delivers photons of energy from 80 to 420 eV. Four end‐stations were designed for experiments with XPS, XAS, interstellar photoprocess systems (IPS) and extreme‐ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) in the scheduled beam time. The data from these experiments show a large count rate in core levels probed and excellent statistics on background normalization in the L‐edge adsorption spectrum. 相似文献

针对某两轴随动转台运行时负载与参数变化大、轴间耦合干扰作用强的特点,将自适应鲁棒控制策略应用到其位置伺服系统控制器设计中,并证明了稳定性;由于控制律中含有采集信号的高阶微分项,为避免采集噪声对控制精度的影响,采用微分观测器,以减小其影响;仿真结果表明,相对于PID及传统自适应鲁棒控制器,使用该控制方法后,系统跟踪精度明显提高,且控制输入更加平滑,具有较好的瞬态与稳态性能。 相似文献

We investigate the excitation behavior of a repulsive impurity doped quantum dot under the influence of randomly fluctuating dopant potential. We have considered Gaussian impurity centers doped at different locations. The investigation reveals the interplay between dopant location and dopant’s spatial stretch in modulating the excitation pattern. Maximization in the excitation rate has been observed as a function of fluctuating dopant strength owing to the conflict between opposing influences that promote and hinder excitation. 相似文献

微腔有机电致发光器件(MOLED)的发光特性直接与微腔的结构相关,可以根据微腔器件的相关计算公式,运用传输矩阵法对MOLED进行模拟设计。本文对微腔总长度L=λ/2(λ:中心波长)不变情况下,激子在微腔内不同位置复合发光的电致发光(EL)光谱性能进行模拟并比较。结果表明:发光谱的峰值都在所设计的中心波长520nm处,半峰全宽(FWHM)都是17nm,激子处在微腔的中心区域时,峰值强度和积分强度都是最大,这是因为激子此时位于腔内电场的最大值处,偏离此处的两侧逐渐变小。以上结果表明:要制作出高效率的MOLED,必须使激子处于微腔内的最佳位置处。 相似文献

We have tested and analyzed the properties of two-dimensional Position-Sensitive-silicon-Detector (PSD) with new integrated preamplifiers. The test demonstrates that the best position resolution for 5.5 MeV α particles is 1.7 mm (FWHM), and the best energy resolution is 2.1%, which are notably better than the previously reported results. Three new unsymmetrical isomeric diarylethenes having a methoxyl substituent at ortho‐, meta‐, and para‐position of the terminal benzene ring, namely 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(2‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 1o ), 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(3‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 2o ), and 1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐3‐ thienyl)‐2‐[2‐methyl‐5‐(4‐methoxylphenyl)‐3‐thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene ( 3o ), have been synthesized. The substituent position effect of methoxyl group on their properties, including photochromism and fluorescence both in hexane solution and in PMMA film, and their electrochemical properties, were investigated in detail. These diarylethenes showed good photochromism both in solution and in PMMA film. For the same photochromic diarylethene backbone, the electron‐ donating methoxyl substituent can effectively depress the cyclization quantum yields and increase the cycloreversion quantum yields compared to those of diarylethenes bearing chlorine atoms reported previously. Diarylethenes 1o – 3o showed clear fluorescent switches by photoirradiation both in hexane and in PMMA film. In addition, cyclic voltammetry tests showed that the electron‐donating methoxyl group at different position on the terminal benzene ring had a significant effect on the electrochemical properties of these isomeric diarylethenes. We are interested in nonlocal eikonal equations describing the evolution of interfaces moving with a nonlocal, non-monotone velocity. For these equations, only the existence of global-in-time weak solutions is available in some particular cases. In this paper, we propose a new approach for proving uniqueness of the solution when the front is expanding. This approach simplifies and extends existing results for dislocation dynamics. It also provides the first uniqueness result for a Fitzhugh-Nagumo system. The key ingredients are some new perimeter estimates for the evolving fronts as well as some uniform interior cone property for these fronts. 相似文献
