In this paper, the linear propagation characteristics of the exponential optical pulse with initial linear and nonlinear frequency chirp are numerically studied in a single mode fibre for \be2<0. It can be found that the temporal full width at half maximum and time-bandwidth product of exponential pulse monotonically increase with the increase of propagation distance and decrease with the increase of linear chirp C for C<0.5, go through an initial decreasing stage near \zeta=1, then increase with the increase of propagation distance and linear chirp C for C\geq0.5. The broadening of pulses with negative chirp is faster than that with positive chirp. The exponential pulse with linear chirp gradually evolves into a near-Gaussian pulse. The effect of nonlinear chirp on waveform of the pulse is much greater than that of linear chirp. The temporal waveform breaking of exponential pulse with nonlinear chirp is first observed in linear propagation. Furthermore, the expressions of the spectral width and time-bandwidth product of the exponential optical pulse with the frequency chirp are given by use of the numerical analysis method.  相似文献

对薄层柱壳爆炸膨胀断裂过程的研究   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8  
 本文提出了一个用于描述动态破坏发展过程的损伤度函数。从这个损伤度函数出发,把材料特征性方程取为强化粘塑性本构方程形式,导出了薄层柱壳爆炸膨胀运动在两种近似下(恒定膨胀速度近似合恒定应变速率近似)断裂判据的解析表达式。结果分析表明,在上述条件下,存在着一个动态断裂“塑性峰”,在这个峰值条件的应变率下,柱壳出现贯穿断裂时刻的应变最大。以软钢为算例,本断裂判据可以比较好地解释Иванов和陈大年等给出的实验结果。这时,动态断裂“塑性峰”对应的应变率为4×104 s-1,相应的应变约为60%~80%。  相似文献

We report a theoretical study on producing electrically spin-polarized current in the Rashba ring with parallel double dots embedded, which are subject to two time-dependent microwave fields. By means of the Keldysh Green's function method, we present an analytic result of the pumped current at adiabatic limit and demonstrate that the interplay between the quantum pumping effectand spin-dependent quantum interference can lead to an arbitrarily controllable spin-polarized current in the device. The magnitude and direction of the charge and spin current can be effectively modulated by system parameters such as the pumping phase difference, Rashba precession phase, and the dynamic phase difference of electron traveling in two arms of ring; moreover, thespin-polarization degree of the charge current can also be tuned in the range [-∞, +∞]. Our findings may shed light on the all-electric way to produce the controllable spin-polarized charge current in the field of spintronics.  相似文献

We propose an efficient scheme to generate a macroscopical quantum superposition state with a cavity optomechanical system, which is composed of a quantum Rabi-Stark model coupling to a mechanical oscillator. In a low-energy subspace of the Rabi-Stark model, the dressed states and then the effective Hamiltonian of the system are given. Due to the coupling of the mechanical oscillator and the atom-cavity system, if the initial state of the atom-cavity system is one of the dressed states, the mechanical oscillator will evolve into a corresponding coherent state. Thus, if the initial state of the atom-cavity system is a superposition of two dressed states, a coherent state superposition of the mechanical oscillator can be generated. The quantum coherence and their distinguishable properties of the two coherent states are exhibited by Wigner distribution. We show that the Stark term can enhance significantly the feasibility and quantum coherence of the generated macroscopic quantum superposition state of the oscillator.  相似文献

The investigation of electron transport processes in nano-scale architectures plays a crucial role in the development of surface chemistry and nano-technology. Experimentally, an important driving force within this research area has been the concurrent refinements of scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) techniques. The theoretical treatment of the STM operation has traditionally been based on the Bardeen and Tersoff–Hamann methods which take as input the single-particle wave functions and eigenvalues obtained from finite cluster or slabs models of the surface-tip interface. Here, we present a novel STM simulation scheme based on non-equilibrium Green’s functions (NEGF) and Wannier functions which is both accurate and very efficient. The main novelty of the scheme compared to the Bardeen and Tersoff–Hamann approaches is that the coupling to the infinite (macroscopic) electrodes is taken into account. As an illustrating example we apply the NEGF-STM method to the Si(001)-(2×1):H surface with sub-surface P doping and discuss the results in comparison to the Bardeen and Tersoff–Hamann methods.  相似文献

In this work we study the correlation function of the ground state of two-dimensional fully frustrated Ising model as well as spin glass. The Pfaffian method is used to calculate free energy and entropy as well as correlation function. We estimate the exponent of spin correlation function for fully frustrated model and spin glass. The electron energy distribution function (EEDF) for a magnetically filtered dusty plasma is studied in a dusty double plasma device where the electron energy can be varied from 0.15 eV to ~ 2.8 eV and plasma density from 10 6 cm-3 to 10 9cm-3 . The characteristics of EEDF for these ranges of plasma parameters are investigated in a pristine plasma as well as in a dusty plasma. The results show that in the presence of dust, there is a drastic modification in EEDF patterns in a plasma with higher electron temperature and density than those in a low temperature and low density plasma produced by the magnetic filter.  相似文献

A theoretical model is summarized into the shorter vector principle. It is used to predict the topological structure of wave function and the oscillation rule of energy gap in various types of finite carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The theoretical model indicates that the characteristics of the electronic states only depend on the nanotube size and its symmetry along the shorter vector direction. In this direction, the wave functions of the original 3m (or 3m/2) periodicity are also suitable for armchair, chiral and zigzag finite CNTs with the C2 (Cs), C1 and Cn point groups, respectively. Energy gaps present the oscillation with 3m (or 3m/2) or odd-even n. The first principle calculations for some prototype systems are performed. The results are consistent with the theoretical model.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the premium principle in uncertain environment. First, the net premium principle for uncertain risks is presented within the framework of uncertainty theory. With the help of distortion function, a new uncertain premium principle is derived from the uncertain net premium. Some properties of uncertain distortion premium principle are proved. Furthermore, a sufficient and necessary condition that an uncertain premium principle is an uncertain distortion premium principle has been characterized. Finally, some examples are given to illustrate the calculations of the uncertain distortion premium.  相似文献
