Summary Inverse gas chromatography is shown to be suitable for the study of the oxidation of vegetable oils. With air as carrier gas characteristic plots of retention index versus time are obtained for hydroxylic test solutes that are consistent with the oxidation behaviour of vegetable oils. Shifts of retention are found to be accompanied by changes of column efficiency due to the oxidative crosslinking of polyunsaturated vegetable oils. The technique also leads to useful information concerning the oxidation of antioxidant inhibited systems. 苯乙烯(St)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,在致孔剂甲苯和十二醇存在下,直接以Ф4.6×50mm色谱柱管为模具,同时在整个反应过程中通过氩气对反应混合物施加一个恒定的压力,通过原位聚合制备了聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)(PSD)型整体柱。在聚合过程中对反应混合物施加一定的压力,使制备的整体柱表面光滑无凹痕现象,并且使柱子的两头平整不凹陷,有利于提高柱效。本文对整体柱的孔结构及其对蛋白质的分离性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,整体柱内部含有大量类似渠道的大孔,孔径为2μm~3μm,在流速为5ml/min时,背压为7MPa。而且流速对色谱分离效率的影响小,流速从1ml/min增大到3ml/min时,牛血清白蛋白和溶菌酶这两种蛋白质的总分离效能指标K1的值基本保持不变,保持在3.35左右,说明可以通过提高流速实现蛋白质的快速分离。  相似文献

The photoinduced bulk polymerization of a reactive-hindered amine fight stabilizers(r-HALS), 4-acryloyl-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidinyl (ATMP), was performed at 80℃ by using a DPC technique. An unique periodic exponential attenuation-type oscillating curve was found when the polymerization was carried out in air, but this phenomenon was not found in nitrogen.It is supposed that this unique kinetic performance may be attributed to nitroxyl radicals that are produced in situ from the oxidation of ATMP. ATMP polymer with narrow polydispersity (d =1.03) can be obtained by photoinduced solution polymerization of ATMP. The signal detected in ESR may be assigned to the nitroxyl radicals in the matrix of ATMP polymer. Since this kind of recycling of nitroxyl radicals is well documented for the photostabilizing mechanism of HALS, the present results may serve as a kinetic evidence for this mechanism.  相似文献

Cell division (mitosis) is one of the basic requirements for multicellular oranisms. The capability of a cell to replicate enables a complex assembly to be created. Faulty regulation of the control mechanism in the cell cycle leads to an excessive cell proliferation and is the cause of cancer. The key position of the cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and their direct partners, as well as the fact that the majority of malign illnesses show defects in at least one of these key players of the cell cycle, is of great interest for the development of low-molecular-weight CDK inhibitors. In this Review an overview of the different structural classes of ATP-competitive inhibitors of CDKs are given, whose devlopment was aimed at battling cancer. The Review shows how far the development of selective CDK inhibitors has progressed and to what extent the expectations for such drugs have so far been fulfilled.  相似文献

Summary Some newmono- andbis-benzothiazolyl compounds with furan or thiophene nuclei were synthesized by multistep reactions from the corresponding furan and thiophene aldehydes. The data obtained from emission spectra show a large influence of the benzothiazole rings on the relative quantum efficiency of the compounds under investigation.

Zusammenfassung Einige neuebis-Benzothiazolylverbindungen mit einem Furan- bzw. Thiophenenring wurden in einer mehrstufigen Reaktion dargestellt. Die Fluoreszenzdaten der untersuchten Verbindungen zeigen einen großen Einfluß der Benzothiazolringe auf die relative Fluoreszenzquantenausbeute.

Relative mass transport efficiencies of near infrared (λ = 795 nm) femtosecond laser generated brass aerosols in helium were measured by ICP-MS applying different ablation cells with short and long washout times. It was found that the transport efficiencies are independent of the cell used within the mutual experimental uncertainties. This finding was confirmed by additional measurements providing the absolute particle mass transport efficiencies of femtosecond laser ablation in He. Here, the transport efficiencies were determined by weighing the samples before and after ablation with a micro-balance, collecting the particles by low-pressure impaction, and evaluating the impacted masses quantitatively by total reflection X-ray fluorescence. Within the experimental uncertainties (± 9–19%) the same absolute transport efficiency (about 77%) was found for all cells applied. This efficiency value can be regarded as a lower limit of the absolute mass transport efficiency since mass losses in the impactor are difficult to quantify.  相似文献

Four para-dialkylaminophenyl (PDAAP1-PDAAP4) bearing carboxyl groups were studied for application to the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC). It was found the short spacer CH2 between carboxyl and dialkylaminophenyl chromophore in PDAAP3 and PDAAP4 led to highly efficient monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiencies (IPCE), however the long alkyl group C4H9 attached on aniline moieties in PDAAP2 and PDAAP4 favored improvement of open-circuit photovoltage. Thus, the solar cell sensitized by PDAAP4, having both short carboxyl groups CH2COOH and long alkyl groups C4H9, exhibited the IPCE maximum of 73% at 670 nm and overall energy conversion efficiency η of 3.06%, representing the highest IPCE and η values so far in dialkylaminophenyl-based organic dye-sensitized semiconductor solar cells. Taking advantage of the highly efficient sensitizing ability of PDAAP4 in far-red region, the data of IPCE above 630 nm of the solar cells were improved greatly by cosensitization with both N3 and PDAAP4. The influences of the TiO2 film thickness and the concentration of 4-tert-butylpyridine (TBP) in electrolyte were also investigated.  相似文献
