Er3+掺杂的Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃的光谱性质

测试了Bi₂O₃-B₂O₃-SiO₂玻璃中的Er³⁺离子的吸收光谱、发射光谱、⁴I_13/2的荧光寿命、拉曼光谱,及OH^-的傅里叶红外吸收光谱。应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了该玻璃中的Er³⁺离子的J-O参数、振子强度、⁴I_13/2能级的寿命,从而利用测得的⁴I_13/2的荧光寿命得出了⁴I_13/2能级的量子效率(15%)。由于较低量子效率可能与OH^-有关,所以计算了玻璃中的OH^-浓度,发现其浓度较高(1.66×10¹⁹cm^-1,相当于Er³⁺浓度的3倍)。应用McCumber理论和四能级模型计算了Er³⁺离子的受激发射截面和荧光发射光谱的半峰全宽,结果与通过吸收光谱计算所得基本吻合。根据透射率和折射率的关系计算了折射率,发现和测量值相差很大,说明有较大的散射,通过拉曼光谱和显微镜测试,认为是玻璃中的微小气泡造成的。     

Orthogonal double covers by super‐extendable cycles

An Orthogonal Double Cover (ODC) of the complete graph K_n by an almost‐hamiltonian cycle is a decomposition of 2K_n into cycles of length n?1 such that the intersection of any two of them is exactly one edge. We introduce a new class of such decompositions. If n is a prime, the special structure of such a decomposition allows to expand it to an ODC of K_n+1 by an almost‐hamiltonian cycle. This yields the existence of an ODC of K_p+1 by an almost‐hamiltonian cycle for primes p of order 3 mod 4 and its eventual existence for arbitrary primes p. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文给出了一个关联图为圈的非负、半正定矩阵A为完全正的一个充要条件.我们还证明了这样的矩阵A（当A为完全正时）的分解指数即为A的阶数.     

Generation of UV laser light by stimulated Raman scattering in D2, D2/Ar and D2/He using a pulsed Nd:YAG laser at 355nm

A pulsed Nd:YAG laser at 355nm is used to pump Raman cell filled with D_2, D_2/Ar and D_2/He. With adequately adjusted parameters, the maximum photon conversion efficiency of the first-order Stokes light (S_1, 396.796nm) reaches 33.33% in D_2/Ar and the stability of S_1 in pure D_2 is fairly high, the energy drift being less than 10% when the pump energy drifts in the range of 5%. The conversion efficiency and stability, which are functions of the composition and pressure of the Raman medium and the energy of pump laser, are investigated. The result has been used to optimize the laser transmitter system for a differential absorption lidar system to measure NO_2 concentration profiles.     

一种新的WDM光网中的共享链路保护策略

研究了WDM光网中的链路保护问题.提出了一种新的共享链路保护策略--基于SRLG的共享链路保护策略(SRLG-SLP).SRLG(共享风险链路组)定义了对一条工作光通道分配保护资源时的资源可用性的约束.它规定任意两条有着同样故障风险或者说处于同一个SRLG的工作光通道不能利用同样的保护资源.另外,还提出了一种更加符合实际的单链路故障模型,其中链路故障间隔时间和链路故障保持时间被考虑作为两个独立的变量.基于该链路故障模型,通过大量的仿真试验,比较了专用链路保护(DLP)、共享链路保护(SLP)和提出的SRLG-SLP保护策略的资源利用率、保护效率以及业务中断率.结果显示,我们提出的SRLG-SLP在保护效率和业务中断率方面的保护性能远好于DLP和SLP,但会牺牲一些资源利用率.

组合DEA方法与成熟度模型对项目效益的评价

为全面考虑资金、管理决策能力等因素对项目效益的影响，本运用数据包络分析与项目成熟度模型结合的方法来对企业各个项目之间的相对效益进行评价，应用结果表明该评价方法对于企业资源的最优配置、提高总体效益是十分有用的。     

70K温区混合工质分凝分离循环节流制冷机实验研究

混合工质节流制冷机正在许多方面获得越来越广泛的应用。文中设计了一种新型的混合工质分凝分离循环 ,建立了实验系统 ,并在 70 K温区进行了实验。实验结果表明 ,节流制冷机可以达到 6 5 .3K的低温 ,并在 72 K温度提供 1W的制冷量 ,输入功率为 5 0 0 W。     

Nowhere zero 4‐flow in regular matroids

Jensen and Toft 8 conjectured that every 2‐edge‐connected graph without a K₅‐minor has a nowhere zero 4‐flow. Walton and Welsh 19 proved that if a coloopless regular matroid M does not have a minor in {M(K_3,3), M*(K₅)}, then M admits a nowhere zero 4‐flow. In this note, we prove that if a coloopless regular matroid M does not have a minor in {M(K₅), M*(K₅)}, then M admits a nowhere zero 4‐flow. 矩阵对角相似的图论判别法

本文证明了任意两个ｎ阶复矩阵Ａ和Ｂ为对角相似的充要条件是：它们有相同的伴随有向图，并且以此有向图为基础有向图，以Ａ和Ｂ的对应非零元素比值为弧权值的赋权有向图满足“无向圈平衡条件”。我们还给出了矩阵对角相似条件在非负矩阵谱理论研究中的一个应用。
