Problems, associated with electrochemical dimensional treatment and chemical deposition as methods of manufacturing nanocomposites based on the AIIIBV semiconductors, are considered by studying indium phosphide (n-InP). The results of manufacturing nanocomposites Cu-n-InP and Ag-n-InP by chemical deposition of copper and silver into pores produced by electrochemical anodic dissolution are described. The metallization kinetics and peculiarities of metal distribution inside nanopores at large values of A are described (A = h/d is a geometrical factor or an aspect ratio, where h and d are the pore’s depth and diameter). It is shown that the degree of the nanopores’ filling is defined by the chemical deposition rate. A relatively high copper deposition rate pertaining to the manufacturing of Cu-n-InP leads to a low throwing power of electrolyte and, as a consequence, to a low level of the pores’ filling. Conversely, the substantially lower rate of the silver chemical deposition from a triethanolamine-containing solution leads to a better uniformness of deposition and to the reaching of conditions conducive to a higher degree of the pores’ filling with metal.  相似文献

The adsorption isosteres and isotherms of methane on the microporous carbon adsorbent PAU-10 were calculated using the Dubinin—Radushkevich equation taking into account nonideality of the gas phase. The conditions under which the adsorption isosteres are linear were outlined. The calculated and experimentally found adsorption isosteres were compared for the methane—PAU-10 system. The slope of the isosteres remains unchanged on going to the region of strong nonideality of the gas phase. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Summary The adsorption isotherms of water vapor on modified activated carbons are measured in order to study the role of various surface groups in the primary adsorption of water molecules on these adsorbents. These adsorption isotherms are analysed by means of the Dubinin-Serpinsky and Jovanovic equations, which take into account the special features of water vapor adsorption on microporous activated carbons. Numerical analysis of the measured adsorption isotherms by means of the above mentioned equations showed their limited applicability for interpreting adsorption mechanism of water molecules on activated carbons.

Zusammenfassung Die Adsorptionsisothermen von Wasserdampf auf modifizierter Aktivkohle wurden gemessen, um die Rolle verschiedener Oberflächentypen auf die Primäradsorption von Wassermolekülen auf diesen Adsorbenzien zu untersuchen. Die Adsorptionsisothermen wurden mittels der Dubinin-Serpinsky- und Jovanovic-Gleichungen analysiert, welche die speziellen Eigenheiten von Wasser auf mikroporöser Aktivkohle berücksichtigen. Die numerische Analyse der gemessenen Adsorptionsisothermen mittles der genannten Gleichungen zeigte ihre limitierte Anwendbarkeit zur Interpretation von Adsorptionsmechanismen von Wassermolekülen auf modifizierter Aktivkohle.

A numerical study was performed on flow and heat transfer involving moving free surfaces that occurs in mold filling processes such as casting and injection molding. In these problems, the calculation domain changes continuously and the numerical treatment of the moving interface tends to cause artificial diffusion. Among the solution algorithms based on the Eulerian method, the volume-of-fluid (VOF) method was used because the method is simple and efficient in handling the complex flow patterns inside the cavity. To solve the transport equation of free surface without artificial smearing of the interface the baby-cell method was employed in the geometric reconstruction of the free surface. Furthermore, a predictor–corrector method was adopted in the time integration of volume-of-fluid (VOF) transport equation to increase the accuracy. The proposed scheme was verified through several benchmark problems. In order to show the capability of the proposed method, several three-dimensional mold filling processes were solved. The current algorithm was applied to the floating body problem. Three-dimensional floating body problems were tested.  相似文献

针对加注系统多传感器测量数据融合,为满足融合的可靠性与准确性需求,提出了一种改进的自适应加权融合算法。加权融合算法的关键是如何准确判定测量数据权重值,在总结分析当前权重值判定方法优缺点的基础上,将证据理论中的修正证据距离引入测量数据间距离计算,生成融合权重值,完成传感器数据融合。通过一般算例与加注系统典型算例,对所提融合算法进行验证,结果表明算法融合效果较好、鲁棒性强,具有一定的理论意义和较好的工程实用价值。  相似文献

The iridoid glycosides, methyl catalpol, asperuloside, verbenalin, cinnamoyl catalpol, catalpol and aucubin, were studied from both larvae and adults of butterfly Melitaea cinxia. Special emphasis in the study was put on finding a correlation between the iridoid glycoside content in butterflies and plants. An optimised partial filling micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic–electrospray ionisation mass spectrometric (PF-MECC-ESI-MS) method was employed for the separation and identification of the six iridoid glycosides. In this work, the isolation and determination of catalpol and aucubin from extracts of both larvae and adults of Melitaea cinxia butterflies is demonstrated. The PF-MECC-ESI-MS method, using the [M+Na]+, [M+Li]+ and/or [M+NH4]+ adducts in ESI-MS, was used for quantification of aucubin and catalpol in the insects. In addition, the identification of all analytes was attempted by direct infusion MS/MS analysis. LOQ values for the iridoid glycosides varied between 10 mg/l (for verbenalin) to 50 mg/l (for catalpol and aucubin) corresponding to 0.1% of the sample´s dry mass. A correlation was noticed between the concentrations of iridoid glycosides in plants and the concentrations in larvae feeding on them.  相似文献

A novel, fully-analytical design sensitivity formulation for transient, turbulent, free surface flows is derived and implemented in the context of finite element analysis. The time-averaged, turbulent form of the Navier–Stokes equations are solved using a mixing length model, in conjunction with the volume of fluid (VOF) method to model the free surface movement. The design derivatives of these governing equations are computed and solved to find the analytical sensitivities of the fluid position, velocity and pressure fields with respect to shape design variables. The computational efficiency produced by evaluating the sensitivities analytically is demonstrated. The design of the runner and gating system of a simple block casting is presented as an example application for using sensitivity information in design. The analytical sensitivity routine is coupled to a numerical optimizer to yield an automated method for optimal design of the casting rigging system. The results produce runner shapes which eliminate mold-gas aspiration. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
