在利用Harris两参数公式研究Bohr-Mottelson转动谱公式参数之间的关系的基础上,改用Harris三参数公式,并由此提出了Bohr-Mottelson转动谱公式参数之间的新关系式,进而用I(I+1)四参数展开式计算了A～60,80,130,140,150,190区超形变偶偶核的基带和锕系和稀土区正常形变核基带,讨论了参数之间的关系,发现新关系式与实验较好地符合.     

640 × 512 pixel narrow-band, four-band, and broad-band quantum well infrared photodetector focal plane arrays

A 9 μm cutoff 640 × 512 pixel hand-held quantum well infrared photodetector (QWIP) camera has been demonstrated with excellent imagery. A noise equivalent differential temperature (NEDT) of 10.6 mK is expected at a 65 K operating temperature with f/2 optics at a 300 K background. This focal plane array has shown background limited performance at a 72 K operating temperature with the same optics and background conditions. In this paper, we discuss the development of this very sensitive long-wavelength infrared camera based on a GaAs/AlGaAs QWIP focal plane array and its performance in quantum efficiency, NEDT, uniformity, and operability. In the second section of this paper, we discuss the first demonstration of a monolithic spatially separated four-band 640 × 512 pixel QWIP focal plane array and its performance. The four spectral bands cover 4–5.5, 8.5–10, 10–12, and 13.5–15 μm spectral regions with 640 × 128 pixels in each band. In the last section, we discuss the array performance of a 640 × 512 pixel broad-band (10–16 μm full-width at half-maximum) QWIP focal plane.     

超稳Y沸石制备技术对沸石铝分布的影响 Ⅱ.均匀铝分布的超稳Y沸石的制备

对水热处理后得到的USY沸石作进一步的酸处理以及采用改进的氟硅酸盐溶液骨架富硅工艺,分别得到了经XPS剖面分析证实为铝分布均匀的超稳Y沸石HAY-Ⅰ和HAY-Ⅱ。IR分析表明,在酸处理过程中从USY沸石中去掉的那部分非骨架铝类与3690cm~(-1)处羟基有关,仍残留在HAY-Ⅰ沸石中的那部分非骨架铝类与3670cm~(-1)和3600cm~(-1)处羟基有关。XRD和化学分析表明HAY-Ⅰ沸石仍含有约50％的非骨架铝类,而HAY-Ⅱ沸石则基本上不含非骨架铝类,HAY-Ⅱ沸石还显示更高的结晶保留度。DTA分析表明,HAY-Ⅰ和HAY-Ⅱ两种沸石的热稳定性均高于USY沸石。     

La掺杂浓度对PLZT薄膜红外光学性质的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了不同La掺杂浓度PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜- x射线衍射分析表明制备的PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜是具有单一钙钛矿结构的多晶薄膜- 通过红外椭圆偏振光谱仪测量了波长为2-5—12-6μm范围内PLZT薄膜的椭偏光谱，采用经典色 散模型拟合获得PLZT薄膜的红外光学常数，同时也拟合获得PLZT薄膜的厚度- 随着La掺杂浓 度的增大，折射率逐渐减小- 而消光系数除PLZT(4/40/60)薄膜外，呈现逐渐增大的趋势- 分析表明这些差异主要与PLZ 关键词： PLZT薄膜 红外光学性质 红外椭圆偏振光谱     

High resolution staring arrays answering compact MW and LW applications

This paper overviews the electro-optical and thermal performances of different types of infrared detectors manufactured by Sofradir. The detector’s fabrication processes and detector’s performance are shortly described. New staring arrays are more compact and offer system solutions required by infrared market. Special attention is directed to some reliability advantages of new dewar design. Finally, the development trends for highest resolution infrared detector are discussed. Electronic structure and vibrational spectra of cis-diammine(orotato)platinum(II), a potential cisplatin analogue: DFT and experimental study

Orotic acid (vitamin B₁₃) is a key intermediate in biosynthesis of the pyrimidine nucleotides in living organisms, moreover, it may serve as the biological carrier for some metal ions. cis-Diammine(orotato)platinum(II), cis-[Pt(C₅H₂N₂O₄)(NH₃)₂] can be considered as a new potential cisplatin analogue. The FT-Raman and FT-IR spectra of the title complex are reported, for the first time. The molecular structure, vibrational frequencies, and the theoretical infrared and Raman intensities have been calculated by the density functional mPW1PW91 method. The detailed vibrational assignment has been made on the basis of the calculated potential energy distribution. The theoretically predicted IR and Raman spectra show very good agreement with experiment. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analyses were performed for cisplatin, carboplatin and the title complex. The results provided new data on the nature of platinum–ligand bonding in these compounds. Strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between the orotate ligand and the coordinated ammonia group stabilizes the structure of the platinum(II) complex. Thus, it is suggested that the orotate ligand in the title complex is more inert to the substitution reactions than the chloride ligands in cisplatin.     

二维非正交坐标斜方格金属光子带隙结构

金属光子带隙结构在高能加速器、微波真空电子器件和太赫兹波源等方面具有重要的应用前景.基于实空间传输矩阵理论，详细研究了非正交坐标系下二维斜方格金属光子带隙结构，给出了计算横电模、横磁模完全带隙结构的一般公式，并分析了填充系数、任意斜角及金属柱横截面对带隙结构的影响.计算结果在退化为正方格情况下时，与其他方法的计算结果取得很好的一致. 关键词： 光子晶体 金属光子带隙 传输矩阵法 微波真空电子器件     

一种基于灰度变换的红外图像增强算法

针对红外图像，采用双门限分割法进行图像分割，然后采用分段灰度变换法进行图像增强。根据具体图像，通过人机交互的方式确定2个阈值，将图像分割为目标区、过渡区和背景区3部分；按照每一部分的特点，设计不同的灰度变换，对图像进行分段线性增强，得到感兴趣目标区的最佳视觉效果。通过对16位红外图像进行实验，得到了满意的结果。实验表明,该算法灵活便捷，在增加对比度和去除噪声的同时，还抑制了背景，达到了预期的效果。     

纳米晶ZrO2:Er3+-Yb3+的制备及其室温上转换发射

用化学共沉淀法制备了ZrO₂:Er³⁺-Yb³⁺纳米晶粉体，所制备的纳米晶粉体具有较强的室温上转换发射和红外发射.研究了样品的晶体结构和上转换发光性质随着Yb³⁺掺杂浓度和煅烧温度的变化关系.通过X射线衍射谱分析发现，经800℃煅烧2h后得到的ZrO₂:Er³⁺-Yb³⁺纳米晶是四方相和单斜相的混合结构，经950℃煅烧2h后得到的样品以单斜相为主，随着Y
