Development of a stabilized low temperature infrared absorption cell for use in low temperature and collisional cooling experiments

We have constructed a stabilized low temperature infrared absorption cell cooled by an open cycle refrigerator, which can run with liquid nitrogen from 250 to 80K or with liquid helium from 80K to a few kelvin. Several CO infrared spectra were recorded at low temperature using a tunable diode laser spectrometer. These spectra were analyzed taking into account the detailed effects of collisions on the line profile when the pressure increases. We also recorded spectra at very low pressure to accurately model the diode laser emission. Spectra of the R(2) line in the fundamental band of 13CO cooled by collisions with helium buffer gas at 10.5K and at pressures near 1 Torr have been recorded. The He-pressure broadening parameter (gamma(0) = 0.3 cm(-1) atm(-1)) has been derived from the simultaneous analysis of four spectra at different pressures.     

Gas chromatographic determination of residual hydrazine and morpholine in boiler feed water and steam condensates

Summary Hydrazine, an oxygen scavenger in boiler water, was derivatised to the corresponding acetone azine and determined at the ng ml^–1 level by gas chromatography. Morpholine, a corrosion inhibitor used in steam boilers, was estimated either directly (if >2.0 g ml^–1) or by quantitative preconcentration (0.1 ng – 2.0 g ml^–1). To obtain symmetrical peaks for these amines, the column packing was coated with KOH. Use of a nitrogen-specific detector improved accuracy of estimation of hydrazine and morpholine, giving a RSD of 1.9–3.6%. Chromatographic analysis of these amines in boiler feed water and steam condensate samples collected from boilers servicing a petroleum refinery is described. Environmental safety regulations calls for monitoring of hydrazine and the methods developed can easily be adapted for this purpose.     

测量圆盘转动惯量产生误差的曲线研究

结合三线摆实验的基本过程,进行实验数据的采集。利用投影法来测量圆盘的转角大小,借助于matlab的cftool工具箱,对数据进行曲线拟合,对测出来的二组数据拟合,得到转角与百分差曲线图。通过误差的大小比较,得出圆盘转动惯量测量值与理论值的百分差随转角变化最接近于三次曲线。     

变频控制直接膨胀式太阳能热泵的数值模拟

文中通过对变频控制直接膨胀式太阳能热泵的数值模拟,指出PV/T- SAHP系统实现变频控制从而解决太阳能热泵集热器面积与压缩机的容量不匹配的关键问题是找到系统集热/蒸发器的MSS线.为变工况下太阳能热泵系统的研究提供参考.     

Application of a line implicit method to fully coupled system of equations for turbulent flow problems

For unstructured finite volume methods, we present a line implicit Runge–Kutta method applied as smoother in an agglomerated multigrid algorithm to significantly improve the reliability and convergence rate to approximate steady-state solutions of the Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations. To describe turbulence, we consider a one-equation Spalart–Allmaras turbulence model. The line implicit Runge–Kutta method extends a basic explicit Runge–Kutta method by a preconditioner given by an approximate derivative of the residual function. The approximate derivative is only constructed along predetermined lines which resolve anisotropies in the given grid. Therefore, the method is a canonical generalisation of point implicit methods. Numerical examples demonstrate the improvements of the line implicit Runge–Kutta when compared with explicit Runge–Kutta methods accelerated with local time stepping.     

基于智能数据采集器的研究与实现

针对目前各行业数字化、智能化产品应用日趋广泛，数据的获取、传输、分析、应用尤为重要，如何避免采集设备接口单一、功能固定、实用性差等缺点，提出采用ARM嵌入式工控模块M9080-N20为基础，采用VK3266串口芯片扩展UART串行接口，提出基于73K222AU调制解调器、HR219307变压器实现采集器二线模拟通信，并支持以太网、CAN总线和UART串行通信，可以有效解决数据远程采集、传输和控制，适用于特殊环境设备故障检测、诊断和抢修。实验结果证明，智能数据采集器不仅具有多种型号设备故障诊断功能；还能实现野外快速通信组网，不同类型设备数据远程采集、传输、分析和控制功能，在军民融合产品上具有广阔的应用前景和实用价值。     

Accuracy and CPU time of JE-TLM,PLRC-TLM and CRC-TLM methods for plasma medium

The current density (JE), the piecewise linear recursive convolution (PLRC) and the constant convolution recursive (CRC) techniques are developed and integrated into the transmission line matrix (TLM) algorithm. A comparison of these three schemes according to the criteria of accuracy and CPU time is presented. Numerical experiments show that JE provides the most accurate solution and requires the least CPU time; PLRC is nearly as accurate but consumes more CPU time than CRC.     

Macromodeling of high-speed interconnects by positive interpolation of vertical segments

In this paper a novel macromodeling scheme is presented to model the per unit of length (p.u.l.) parameters of uniform transmission lines. In particular, it is focused on single on-chip interconnects, because their p.u.l. parameters are influenced by the presence of semiconductor (s) and as such exhibit a strong frequency-dependency, making the modeling process harder. Starting from a set of very accurate tabulated data samples, obtained by two-dimensional electromagnetic modeling, rational models for the four p.u.l. parameters are constructed. The novelty of the approach lies in the fact that the rational models are positive by construction and that a controllable accuracy is obtained. These models can then further be used to construct multivariate models, e.g., for variability analysis. Here, the novel scheme is applied to an on-chip inverted embedded microstrip line, of which the signal integrity behavior is assessed in both the frequency and the time domain, demonstrating the applicability of the macromodels.     

Comment on ‘Ab initio study: the potential energy curves and rovibrational spectrum of low-lying excited states of HCl+ cation’ (Molecular Physics, 114:19, 2817–2823)

In a recent article, Y. Liu, X. Cheng, H. Cheng, J. Cheng and X. Song [Mol. Phys., 114:19, 2817–2823] report on the calculation of potential energy curves and the derivation of spectroscopic constants and line intensities for the lowest energy electronic states of HCl⁺. There are several shortcomings in the article; the most notable being the incorrect ordering of the ²П_3/2 and ²П_1/2 state energies, erroneous selection rules, which lead to the absence of a Q-branch in their predicted spectra, incorrect Höln–London factors, and a missing appendix.

Here we give a few n-dimensional extensions of a recent result of M. Abe concerning a Cousin I characterization of two-dimensional Stein manifolds.
