Images of cleaved surfaces were obtained for 53ZrF4-20BaF2-4LaF3-3AlF3-20NaF (ZBLAN) glasses and fused quartz using an NTMDT atomic force microscope. It is shown that the scatter of particle size depends on the cooling rate and is 21–48.5 Å for the cleaved surface of ZBLAN glass obtained by very fast cooling and 68–172 Å for the cleaved surface of ZBLAN after slow cooling. For cleaved fused quartz, the range is 25-18 Å. 相似文献

Electron micrographs of parallel arrays of negatively stained ramie cellulose protofibrils were analyzed using the two-dimensional digital autocorrelation function (ACF). The method is based upon the statistical analysis of images in real space. The ACF shows strong parallel streaks of high correlation, and the lateral distance between adjacent streaks allows the mean interfibrillar distance to be estimated as 3.7 nm. The intensity profile along the streaks shows a weak modulation with peaks occurring at integral multiples of 3 or 6 nm. These results provide direct evidence that there is a regular axial texture in the protofibrils, and corroborate the conclusions previously drawn from optical diffraction analysis. Using the difference vectors found in the ACF it has been possible to reduce the picture noise level by linear integration, thereby obtaining an enhanced image. A preliminary result obtained in this way suggests that the projected protofibril morphology associated with the observed axial periodicity is a ribbon-like zigzag structure. Possible applications of the method for future work are discussed. 相似文献

Sedimentation and drying dissipative structural patterns formed in the course of drying colloidal silica spheres (1.2 μm in diameter) in aqueous suspension have been studied in a glass dish and a polystyrene dish. The broad ring patterns are formed within a short time in suspension state by the convection flow of water and colloidal spheres. The broad ring patterns are not formed when a dish is covered with a cap, which demonstrates the important role of the convectional flow of silica spheres and water accompanied with the evaporation of water on the air-suspension interface. The sedimentary spheres always move by the convectional flow of water, and the broad ring patterns became sharp with time. Broad ring and microscopic fine structures are formed in the solidification processes on the bases of the convectional and sedimentation patterns. Drying patterns of the colloidal suspensions containing sodium chloride are star-like ones, which strongly supports the synchronous cooperative interactions between the salt and colloidal spheres. 相似文献

A method is described for measuring the concentrations of both glucose and glutamine in binary mixtures from near infrared
(NIR) absorption spectra. Spectra are collected over the range from 5000–4000/cm (2.0–2.5μm) with a 1-mm optical path length.
Glucose absorbance features at 4710, 4400, and 4300/cm and glutamine features at 4700, 4580, and 4390/cm provide the analytical
information required for the measurement. Multivariate calibration models are generated by using partial least squares (PLS)
regression alone and PLS regression combined with a preprocessing digital Fourier filtering step. The ideal number of PLS
factors and spectral range are identified separately for each analyte. In addition, the optimum Fourier filter parameters
are established for both compounds. The best overall analytical performance is obtained by combining Fourier filtering and
PLS regression. Glucose measurements are established over the concentration range from 1.66–59.91 mM, with a standard error of prediction (SEP) of 0.32 mM and a mean percent error of 1.84%. Glutamine can be measured over the
concentration range from 1.10–30.65 mM with a SEP of 0.75 mM and a mean percent error of 6.67%. These results demonstrate
the analytical utility of NIR spectroscopy for monitoring glucose and glutamine levels in mammalian and insect cell cultures. 相似文献

基于构建的数字经济发展水平评价指标体系与2010~2018年全国30个省市(除西藏、港澳台)的面板数据,对中国数字经济发展水平的时空特征、动态演化与区域差异原因进行探究。研究发现:全国及三大区域的数字经济发展水平均呈现稳步上升态势,并伴有明显的空间相关性、空间集聚性和区域差异性,且东部相较于中西部区域内差异更大。数字经济发展速度动态演化显示,整体上中国各省市数字化发展水平变化速度状态表现为上升趋势,相较于中西部,东部拥有更大的速度变化状态。地区前期数字化基础、经济发展的一阶滞后、政府科技投入均会促进区域数字经济的发展,对外开放水平会抑制数字经济发展,地区规模对数字经济的影响表现为非线性。此外,不同线性影响因素在不同区域内对数字经济发展水平具有不同的影响力。 相似文献

We propose an approach for separating nuclear spin isomers with coherent light and illustrate it by numerical calculations using fulvene as a model system. The scheme employs the equivalence of torsion and interchange of equivalent H-atoms in a class of molecules of which fulvene is a simple example. Drying dissipative structural patterns formed in the course of drying colloidal crystals of silica spheres (110 nm in diameter)
in water, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, 1-propyl alcohol, diethyl ether, and in the mixtures of ethyl alcohol with the other
solvents above have been studied on a cover glass. The macroscopic broad rings were formed in the outside edges of the dried
film for all the solvents examined. Furthermore, much distinct broad rings appeared in the inner area when the solvents were
ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, and their mixtures. Profiles of the thickness of the dried films were sensitive to the organic
solvents and explained well with changes in the surface tensions, boiling points, and viscosities of the solvents. The macroscopic
and microscopic spoke-like crack patterns formed. The drying area (or the drying time) increased (or decreased) as the surface
tension of the solvent decreased. However, the absolute values of these drying parameters are determined also by the boiling
points of the solvents. Importance of the fundamental properties of the solvents is supported in addition to the characteristics
