激励销售与准确预测的薪酬机制设计

由于销售人员具有比厂商更多的销售信息，厂商在制定生产计划时需要参考来自销售人员的市场预测。传统的薪酬机制在引导销售人员如实上报预测量方面存在严重不足。Gonik机制虽然可以部分地弥补这一不足，但仍然要由厂商先提供参考定额和相应奖金数值。本发展了一种不需要厂商提供参考定额值而直接由销售人员自己参与提出定额确定奖金并努力销售的薪酬机制。章论证了它的有效性，并导出了在设计合同参数时，需要注意的一些规则和约束，对实际操作有一定的指导意义。     

An efficient Fréchet differentiable high breakdown multivariate location and dispersion estimator

A good robust functional should, if possible, be efficient at the model, smooth, and have a high breakdown point. M-estimators can be made efficient and Fréchet differentiable by choosing appropriate ψ-functions but they have a breakdown point of at most 1/(p + 1) in p dimensions. On the other hand, the local smoothness of known high breakdown functionals has not been investigated. It is known that Rousseeuw's minimum volume ellipsoid estimator is not differentiable and that S-estimators based on smooth functions force a trade-off between efficiency and breakdown point. However, by using a two-step M-estimator based on the minimum volume ellipsoid we show that it is possible to obtain a highly efficient, Fréchet differentiable estimator whilst still retaining the breakdown point. This result is extended to smooth S-estimators.

Variational analysis of the disc-loaded waveguide slow-wave structures

The variational method is applied to calculate the dispersion characteristics of disc-loaded waveguide slow-wave structures. The parameters describing the waveguide discontinuities in disc-loaded waveguide are calculated by the variational method. Then the dispersion characteristics of slow-wave structures are obtained using lossless microwave quadrupole theory. Good agreement was observed between results of the variational method and those of field matching method and high frequency structure simulator. In the case of broad band, results of the variational method are better than those of field matching method.     

宽带FRA中同时实现信号增益与噪声平坦的快速算法

首先优化了多波抽运拉曼光纤放大器的功率耦合方程,并利用小信号方法解决反向抽运的边值问题,其次采用遗传算法同时实现了信号增益谱和噪声谱的平坦.计算表明:双向抽运方式下系统噪声谱在C L波段(1.53~1.61μm)比反向抽运更为平坦;抽运光数目与增益平坦度呈非线性关系并存在下限值.通过多次测试,对于10波抽运,100信道的DWDM系统(带宽为80 nm),增益波动小于1 dB的优化时间可控制在400 s以内.     

Influence of the bias current on the output characteristics of a mode-locked fiber ring laser consisting of two SOAs

In this paper, after obtaining the mode-locked pulse shape with self-reproduction theory, the influence of the bias current on the output characteristics of a backward-optical-injection harmonic mode-locked fiber ring laser consisting of two semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) has been numerically investigated. The results show that the mode-locked pulse with high peak power and narrow width can be obtained through reasonably adjusting the bias currents of the two SOAs.     

光纤光栅反射谱对非均匀应变的展宽响应

光纤布拉格光栅在非均匀应力场作用下，其纤芯折射率及光栅栅距都将产生非均匀变化，本文给出了光纤光栅与非均匀应变场的相互作用模型，建立了反射谱对非均匀应变的响应关系。并给出了线性应力场的实验结果。     

One New Method to Obtain the Correlation Length of Solvable Models

We propose a new method to obtain the correlation length of gapped XXZ spin 1/2 antiferromagnetic chains. Following the relativistic quantum field theory in (1+ 1) space-time dimensions, we use the exact dispersion of massive spinon to calculate the correlation length for XXZ spin 1/2 chain. We conjecture that the correlation length for other 1D lattice models can be obtained in the same way. Relation between dispersion and the oscillated correlation of gapped incommensurate lattice models is also discussed.     

Lattice dynamics of some binary alloys

Summary The phonon dispersion frequencies for Cu₃Au, Cu₃Zn and Ni₃Fe alloys have been calculated using the model potential approach. The contribution of a short-range three-body interaction to the dynamical matrix has also been included in the present study. The theoretically computed phonon dispersion curves of these alloys are found to be in good agreement with the experimental data.
