高分辨(e,2e)谱仪采用二维位置灵敏探测器同时对能量和角度进行多道测量.二维位置灵敏探测器由级联使用的微通道板和电阻阳极板组成,由于电阻阳极板的边缘效应和制造工艺的缺陷,测量得到的位置图像与实际图像总会有一定的形变,存在一定的非线性.本文针对高分辨(e,2e)谱仪二维位置灵敏探测器输出图像的“桶形”畸变及位置非线性,采用一种简易的冷刻法(用脉冲信号来模拟真实电子束团),检验了二维位置灵敏探测器的Gear型电阻阳极板的线性好坏,并用分割成小三角形的方法找出测量得到的畸变图像与原始真实图像的映射关系,再用此关系对其它测量得到的畸变图像进行修正,并对修正的结果进行了评估.通过修正,由“桶形”畸变所造成的图像扭曲得到明显改善.修正后的x方向非线性由修正前的2.1%变为0.59%.这种检验和修正方法对其它领域类似探测器输出图像的修正也有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) is the cutting-edge technology to produce sub-100 nm scale features on substrates. The fundamental procedure of nanoimprint lithography is replicating the patterns defined in the stamp to any deformable materials such as photoresist spun on substrates by pressing and the physical shape of the resist is deformed during the imprinting process. In this study, for the single-step nanoimprinting process, the 4-in. imprinting head, the fabricated 4-in. mask, the alignment system for multi-layer processes, and the six-DOF compliant mechanism of a wafer stage for single-step nanoimprinting on a 4-in. wafer are proposed. Using the designed nanoimprinting equipment, the nanoscale patterns with 100 nm linewidth and 150 nm height were clearly patterned on the substrate. Finally, the nanoimprinting results show the validity of the developed equipment.  相似文献

This paper proves Love’s stress function of space axisymmetric problem can be represented by choosing two generalized analytic functions of complex variates reasonably[1], and deduces the expressions of the components of stress displacements and boundary conditions in complex function. To present the feasibility of the method here and examining the truth of the formulae founded in this paper, the problem of circular shaft with globular cavity pressed on the side and pulled at the ends is solved by using power series and the result is the same as that solved by other methods. In the end, the problem of a cone sheared by uniform shear stress on the sideface is solved, and the solution of a cone acted on by gravity is given by converting constant body forces into surface forces.  相似文献

Effects of different factors on the measured values of flexural modulus and flexural strength of unidirectional carbon/epoxy composites are investigated. This allows a correct interpretation of the results of flexural macromechanical properties obtained in three-point flexure tests. The shear deformation, the displacement of neutral axis from the mid-depth of the beam, and the nonuniform distribution of stresses in bent coupons are discussed.  相似文献

提出了LED面板与梯形高反射率混光筒相结合的匀光方法。单个LED作为近朗伯体发光,其光能输出较低,且发散角较大,难以直接利用。采用多个LED矩阵排列作为光源,增加了光源的有效发光面积和光通量。梯形混光筒内部各面镀有高反射率膜,使得进入混光筒内部的光线无吸收的反射,最后充分混合输出。调整梯形筒的长度可提高出射面上的光照度均匀性。利用TracePro软件对设计系统进行了模拟分析,结果表明出射面的照度均匀性大于90%,能量利用率大于65%,优于FF双焦距光学系统,并且整个系统结构简单紧凑,易于实现,成本不高。  相似文献

The ageing of wines in oak barrels is a key stage in the production of high-quality red wines, with the type of oak chosen and the amount of oxygen received by the wine being the determining factors of the process. This work analyses the effect of ageing the same red wine in barrels with different oxygenation rates for one year (OTR), specifically the effect on the evolution of anthocyanins, their derivatives and the appearance of new pigments according to the oxygen dosage in barrels. Results show that wines aged in High-Wood-OTR barrels have a large quantity of monomeric anthocyanins and wine aged in Low-Wood-OTR barrels presents a major intensity of colour. Moreover, using LC-MS analysis, it was possible to detect and identify different families of anthocyanin derivatives, including the tentative identification of two new aldehyde-flavanol-methylpyranoanthocyanin pigments.  相似文献

The flexure of a Saint-Venant cylinder is defined from a kinematic point of view. A complete solution for the field equations is provided and the gauge choices to define the center of shear and rotation are made consequently.
