鱼明胶介质中AgBr/I纳米粒子的生长与感光性能

本文以鱼明胶为分散介质,采用双注法制备AgBr/I纳米粒子乳剂,控制银盐与卤溶液的注入速率(R),以TEM观测了粒子的生长,据此探讨了该乳剂中AgBr/I纳米粒子平均粒径(d)及分布(±σ)与反应条件的关系.发现在R为1.3 mmol/min^-8 mmol/min范围内,随R增大,d减小,R-d间呈良好的线性关系.除个别外,±σ值变化不明显.对于该纳米粒子乳剂采用二氧化硫脲进行化学敏化,结果表明:适当增加二氧化硫脲的加入量和延长敏化时间,均可有效提高乳剂的感光度,并有助于改善其低照度互易律失效,此外还揭示了曝光光源色温对该乳剂感光性能的影响.

Comparison of Fatty Acid Contents and MMP-1 Inhibitory Effects of the Two Antarctic Fish,Notothenia rossii and Champsocephalus gunnari

Total fatty-acid (FA) contents of different organs (stomach, liver, brain, and skin) of two Antarctic fish, marbled rockcod (Notothenia rossii) and mackerel icefish (Champsocephalus gunnari), were examined using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). N. rossii possessed higher contents of total omega-3, where eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the most represented omega-3 FAs, were distributed throughout all parts of the fish. The highest level of EPA was observed in the skin and that of DHA was observed in the brain of N. rossii. C. gunnari showed organ peculiarity in that most of the omega-3 FAs were found in stomach and skin. Specifically, the highest levels of EPA and DHA were both observed in the stomach. Although N. rossii and C. gunnari both inhabit the Antarctic Southern Oceans, their characteristics in terms of the composition of fatty acids were shown to vary. The extracts were also evaluated for matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1)-inhibitory activities in UVB-induced human dermal fibroblasts, where extracts of the skin and liver of N. rossii showed the most significant inhibition upon MMP-1 production. These findings provide experimental evidence that the extracts of the Antarctic fish could be utilized as bioactive nutrients, particularly in the enhancement of skin health.     

Gaussian-Based Adaptive Fish Migration Optimization Applied to Optimization Localization Error of Mobile Sensor Networks

Location information is the primary feature of wireless sensor networks, and it is more critical for Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks (MWSN) to monitor specific targets. How to improve the localization accuracy is a challenging problem for researchers. In this paper, the Gaussian probability distribution model is applied to randomize the individual during the migration of the Adaptive Fish Migration Optimization (AFMO) algorithm. The performance of the novel algorithm is verified by the CEC 2013 test suit, and the result is compared with other famous heuristic algorithms. Compared to other well-known heuristics, the new algorithm achieves the best results in almost 21 of all 28 test functions. In addition, the novel algorithm significantly reduces the localization error of MWSN, the simulation results show that the accuracy of the new algorithm is more than 5% higher than that of other heuristic algorithms in terms of mobile sensor node positioning, and more than 100% higher than that without the heuristic algorithm.     

Automatic equipment for photographing moving objects in the sea

A project was undertaken to construct and build automatic equipment for photographing moving objects (fish) in the sea. An acoustic echo sounder was used to transmit and receive echo signals. By analysing the received echo strength it was possible to take pictures when the object was near the centre of the echo sounder beam. The test series taken showed fish in over 90% of the pictures, and in most of these one or more fish could be seen near the centre.     

分散固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定淡水鱼中柱孢藻毒素、节球藻毒素和微囊藻毒素

建立了同时检测淡水鱼中柱孢藻毒素、节球藻毒素、微囊藻毒素-RR、微囊藻毒素-YR及微囊藻毒素-LR的分散固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品粉碎后，用乙腈-水-甲酸（89 ∶ 10 ∶ 1，v/v/v）提取目标物，C₁₈分散固相萃取柱净化，Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C₁₈色谱柱分离，乙腈和水梯度洗脱，在多反应监测（MRM）模式下进行定性分析，基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。考察了提取溶剂及吸附剂种类对提取效率和净化效果的影响，并优化了液相色谱-串联质谱条件。该法在各自范围内具有良好线性关系，相关系数（R²）≥0.9954；检出限为5~10 μg/kg，定量限为15~40 μg/kg；样品的加标回收率为62.3%~101.2%。该方法前处理方法简单快速，灵敏高效，适用于淡水鱼中柱孢藻毒素、节球藻毒素和微囊藻毒素的有效检测。     

A CRL–IRMM joint proficiency test for trace elements in fish tissue

The Community Reference Laboratory (CRL) for residues and contaminants in food of animal origin at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) plans and undertakes on a regular basis Proficiency Tests Schemes (PTSs) focused on the residues under its responsibility, as prescribed by the Council Directive 96/23/EC of April 29, 1996. In consideration of the benefits ensuing from a constant monitoring of the daily activities of the National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) for residues in the Member States, the ISS–CRL frequently prepares test materials to promote comparability of data and support harmonisation of routine analytical procedures. When target values for the analytes are set, the PTSs also provide objective assessment and improvement of the analytical trueness in the daily work.In this context, an interlaboratory comparison for trace elements in tuna fish matrix was organised in cooperation with the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM), Joint Research Centre, European Commission. Freeze-dried tuna fish samples were sent out to the NRLs for chemical elements in the Member States. Participants were requested to carry out at least three independent measurements of the elements As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Pb and Zn. The assessment of the proficiency was based on the z-score approach and a relative bias better than or equal to 10% of the target value was deemed to be an acceptable performance for this kind of measurements. On this basis, more than 50% of the laboratories returned accurate results for As, Cu, Fe, Hg and Zn, whereas the analysis of Cd, Cr and Pb appeared to be more problematic.     

Comparative study on determination of fumagillin in fish by normal and reversed phase chromatography

Summary Fumagillin is an antibiotic agent mostly used in the veterinary profession. A normal-phase liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of this drug in fish matrices. A hexane-dichloromethanedioxan-2-PrOH-acetic acid (43:43:9:5:0.1 v/v %) eluent was used on a Perkin Elmer silica gel column. For validation of the process a reversed-phase HPLC method was also developed (eluent: acetonitrile-water-bicyclohyxylamine 70:30:0.05 v/v %, with Spherisorb ODS, as stationary phase). Recovery is about 100% and the limit of detection is 5 ng g⁻¹ for meat samples. Presented at: Balaton Symposium on High-Performance Separation Methods, Siófok, Hungary, September 3–5, 1997.     

An on-column capillary gas chromatographic method for the analysis of synthetic pyrethroid residues on fish eggs

A sensitive and reproducible residue method is described for the determination of cypermethrin and deltamethrin in fish eggs. The limit of determination of 0.0005 mg kg^?1 is achieved using only a very small sample size; typical sample weights lie in the range of 0.1-1 g of fathead minnow or trout eggs. The method involves tissue homogenization (tube homogenizer) followed by hot acetonitrile extraction, then sequential C₈, aluminum oxide, and silica gel clean-up. The clean-up is carried out in glass columns using cotton wool plugs in order to minimize potential sample contamination by plasticizers. Residues are determined by capillary chromatography using automated on-column injection with electron-capture detection. Confirmation of residues by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using selected ion monitoring (SIM), is also described.
