The interaction between a screw dislocation and an interfacial cruciform crack and collinear linear cracks under loads at infinity was investigated. General solutions of complex potentials to this problem were derived by using complex potential theory. As illustrative examples, the closed form solution for a screw dislocation interacting with an interfacial cruciform crack and a linear crack is obtained. The stress intensity factor and critical stress intensity factor for dislocation emission are also calculated. The results show that the shielding effect increases with the increase of the shear modulus and the distance between the two cracks, but it decreases with the increase of dislocation azimuth and the distance between the dislocation and the cruciform crack tip. The critical loads at infinity for dislocation emission increase with the increment of the emission angle, the distance the two cracks and the vertical length of the cruciform crack. 相似文献

Abstract In this article, a mathematical model for the transfer function of the Fabry-Perot intensity modulator is presented. The model, basically a cosine-series function, can be used to obtain closed-form expressions for the amplitudes of the harmonic and intermodulation products of the Fabry-Perot intensity modulator driven by a multi-frequency radio frequency voltage. The special case of a Fabry-Perot intensity modulator driven by an equal-amplitude two-frequency radio frequency voltage is considered in detail, and the results are compared, whenever possible, with previously published experimental and numerically obtained results. 相似文献

Abstract This review article describes some existing microplasma sources and their applications in analytical chemistry. These microplasmas mainly include direct current glow discharge (DC), microhollow-cathode discharge (MHCD) or microstructure electrode (MSE), dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), capacitively coupled microplasmas (CCμPs), miniature inductively coupled plasmas (mICPs), and microwave-induced plasmas (MIPs). The historical development and recent advances in these microplasma techniques are presented. Fundamental properties of the microplasmas, the unique features of the reduced size and volume, as well as the advantageous device structures for chemical analysis are discussed in detail, with the emphasis toward detection of gaseous samples. The analytical figures of merit obtained using these microplasmas as molecular/elemental-selective detectors for emission spectrometry and as ionization sources for mass spectrometry are also given in this review article. 相似文献

Twenty-four new submillimeter laser lines in fully deuterated methyl alcohol (CD3OD) in the wavelength range from 52 to 328 m have been obtained in a Fabry-Perot FIR resonator by optically pumping the methanol with a cw CO2 laser. 探索提高金属表面真空击穿阈值的方法,对脉冲功率技术的发展和应用具有重要意义。在金属表面电子发射理论分析的基础上,采用有限元法计算阴极杆表面电场随二极管电压的变化规律,设计了实验系统,并开展了实验研究。实验对比了在脉宽约30 ns、阴极杆与阳极筒间隙12 mm时,钛合金TC4阴极杆在不同种类高分子膜(膜厚30~60 μm)下真空击穿阈值的变化情况。在表面粗糙度Rz(轮廓最大高度)为0.8 μm的TC4阴极杆表面分别镀环氧树脂膜和丙烯酸膜,实验结果表明,镀丙烯酸膜阴极杆的击穿阈值约505 kV/cm,相对于不镀膜阴极杆,击穿场强提高了约20.6%;在表面粗糙度Rz为0.2 μm的TC4阴极杆表面分别镀聚酰亚胺膜和聚醚醚酮膜,实验结果表明,镀聚酰亚胺膜阴极杆的击穿阈值为584 kV/cm,相对于不镀膜阴极杆,击穿场强提高了约28.1%。因此,在金属表面镀丙烯酸膜、聚酰亚胺膜可以有效提高金属表面的真空击穿阈值。 相似文献

由于NH3在大气气溶胶化学中具有重要作用,所以快速和精确反演NH3浓度对环境问题非常重要.本文以9.05μm的室温连续量子级联激光器(quantum cascade laser,QCL)作为光源,采用波长扫描直接吸收可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy,TDLAS)技术,研究了QCL在1103.4 cm–1的光谱特性,获得了激光器控制的温度电流与波长的关系.设计了QCL二级温控的低压实验平台,测量氨气在1103.4 cm–1处的6条混叠吸收线,在降低压强的情况下谱线展宽变小,使混叠光谱分离,由此计算各条吸收线的线强,进一步对测量不确定度进行分析.针对混叠严重的光谱提出了低压分离单光谱精确反演气体浓度的方法,并进行了实验验证.通过与HITRAN数据库进行结果对比,得出氨气在1103.4 cm–1的实验测量线强值与数据库偏差为2.71%-4.71%,实验测量线强值的不确定度在2.42%-8.92%,极低压条件下反演浓度与实际值的偏差在1%-3%. 相似文献

采用电磁场有限元方法,数值模拟了孔径型扫描近场光学显微镜(aperture Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy,a-SNOM)在照明模式下的工作过程.针对金偶极天线结构,改变天线长度和纳米间隙尺寸,计算了a-SNOM探针孔径的远场辐射速率随探针端面中心坐标变化的扫描曲线,实现了超越a-SNOM探针通光孔径尺寸的天线金属纳米间隙的超分辨测量,对于100nm通光孔径的探针,可分辨最小尺寸为10nm(0.016倍波长)的金属间隙.通过对比金属和介质偶极天线的a-SNOM探针远场辐射速率测量的计算结果,表明天线金属纳米间隙的超分辨测量的实现是由于金属间隙表面等离激元的激发. 相似文献
