一类加权半隐格式增量未知元方法的稳定性和误差估计

本文提出一类基于一维热传导方程数值求解的增量未知元方法加权半隐格式,并由此给出分析稳定性和整体截断误差的新方法．我们引入源于Laplace算子的两组基底,使得放大矩阵易于分析;我们利用IU性质和矩阵运算技巧,严格证明了所述加权格式的稳定性充分条件和全局误差估计,这些结果本质上优于1/4≤θ≤3/4条件下的常见情形．所得结论为恢复初始误差带来可能,为选择最优加权半隐格式提供了理论依据．     

高速离心泵轴向力平衡方法研究

根据高速离心泵轴向力产生的原因提出了平衡孔与平衡管、斜齿轮传动和平衡鼓与平衡盘的组合结构等轴向力平衡方法,通过理论分析和设计实践,得出采用平衡孔和平衡管及斜齿轮传动是简单但又实用的高速离心泵的主要轴向力平衡方法。     

Lysozyme-like Protein Produced by Bifidobacterium longum Regulates Human Gut Microbiota Using In Vitro Models

The extracellular secreted protein of Bifidobacterium longum (B. longum) plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the human intestinal microenvironment. However, the mechanism(s) of interaction remain unclear. Lysozyme is a kind of antibacterial peptide. In this study, the amino acid sequence of a lysozyme-like protein of B. longum based on whole-genome data of an isolate from human gut feces was found. We further predicted functional domains from the amino acid sequence, purified the protein, and verified its bioactivity. The growth of some bacteria were significantly delayed by the 020402_LYZ M1 protein. In addition, the gut microbiota was analyzed via high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA genes and an in vitro fermentation model, and the fluctuations in the gut microbiota under the treatment of 020402_LYZ M1 protein were characterized. The 020402_LYZ M1 protein affected the composition of human gut microbiota significantly, implying that the protein is able to communicate with intestinal microbes as a regulatory factor.     

电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定地质样品中的金

建立了王水溶解-聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定地质样品中的金。探讨了振荡时间对回收率的影响,最终确定振荡时间为1h。在优化条件下,方法的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在4.2%~9.0%,加标回收率在92.00%~114.6%,方法检出限为0.11ng/g。方法操作简单,测定精密度高,检出限低,满足大批量地质样品的分析需要。     

硅胶整体柱的制备及制备条件对整体柱的影响

研究了硅胶整体柱的制备工艺及温度、pH对凝胶化过程的影响,探讨了不同的四甲氧基硅烷／聚乙二醇比例、不同制也剂浓度对柱结构的影响,以及不同焙烧温度和酸活化处理方法对柱体Si0H含量和线性收缩率的影响,由此确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶工艺制备的硅胶整体柱,无开裂变形现象;不同制备条件,可以产生具有不同微米级鞍形骨架、微米级大孔和纳米级中孔的整体柱,可适合不同物质的分离和分析。     

电动态平衡技术在研究单颗粒煤燃烧中的应用

利用电动态平衡技术,将单个带电煤颗粒悬浮在样品池中,可以实现煤颗粒燃烧过程的原位微观研究。本文简要介绍了电动态平衡技术的原理和相关的操作方法,总结了该技术应用于煤燃烧研究的进展,进一步探讨了结合时间分辨光谱技术研究煤燃烧物理化学过程细节的可行性与发展前景。目的在于向国内研究者介绍这一新技术并激发更多的研究兴趣。

关于结构刚度方程病态问题的疑难分析

本文围绕矩阵位移法求解结构位移的误差,讨论了结构刚度矩阵的病态问题,指出了计算上的病态常常是结构刚度分布和结构拓扑的不合理,而不一定是计算本身的问题。首先,文章依据误差界的概念和范数的性质推导了衡量结构刚度矩阵病态程度的条件数的公式。然后,阐明了基于不同范数的条件数在衡量矩阵病态程度上的等价性。最后,通过两个具有代表性的算例,分别从结构构件的刚度差异和结构几何拓扑两方面,计算和分析了结构刚度矩阵的病态程度随结构本身性质的改变而改变的规律。在特定的算例中,还有使结构刚度矩阵的病态程度降到最低的最佳刚度分布。     

Generalized Interpolation in Bergman Spaces and Extremal Functions

In a recent paper A. Schuster and K. Seip [SchS] have characterized interpolating sequences for Bergman spaces in terms of extremal functions (or canonical divisors). As these are natural analogues in Bergman spaces of Blaschke products, this yields a Carleson type condition for interpolation. We intend to generalize this idea to generalized free interpolation in weighted Bergman spaces B^{p, α} as was done by V. Vasyunin [Va1] and N. Nikolski [Ni1] (cf.also [Ha2]) in the case of Hardy spaces. In particular we get a strong necessary condition for free interpolation in B^{p, α} on zero–sets of B^{p, α}–functions that in the special case of finite unions of B^{p, α}–interpolating sequences turns out to be also sufficient.     

A local boundary condition coupled to a finite element method to compute guided modes of optical fibres under the weak guidance assumptions

An efficient method coupling a local boundary condition to a finite element technique is proposed to compute guided modes of optical fibres under the weak guidance assumptions. This method is designed to provide accurate solutions for optical fibres with no restriction on their shape as well as on their refractive index profile.
