The laser-induced forward transfer technique has been performed on thin layers of conducting organic materials for applications in plastic micro-electronics.This process is a promising alternative for fabrication of organic electronic components on flexible supports when usual techniques, such like ink-jet printing, cannot be considered. For example, when the organic material has no solubility properties or when complex architectures are needed.Experiments on the influence of pulse duration (nanosecond and picosecond) and wavelength on a large range of fluences have been proceeded using different lasers. An optimization of the process has been carried out by inserting a thin layer of absorbing metallic material between the substrate and the organic film. The advantage of this technique is to preserve organic layers from being damaged by thermal and photochemical effects during the interaction.The morphology and thickness of the deposit have been investigated by optical and scanning electronic microscopy. This experimental study is supplemented by electrical characterization of the deposits. 相似文献

本文研究了电子束半径,发射度及能量等参量对闪光X射线照射量在1m处角分布的影响。求得了使中心照射量最大,束半径与发射度之间应满足的拟合关系,表明了电子束能量越高,发射度越小,那么中心照射量就越大,照射量的空间分布就越理想。对电子细束入射位置和入射方向使用了解析法和随机抽样法求出,两种方法的数值计算所得的照射量分布符合得比较好。 相似文献

We apply a boundary element dual reciprocity method (DRBEM) to the numerical solution of the forward–backward heat equation in a two-dimensional case. The method is employed for the spatial variable via the fundamental solution of the Laplace equation and the Crank–Nicolson finite difference scheme is utilized to treat the time variable. The physical domain is divided into two non-overlapping subdomains resulting in two standard forward and backward parabolic equations. The subproblems are then treated by the underlying method assuming a virtual boundary in the interface and starting with an initial approximate solution on this boundary followed by updating the solution by an iterative procedure. In addition, we show that the time discrete scheme is unconditionally stable and convergent using the energy method. Furthermore, some computational aspects will be suggested to efficiently deal with the formulation of the proposed method. Finally, two forward–backward problems, for which the exact solution is available, will be numerically solved for two different domains to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach. 相似文献

The apparently universal 1‐bond → 2‐mode percolation behavior in the Raman spectra of zincblende semiconductor alloys is generally observed for the short bond only, and not for the long one. In this work we perform a combined high‐pressure‐backward/near‐forward Raman study of the leading percolation‐type (Zn,Be)Se alloy (~50 at.% Be), which exhibits a distinct percolation doublet in the spectral range of its short Be―Se bond, in search of a Zn―Se analogue. The high‐pressure‐backward insight is not conclusive per se, but clarifies the perspective behind the near‐forward Raman study. The latter reveals an unique Zn―Se phonon–polariton. Its fair contour modeling depending on the scattering angle is achieved within the linear dielectric approach, based on ellipsometry measurement of the ZnBeSe refractive index. Somewhat surprisingly this reveals that the phonon–polariton in question is a ‘fractional’ one in that it carries only half of the available Zn―Se oscillator strength, as ideally expected in case of a BeSe‐like bimodal Raman behavior of the long Zn―Se bond. In this paper, we propose two proximal-gradient algorithms for fractional programming problems in real Hilbert spaces, where the numerator is a proper, convex and lower semicontinuous function and the denominator is a smooth function, either concave or convex. In the iterative schemes, we perform a proximal step with respect to the nonsmooth numerator and a gradient step with respect to the smooth denominator. The algorithm in case of a concave denominator has the particularity that it generates sequences which approach both the (global) optimal solutions set and the optimal objective value of the underlying fractional programming problem. In case of a convex denominator the numerical scheme approaches the set of critical points of the objective function, provided the latter satisfies the Kurdyka-?ojasiewicz property. 相似文献

We propose a new approach to high‐intensity relativistic laser‐driven electron acceleration in a plasma. Here, we demonstrate that a plasma wave generated by a stimulated forward‐scattering of an incident laser pulse can be in the longest acceleration phase with injected relativistic beam electrons. This is why the plasma wave has the maximum amplification coefficient which is determined by the acceleration time and the breakdown (overturn) electric field in which the acceleration of the injected beam electrons occurs. We must note that for the longest acceleration phase the relativity of the injected beam electrons plays a crucial role in our scheme. We estimate qualitatively the acceleration parameters of relativistic electrons in the field of a plasma wave generated at the stimulated forward‐scattering of a high‐intensity laser pulse in a plasma. 在卫星短波红外遥感二氧化碳的过程中, 表征地表特征的地表反照率是影响探测精度的重要参数之一. 针对温室气体二氧化碳高精度探测的需求, 本文研究了地表反照率对正演模拟光谱和反演近地面二氧化碳平均柱浓度XCO2的影响. 模拟计算结果显示, 地表反照率数值增大时, 观察的光谱强度也相应增大, 并且在O2-A波段造成的光谱差异比1.6 μm波段高出一个数量级, 即地表反照率在O2-A波段的影响比较大. 选取了两个不同地表类型的实际观测光谱, 仅改变O2-A波段和1.6 μm波段地表反照率数值, 得出草地点在O2-A波段地表反照率达到0.25的误差时, 会给XCO2的反演结果造成大于1%的相对误差, 而1.6 μm波段的地表反照率变化对XCO2的反演结果造成的误差可以忽略不计, 说明了地表反照率在反演XCO2过程中的重要性主要来自对O2-A波段的影响. 此研究表明了地表反照率在卫星遥感温室气体过程中的重要性, 为提高遥感探测二氧化碳的精度提供了重要的理论依据和指导. 相似文献
