低温冷冻靶是实现惯性约束聚变(inertial confinement fusion,ICF)的关键部件之一.低温靶靶丸内杂质气体的去除程度和效率对低温靶燃料冰层的在线制备具有重要意义.依据低温靶物理对冰层杂质含量的设计要求,在计算靶丸内杂质气体最大允许分压的基础上,建立了靶丸内气体在微米级充气管内流动的抽空流洗模型.模拟研究了不同微管尺度及结构、温度对靶丸内杂质气体抽空流洗效率的影响规律,获得了靶丸充气微管的最佳管型设计方案.基于最佳管型设计,优化得到了具有最高抽空流洗效率的抽空时间与流洗次数组合策略.  相似文献

Two-dimensional discrete and continuum modelling of excavator bucket filling is presented. The discrete element method (DEM) is used for the discrete modelling and the material-point method (MPM) for continuum modelling. MPM is a so-called particle method or meshless finite element method. Standard finite element methods have difficulty in modelling the entire bucket filling process due to large displacements and distortions of the mesh. The use of a meshless method overcomes this problem. DEM and MPM simulations (plane strain) of bucket filling are compared to two-dimensional experimental results. Cohesionless corn grains were used as material and the simulated force acting on the bucket and flow patterns were compared with experimental results. The corn macro (continuum) and micro (DEM) properties were obtained from shear and oedometer tests. As part of the MPM simulations, both the classic (nonpolar) and the Cosserat (polar) continuums were used. Results show that the nonpolar continuum is the most accurate in predicting the bucket force while the polar and DEM methods predict lower forces. The DEM model does not accurately predict the material flow during filling, while the polar and nonpolar methods are more accurate. Different flow zones develop during filling and it is shown that DEM, the polar and the nonpolar methods can accurately predict the position and orientation of these different flow zones.  相似文献

从理论上分析了高功率光纤激光器直接抽运和二级抽运的斜率效率和热管理问题. 计算结果表明:波长为975 nm的激光直接抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,理论斜率效率为80%,但当抽运光功率为10 kW时,在强制水冷条件下纤芯极值温度也难以降到150 ℃以下;在二级抽运技术中,波长为1018 nm的激光抽运产生波长为1070 nm的激光时,若采用传统的包层抽运技术,其斜率效率不足20%,如果抽运功率填充因子由0.0025提高到0.1,则理论上斜率效率可由18.5%提高到80.9%,从而总斜率效率由15.5 关键词: 二级抽运 功率填充因子 斜率效率 热管理  相似文献

In this article, an improved smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method is proposed to simulate the filling process with two inlets. Improvements are achieved by deriving a corrected kernel gradient of SPH and a density re-initialisation. In addition, a new treatment of solid wall boundaries is presented. Thus, the improved SPH method has higher accuracy and better stability, and conserves both linear and angular momentums. The validity of the new boundary treatment is shown by simulating the spin-down problem. The bench tests are also presented to demonstrate the performance of the improved SPH method. Then the filling process with a single inlet is simulated to show the ability to capture complex-free surface of the proposed method. Finally, the filling process with two inlets is numerically investigated. The numerical results show that the filling patterns are affected significantly by Reynolds number, aspect ratio of the container and the location of the inlets.  相似文献

Normal surface theory is used to study Dehn fillings of a knot-manifold. We use that any triangulation of a knot-manifold may be modified to a triangulation having just one vertex in the boundary. In this situation, it is shown that there is a finite computable set of slopes on the boundary of the knot-manifold, which come from boundary slopes of normal or almost normal surfaces. This is combined with existence theorems for normal and almost normal surfaces to construct algorithms to determine precisely those manifolds obtained by Dehn filling of a given knot-manifold that: (1) are reducible, (2) contain two-sided incompressible surfaces, (3) are Haken, (4) fiber over S1, (5) are the 3-sphere, and (6) are a lens space. Each of these algorithms is a finite computation.Moreover, in the case of essential surfaces, we show that the topology of each filled manifold is strongly reflected in the combinatorial properties of a triangulation of the knot-manifold with just one vertex in the boundary. If a filled manifold contains an essential surface then the knot-manifold contains an essential normal vertex solution which caps off to an essential surface of the same type in the filled manifold. (Normal vertex solutions are the premier class of normal surface and are computable.)  相似文献

We have investigated the optical properties of InAs self-assembled quantum dots (SAQDs) with the Si-doped GaAs barrier layer. Two types of samples are fabricated according to the position of the Si-doped GaAs layer. For type A samples the Si-doped GaAs layer is grown below the QDs, whereas for type B samples the Si-doped GaAs layer is grown above the QDs. For both types of samples the excited-state emissions caused by state filling are observed in photoluminescence (PL) spectra at high excitation power densities. The bandgap renormalization of QDs can be found from the shift of the PL peak energy. Particularly, for type A samples the Si atoms act as nucleation centers during the growth of InAs QDs on the Si-doped GaAs layer and affect the density and the size of the QDs. The Si-doped GaAs layer in type A samples has more effects on the properties of QDs, such as state filling and bandgap renormalization than those of type B samples.  相似文献

用高温熔融法合成了Ca和Ce复合填充的单相p型CamCenFexCo4-xSb12化合物,探索了两种原子复合填充对其热电性能的影 响规律.研究结果表明,填充分数相同时,Ca和Ce两种原子复合填充的p型CamCe nFexCo4-xSb12化合物的载流子浓度和电 导率介于Ca或Ce一种原子单独填充的化合物之间,且随两种原子填充分数m+n的增加而降低 ;赛贝克系数随两种原子填充总量,尤其是Ce填充分数m的增加以及温度的上升而增加;在 相同填充分数时,两种原子复合填充的p型CamCenFexC o4-xSb12化合物的晶格热导率较Ca或Ce一种原子单独填充的化合物 的晶格热导率低,当总填充分数m+n为0.3左右,且Ca和Ce的填充量大致相等时,化合物的晶 格热导率最低.p型Ca0.18Ce0.12Fe1.45Co2.55Sb12.21化合物的最大热电性能指数ZT值在750K时达到1.17. 关键词: skutterudite化合物 双原子复合填充 合成 热电性能  相似文献
