Experiments are performed in an incompressible plane turbulent mixing layer, using various hot wire rake configurations. From these experiments, the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition is applied for kernels where the space-time correlation tensor is evaluated over different spatial meshes and velocity components configurations. The resulting decompositions are then discussed in terms of characterization of the organization of the flow for various scalar or vectorial approaches of the POD. An incrtial range law is evidenced. The instantaneous contribution of the first modes of the POD to the organization of the flow is analyzed. A dynamical behavior for the organization of the flow is observed from the correlation between the first two modes contribution. 相似文献

A novel solid-phase microextraction fiber based on a stainless steel wire coated with Au nanoparticles was prepared and has been applied, coupled with gas chromatography, to the extraction of aromatic hydrophobic organic chemical pollutants in rainwater and soil extract. The solid-phase microextraction fiber exhibited excellent extraction efficiency and selectivity. Effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, stirring rate and desorption conditions were investigated and optimized. Single fiber repeatability and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 7.90% and 26.40%, respectively. The calibration curves were linear in a wide range for all analytes. Correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9941 to 0.9993. The as-established SPME-GC method was used successfully to two real natural samples. Recovery of analytes spiked at 10 μg L(-1) and 100 μg L(-1) ranged from 78.4% to 119.9% and the relative standard deviations were less than 11.3%. 相似文献

This paper is an up-to-date mini-review based on literature data and own results regarding synthesis and properties of conducting (pseudo)rotaxane supramolecular structures. Conjugated polymers, such as polyarylene, polyheteroarylene, polyaniline, polyarylenevinylene or polyaryleneimine, were used as axle, while the macrocyclic components were cyclodextrins, cucurbiturils, cyclophanes or crown ethers. Properties of the supramolecular structure such as solubility, thermal or chemical stability, conductivity, etc. can be drastically modified by the inclusion of hydrophobic conjugated polymers inside the macrocycle, without any chemical modification. For instance, the photophysical properties (i.e. quantum yield of fluorescence and electroluminescence) of the supramolecular structures were enhanced when compared with uninsulated conjugated polymers. The doping process is also affected, because the access of a dopant to the conjugated chain is limited only to the uncovered domains of the conjugated chain. 相似文献

A coordinate system is introduced in which one of the three sets of coordinate surfaces is constituted by cones. The axes of the cones coincide, but in general the apices of the cones do not. For this so-called special toroidal coordinate system a set of operations is given involving the nabla operator. Large-scale nonlinear oscillations of an electrically conducting ideal fluid of varying depth are considered with the magnetic,
Archimedean, and Coriolis forces taken into account. The main equations are derived from an analysis of the scales of quasi-geostrophic
motions. Under the assumptions that the Rossby numbers (a measure of the ratio of the local and advective accelerations to
the Coriolis acceleration) are of the same order, the problem is reduced to a system of three nonlinear equations for hydromagnetic
pressure and two functions describing the magnetic field. For an infinitely long horizontal layer of an electrically conducting
rotating fluid, the exact solution of the corresponding nonlinear equations and the dispersion relation are obtained under
the assumption of an approximately constant slope of the upper boundary surface of the layer at a distance of the order of
the wavelength.

Within the framework of Feynman path-integral variational theory, we calculate the ground-state energy of a polaron in parabolic quantum wires in the presence of a Coulomb potential. It is shown that the polaronic correction to the ground-state energy is more sensitive to the electron-phonon coupling constant than the Coulomb binding parameter, and it increases monotonically with decreasing effective wire radius. Moreover, compared to the results obtained by Feynman Haken variational path-integral theory, we obtain better results within the Feynman path-integral variational approach (FV approach). Applying our calculation to several polar semiconductor quantum wires, we find that the polaronic correction can be considerably large. 相似文献

The flow structure behind wire grids is studied for flows with a low subsonic velocity, and the effect of grids on the boundarylayer flow structure is considered. It is shown that the meanvelocity inhomogeneity induced by the grid does not disappear until a distance of 925 calibers downstream of the grid is reached. Liquidcrystal thermography combined with hotwire measurements made it possible to find the source of steady largescale streamwise vortex structures in the boundary layer on a wedge and on an airfoil and to determine the parameters of these structures. 相似文献
