Reducing the ICRH (ion cyclotron range frequency) antenna-plasma interaction is one of the key points for reaching very long tokamak discharges. One problem which limits such discharges, is the appearance of hot spots on the surface of the antenna: Radio Frequency (RF) sheaths modify the properties of the edge plasma by rectifying the RF potential along open magnetic field lines and can induce hot spots. This paper investigates the corrections to sheath potentials introduced by the interactions between adjacent flux tubes. Our theoretical study started from an oscillating double Langmuir probe model, in which a transverse influx of current was included. This model was confronted with 1D PIC simulations along a magnetic field line, and demonstrated that current exchanges can decrease mean potentials. A 2D electrostatic fluid code was then developed, which couples adjacent flux tubes in a poloidal cross section with collisional conductivity or polarization currents. It showed that transverse currents are able to smooth structures smaller than a characteristic size in the sheath potential maps (results for Tore Supra). These computed rectified potentials can be used to obtain the DC electric fields in front of the antenna. And then, it gives an estimate of the particle drift and the energy flux on the antenna structure, which can explain hot spots. 相似文献

在此之前已经报道了二维斜面颗粒流在通道中的分布规律以及二维斜面粗糙边界附近的颗粒 流量密度(ξ=ρ·ν)分布.本文则主要研究通道宽度W对边界附近颗粒流量密度(ξ=ρ· ν)分布的影响.结果表明,颗粒流量密度随通道宽度的变化(ξ W)存在一临界通道宽度W c.在本实验条件下临界通道宽度Wc=70d.当通道宽度小于临界宽度Wc时 ,通道中距边界20d—30d区间内的相对颗粒流量密度随斜面倾斜角的变化可描述为ξ∝( sinθ)α,α是与通道宽度W有关的参数,其数值在032至085之间.

The problem of heat transfer in the wall region of a turbulent boundary layer has been investigated. The resonant triad in
the theory of hydrodynamic stability was used to obtain the velocity field induced by the coherent structures in the wall
region of the turbulent boundary layer, while the small scale turbulence was represented by a simple model. By such a new
approach of modeling, the 3-D temperature field is calculated, the mean temperature profile in the wall region and the Nusselt
number characterizing the heat flux, which was found to be in good agreement with the experimental observations are obtained.
The instantaneous temperature field had streaky structures, thus offering a mechanism for their generation found in numerical
simulations.

This article presents an experimental study of the primary break‐up of a viscous liquid jet interacting with a cross airflow. This experiment was carried out in an open circuit wind tunnel. The measurement test section was made of clear acrylic resin to allow optical access for visualizing and imaging the jet break‐up in the cross airflow. The working liquid used in the present experiment was the aero‐engine lubrication oil, which was injected at 90° into the airflow, via a nozzle from the top wall of the test‐section. The effects of liquid viscosity, and the jet and cross airflow velocities on the primary break‐up mechanisms of the jet were studied. The main results showed that different break‐up regimes were identified; column break‐up and bag break‐up separated by a transition zone, and new correlations have been proposed for predicting the jet transverse and streamwise penetrations before break‐up. 相似文献

The solar radio spectra of the gyro-synchrotron radiation without absorption from mildly relativistic non-thermal electron
have been presented using the model with the spherical symmetric nonhomogeneity. These spectra have the following features:
(i) Twists and turns of the spectra, which appear at the joint between the medium and high frequencies, (ii) Flux density
drop at the lower frequencies. Even if there are no absorption in the radio sources, flux density drop at the lower frequencies
is still present because of magnetic nonhomogeneity. (iii) These theoretical spectra belong to C type. This provides us a
new interpretation for the observed solar burst C type spectra.

China, as one of the members of ITER (international thermonuclear experimental reactor) project, one of the most important construction tasks is the fabrication of the first wall panel and shield blankets, which is the key engineering technology of ITER construction and might be one of the crucial issues of the future reactor too. Since 2004, an associated research team including Southwestern Institute of Physics ( SWIP ), Ninxia Non-ferrous Metal Co. Itd and Chinese Institute of Engineering Physics, as well as Nuclear Power Institute of China has been established. Up to now, several series of interlayer for hot isostatic press ( HIP ) connection of beryllium and CuCrZr alloy have been tested. They are titanium film or coating, Cu coating and Al or AISiMg alloy etc. The bonding strength (tensile or shear strength ) of HIPed Be/Cu joints is up to 100 MPa. 相似文献
