In this study, a fingerprint-activity relationship modeling between chemical fingerprints and antirheumatic activity was established, and multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the quality of Taxilli Herba (TH) from different hosts. Characteristic fingerprints of 20 batches of TH samples were generated by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS), and the similarity analysis was calculated based on thirteen common characteristic peaks by hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA). Subsequently, nine efficacy markers were discovered by combining fingerprints and antirheumatic activity through grey correlation analysis (GCA) and bivariate correlation analysis (BCA). Meanwhile, the content of 5 constituents in 9 markers was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-linear ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS). The comprehensive quality of TH was assessed using multivariate statistical analysis, including principal components analysis (PCA) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The results showed that a high dose of TH extract could markedly ameliorate arthritis damage compared to other doses, with flavonoids playing an important role in the antirheumatic activity. The comprehensive quality of samples from Morus alba L. (SS) was superior to those from Liquidambar formosana Hance (FXS). The present study will demonstrate the markers associated with efficacy, and provide an applicable strategy for more comprehensive quality control and evaluation of TH.  相似文献

The random walk of a particle on a directed Bethe lattice of constant coordinanceZ is examined in the case of random hopping rates. As a result, the higher the coordinance, the narrower the regions of anomalous drift and diffusion. The annealed and quenched mean square dispersions are calculated in all dynamical phases. In opposition to the one-dimensional (Z=2) case, the annealed and quenched mean quadratic dispersions are shown to be identical in all phases.We shall employ indifferently the expressions Bethe lattice or infinite Cayley tree to denote an infinite ramified lattice of constant coordinanceZ.(4, 5)  相似文献

The structure and ordering of nanoparticles of gold functionalized with n-alkyl thiol molecules are studied both experimentally and theoretically. Samples where produced using n=6 to n=16 alkyl thiol molecules. High Resolution Electron Microscopy coupled with image processing was used to study the gold particle structure. The details of the particle structure are discussed. We found that when the gold surface is saturated with thiol molecules there is some tendency to produce molecules with a disulphide structure. We also show that ordered arrays of particles can be produced using Langmuir-Blodgett techniques. The crystal structure of the films produced is studied and found to be 3D hcp. We also report that thiol covered gold particles with a size of 5 nm present a rounded shape suggesting that thiol molecules might induce an isotropic surface energy. It is found in the theoretical calculations that a strong bond between gold and sulphur is required to stabilize the complex metal-n-alkyl thiol. It is predicted that otherwise a heavily distorted nanocore will be formed. This is contrary to the observed structure of the particles.  相似文献

石墨烯由于拥有超高比表面积和超高电导率而被作为电化学电容器材料广泛研究.本文采用树脂为碳源,通过一种方便快捷的树脂交换法制备一种具有高比表面积的多级孔三维石墨烯(3DG).经过此种方法的催化、造孔、热处理等主要工艺步骤后,可显著增加石墨烯材料的小、介孔数量,从而提高材料的电化学性能.通过BET测试表明,3DG的比表面积可达2400 m2/g,孔体积达到2.0 cm3/g.以3DG作为正负极材料制备高比能量高功率型锂离子电容器(3DG-LIC),可使3DG-LIC的工作电压从传统超级电容器的2.5 V扩展到4.0 V,能量密度也从20 Wh/kg提高到105 Wh/kg.另外,相同的化学和微观结构能很好地平衡正负极的容量及速率,使高比能量高功率的3DG-LIC具有更宽阔的应用领域.  相似文献
