为了使有广泛应用的CuBr激光器能稳定和高效运行,针对实验中出现的激光输出功率随放电频率起伏的情况,给出CuBr激光放电管内声波振动的数学模型。该模型选取圆柱形放电管轴为柱坐标轴对波动方程求解,通过数值计算,获得了放电管内声压分布的解析表达式。通过分析放电频率与激光管固有声振动频率的关系,明确了声共振会导致激光介质重新分布,它对激光输出功率有影响,理论计算结果和实验结果完全符合。  相似文献

The plasma parameters such as electron density, effective electron temperature, plasma potential, and uniformity are investigated in a new dual‐frequency cylindrical inductively coupled plasma (ICP) source operating at two frequencies (2 and 13.56 MHz) and two antennas (a two‐turn high‐frequency antenna and a six‐turn low‐frequency (LF) antenna). It is found that the electron density increases with 2 MHz power, whereas the electron temperature and plasma potential decrease with 2 MHz power at a fixed 13.56 MHz power. Moreover, the plasma uniformity can be improved by adjusting the LF power. These results indicate that a dual‐frequency synergistic discharge in a cylindrical ICP can produce a high‐density, low‐potential, low‐effective‐electron‐temperature, and uniform plasma.  相似文献

The electronic structure of the conduction and valence bands of a quantum ring containing a layer inside the ring opening is modeled. This structure (nanocup) consists of a GaAs nanodisk (the cup’s bottom) and a GaAs nanoring (the cup’s rim) which encircles the disk. The whole system is embedded in an (Al,Ga)As matrix, and its shape resembles realistic ring structures grown by the droplet epitaxy technique. The conduction-band states in the structure are modeled by the single-band effective-mass theory, while the 4-band Luttinger–Kohn model is adopted to compute the valence-band states. We analyze how the electronic structure of the nanocup evolves from the one of a quantum ring when the size of either the nanodisk or the nanoring is changed. For that purpose, (1) the width of the ring, (2) the disk radius, and (3) the disk height are separately varied. For dimensions typical for experimentally realized structures, we find that the electron wavefunctions are mainly localized inside the ring, even when the thickness of the inner layer is 90% of the ring thickness. These calculations indicate that topological phenomena, like the excitonic Aharonov–Bohm effect, are negligibly affected by the presence of the layer inside the ring.  相似文献

We study the effect of the magnetic field on the pairing state competition in organic conductors (TMTSF)2X by applying random phase approximation to a quasi-one-dimensional extended Hubbard model. We show that the singlet pairing, triplet pairing and the Fulde–Ferrell–Larkin–Ovchinnikov (FFLO) superconducting states may compete when charge fluctuations coexist with spin fluctuations. This rises a possibility of a consecutive transition from singlet pairing to FFLO state and further to Sz = 1 triplet pairing upon increasing the magnetic field. We also show that the singlet and Sz = 0 triplet components of the gap function in the FFLO state have “d-wave” and “f-wave” forms, respectively, which are strongly mixed.  相似文献

本文使用完全活性空间自洽场/多组态相互作用(CASSCF/MRCI)理论,以cc-pVDZ为基组,计算了NO分子基态(X2Π)和激发态(a4ПandB2П)的平衡结构和单点能扫描曲线.采用最小二乘法拟合了Murrell-Sorbie函数,得到了NO分子的解析势能曲线,并利用Rydberg-Klein-Rees方法,计算得到的NO分子相应态的谐振频率和其它的光谱数据(ωe、αe、ωeχe、βe)与实验值十分一致,和其它理论计算方法进行比较,发现该方法有更好的准确性.以得到的解析势能函数为基础,求解NO分子核运动的一维径向Schrdinger方程,获得了更高振动态的振动能级.  相似文献

Es werden die Ergebnisse von Mischverfahren für Kohlepulver, Pech und andere Komponenten mitgeteilt, die unter Markierungen mit 24Na-Benzoat im Laboratorium (Mischvolumen etwa 1 Liter) und im Betrieb (Mischvolumen etwa 100 Liter) durchgführt wurden. Die Experimente dienten dem Vergleich der Vergleich der Wirksamkeit verschiedener Mischmaschinen, der Ermittlung optimaler Mischzeiten und der Bestimmung des Verhaltens einzelner Komponenten beim Mischprozeβ. Dis mittels Szintillationszählung gewonnenen Meβwerte werden dabei mit einem Ergebnisdrucker registriert und mit Hilfa einer Rechenanlage mathematisch ausfewertet.  相似文献

Direct numerical simulation (DNS) of turbulent reacting mixing layers laden with evaporating inert droplets is used to assess the droplet effects in the context of the conditional moment closure (CMC) for multiphase turbulent combustion. The temporally developing mixing layer has an initial Reynolds number of 1000 based on the vorticity thickness with more than 16 million Lagrangian droplets traced. An equivalent mixture fraction incorporating the inert vapour mass fractions clearly demonstrates the effects of vapour dilution on the mixture. Instantaneous fields and conditional statistics, such as the singly conditioned scalar dissipation rate, the gas temperature 〈 T g|η 〉, conditional variance of the gas temperature 〈 T g ”2|η 〉 and conditional covariance between the fuel mass fraction and gas temperature 〈 Y f T g |η 〉 show considerable droplet effects. Comparison between the droplet-free and droplet-laden reacting mixing layer cases suggests significant extinction in the latter case. The resulting large conditional fluctuations around the conditional means contradict the basic assumption behind the first-order singly conditioned CMC. More sophisticated CMC approaches, such as doubly conditioned or second-order CMCs are, in principle, better able to incorporate the effects of evaporating droplets, but significant modelling challenges exist. The scalar dissipation rate doubly conditioned on the mixture fraction and a normalized gas temperature 〈 χ | η, ζ 〉 exemplifies the modelling complexity in the CMC of multiphase combustion.  相似文献

We demonstrate an extended mask-filtering approach to improve the sharpness of an image with non-uniform illumination. The proposed method comprises two different masks which cope with higher and lower spatial frequencies respectively. By using this integral algorithm, the enhanced image has much better performance than that derived from the conventional technique.  相似文献

The natural abundance carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of some methaqualone metabolites were recorded using the pulse fourier transform technique. The chemical shift of various carbon resonances have been assigned on the basis of the chemical shift theory, multiplicities observed in SFORD spectrum and comparison with the chemical shifts of the corresponding carbons of methaqualone.  相似文献

At quark level,we study the effect of ideal mixing of singlet σ 0 and octet σ 8 scalar mesons on baryon-baryon interaction in the chiral SU(3) quark model.We solve the resonating group method equation for scattering process and bound state.The results show that the binding energy of deuteron and nucleonnucleon and hyperon-nucleon scattering data can be reasonably described for ideal mixing.Taking the same parameters we used in the scattering calculation,we further investigate the possible dibaryons and find the binding energy of (ΩΩ) ST =00 and (Ξ *Ω) ST =0 1 2 can be reduced a lot for ideal mixing.  相似文献
