CO-laser photoacoustic detection of phosgene (COCl2)

Detection of COCl₂, a highly toxic gas in chemical industry, using laser photoacoustic spectroscopy is presented. The spectrophone system used has a broad band LN₂ cooled CW CO laser as a source of radiation, which operates from 4.8–8.4 um in the mid-infrared. Using an extracavity open longitudinal resonant cell, absorption signals to about 30 CO laser lines in the 5.45 um region could be observed. detection sensitivity has been estimated to be ppb order.This work has been supported by the NSFC     

微微秒超短脉冲的光学压缩

在研究了短光纤(L～L_w)中受激喇曼散射的斯托克斯脉冲对基波脉冲能量箝位效应的基础上进行了脉冲压缩实验。以高泵浦功率(P=1600W)注入长度为8.95m绿光单模光纤中,采用双光程的光栅对压缩结构,并引入空间频率窗口滤除自相位调制光谱的非线性啁啾部分,将40ps的锁模Nd:YAG倍频光脉压缩至<5ps。     

Multispectral imaging of Mars: ISM results

Summary Multispectral imaging of planets opens a new class of studies of atmospheric and surface signatures. With ISM experiment on board Phobos, the first IR multispectral imaging of Mars from space was achieved. In viem of the Future Omega experiment on board Mars 94, we present here a sample of data and results (and problems) which can be achieved by studying spectral reflectance. Paper presented at the V Cosmic Physics National Conference, S. Miniato, November 27–30, 1990.     

时分复用倍乘光脉冲重复率的新型光纤耦合器环状连接法分析

提出并详细分析了一种基于时分复用技术倍乘光脉冲重复率的方法：在２×２光纤耦合器的一个输入口与一个输出口间，接入时延为脉冲列半周期奇数倍的一段光纤使之形成环状连接循环耦合，而在另一输出口获得光脉冲。详细分析了该系统中光纤耦合器耦合比、插入损耗、时延光纤长度的要求，偏差的影响及其调节法，给出了理论公式、结果的计算机模拟与实验介绍；与经典的马赫陈德尔干涉仪接法及近年提出的Ｓａｇｎａｃ环接法进行了比较。该方法特别适用于对窄脉冲列进行串接复用实现重复率的多次倍乘，从而得到数千兆赫至上百千兆赫的高重复率光脉冲     

Analogues of the Kolosov–Muskhelishvili General Representation Formulas and Cauchy–Riemann Conditions in the Theory of Elastic Mixtures

Analogues of the well-known Kolosov–Muskhelishvili formulas of general representations are obtained for nonhomogeneous equations of statics in the case of the theory of elastic mixtures. It is shown that in this theory the displacement and stress vector components, as well as the stress tensor components, are represented through four arbitrary analytic functions.The usual Cauchy–Riemann conditions are generalized for homogeneous equations of statics in the theory of elastic mixtures.     

Effect of nonlinear wave-current interaction on flow fields and hydrodynamic forces

A fifth-order theory for solving the problem of interaction between Stokes waves and exponential profile currents is proposed. The calculated flow fields are compared with measurements. Then the errors caused by the linear superposition method and approximate theory are discussed. It is found that the total wavccurrent field consists of pure wave, pure current and interaction components. The shear current not only directly changes the flow field, but also indirectly does so by changing the wave parameters due to wave-current interaction. The present theory can predict the wave kinematics on shear currents satisfactorily. The linear superposition method may give rise to more than 40% loading error in extreme conditions. When the apparent wave period is used and the Wheeler stretching method is adopted to extrapolate the current, application of the approximate theory is the best. Gamma-rays from Mössbauer sources: a low-dose approach to cancer therapy

Summary A new approach to cancer treatment using low-energy gamma-rays is discussed. Cultures of bone marrow mononuclear cells collected from normal donors and patients with chronic myelogenous leukaemia have been studied after the addition of hematin, at different concentrations, and irradiation by a M?ssbauer gamma-ray source. Growth stimulation has been observed when hematin is added to normal bone marrow cultures, while growth inhibition is observed when hematin is added to leukaemic cultures. The effect becomes then more pronounced when hematin is used in combination with M?ssbauer gamma-rays.     

天然树脂局部结构的径向分布函数研究

本工作用x射线衍射技术分析计算了二种天然树脂的局部结构参数,由测得的衍射强度数据求出了它们的结构因子I(r)和径向分布函数RDF(r),并由此得到了分子链内临近原子和次临近原子平均间距、配位数和短程有序畴。     

新颖的PPLN电光开关

在分析基于级联二阶非线性效应的准相位匹配周期极化铌酸锂(PPLN)波导全光波长变换器的有关参量容限的基础上,提出PPLN波长变换器的电光调控设想,并给予简要论证,论证结果是可行的,从而可实施电控调谐来自动补偿其失配,进而也可实现光开关的功能 关键词： 准相位匹配 周期极化铌酸锂 波长变换 光开关 电光效应调控
