Poly(N,N-dimethyl acrylamide)-block-poly(styrene)-block-poly(N,N-dimethyl acrylamide)(PDMAc-bPSt-b-PDMAc) amphiphilic triblock copolymer micro/nano-objects were synthesized through reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) dispersion polymerization of St mediated with poly(N,Ndimethyl acrylamide) trithiocarbonate(PDMAc-TTC-PDMAc) bi-functional macromolecular RAFT agent.It is found that the morphology of the PDMAc-b-PSt-b-PDMAc copolymer micro/nano-objects like spheres,vesicles and vesicle with hexagonally packed hollow hoops(HHHs) wall can be tuned by changing the solvent composition.In addition,vesicles with two sizes(600 nm,264 nm) and vesicles with HHHs features were also synthesized in high solid content systems(30 wt% and 40 wt%,respectively).Besides,as compared with typical AB diblock copolymers(A is the solvophilic,stabilizer block,and B is the solvophobic block),ABA triblock copolymers tend to form higher order morphologies,such as vesicles,under similar conditions.The finding of this study provides a new and robust approach to prepare block copolymer vesicles and other higher order micelles with special structure via PISA.  相似文献

The spin–spin interactions between chiral molecules and ferromagnetic metals were found to be strongly affected by the chiral induced spin selectivity effect. Previous works unraveled two complementary phenomena: magnetization reorientation of ferromagnetic thin film upon adsorption of chiral molecules and different interaction rate of opposite enantiomers with a magnetic substrate. These phenomena were all observed when the easy axis of the ferromagnet was out of plane. In this work, the effects of the ferromagnetic easy axis direction, on both the chiral molecular monolayer tilt angle and the magnetization reorientation of the magnetic substrate, are studied using magnetic force microscopy. We have also studied the effect of an applied external magnetic field during the adsorption process. Our results show a clear correlation between the ferromagnetic layer easy axis direction and the tilt angle of the bonded molecules. This tilt angle was found to be larger for an in plane easy axis as compared to an out of plane easy axis. Adsorption under external magnetic field shows that magnetization reorientation occurs also after the adsorption event. These findings show that the interaction between chiral molecules and ferromagnetic layers stabilizes the magnetic reorientation, even after the adsorption, and strongly depends on the anisotropy of the magnetic substrate. This unique behavior is important for developing enantiomer separation techniques using magnetic substrates.  相似文献

A novel synthesized Ag/C fibrous catalyst based on in situ thermally induced redox reaction of PVA/AgNO3 composite fibers was proposed. Utilizing the plasticization and complexation of AgNO3 solution, the melt spinning of PVA/AgNO3 composites was accomplished. Through the in situ thermally induced redox reaction on PVA/AgNO3 composite fibers combined with carbonization of PVA and reduction of Ag+, the synthesized Ag/C fibrous catalyst was prepared with nanosilver particles with average diameter of 130 nm immobilized on the loose microstructural carbon layers. The synthesized Ag/C fibrous catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity and reused for at least five cycles for the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol, which may hold great promise in effective and eco‐friendly waste water treatment.  相似文献

Mechanically induced C−C bond formation was demonstrated by the laser driven shock wave generated in liquid normal alkanes at room temperature. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis revealed the dehydrogenation condensation between two alkane molecules, for seven normal alkanes from pentane to undecane. Major products were identified to be linear and branched alkane molecules with double the number of carbons, and exactly coincided with the molecules predicted by supposing that a C−C bond was formed between two starting molecules. The production of the alkane molecules showed that the C−C bond formation occurred almost evenly at all the carbon positions. The dependence of the production on the laser pulse energy clearly indicated that the process was attributed to the shock wave. The C−C bond formation observed was not a conventional passive chemical reaction but an unprecedented active reaction.  相似文献

The application of the combination of gas chromatography and a self-developed plasma emission detector for organomercury speciation is presented. The system, basing on interference filter technology, is described briefly. The plasma and the optical system have to be optimized to reach highest sensitivity for mercury detection. Dimethyl-, methyl- and inorganic mercury as selected compounds have been separated on a GC column and calibrated to obtain the analytical performance data of the system used. 用Nd:YAG的二倍频532 nm激光对几种不同水体的激光诱导荧光(LIF)光谱进行了测量,利用特征光谱荧光标记(SFS)技术指认出水体中溶解有机物(DOM)、叶绿素a(Chl a)及类胡萝卜素等物质的特征光谱带。指出在455 nm波长处具有较大强度的荧光峰是附属色素中抗氧化作用的类胡萝卜素(PPC)的贡献。提出了激光诱导PPC荧光频率上转换发射的动力学模型。  相似文献

Bcl-2蛋白是目前抗肿瘤药物研究很具前景的新靶点. Bcl-2蛋白与底物作用的活性腔生理情况下是蛋白与蛋白作用接触面大而平坦, 与底物结合时发生明显的诱导契合. 通过分析和比较Bcl-2蛋白和其高同源的Bcl-xL蛋白的自由状态及与底物复合时的9个相关三维结构模型, 明确了蛋白及活性腔的骨架结构特征, 活性腔内的重要位点和关键残基, 及它们结合底物时发生的诱导契合. 基于以上认识, 采用柔性对接的方法得到了高亲和力的小分子抑制剂与Bcl-2蛋白的合理结合模式, 为以后设计合成新型高效Bcl-2蛋白抑制剂打下了坚实基础.  相似文献
