We study the mean first passage time (MFPT) over the fluctuatingpotential barrier for a stochastic model of motor proteins in the case of environmental perturbation proposed by J.H. LI et al. [Phys. Rev. E57 (1998) 39171. The MFPT is derived for a particle over the fluctuating potential barrier. It is shown that (i) there is resonant activation for the MFPT as a function of the flipping rate of the fluctuating potential barrier; (ii) the additive and multiplicative noises can weaken the resonant activation, but the correlations between them enhance the resonant activation; (iii) the susceptibility of the resonant activation to the multiplicative noise is far larger than that to the additive noise. 相似文献

Two new unsaturated acryloxide derivatives of 4-amino-substituted-1,8-naphthalimide luminophores were synthesized. Their absorption and fluorescent properties were determined in both CHCl3 and C2H5OH. The luminophores display a broad absorption band in the visible spectral region (halfband-width up to 4433 cm−1) and a fluorescence in the yellow-green region (526–530 nm). The compounds are yellow colored, with a high brightness (from 2.92 up to 6.75) and a purity of color. The possibility of including naphthalimide luminophores in copolymerization process with ST and MMA resulting in the formation of colored polymers was investigated. It was found that no changes in the chemical structure of the chromophore group occurred during copolymerization. More than 92% of the initial luminophores were bound to the polymer chain. The influence of the luminophores on the kinetics of polymerization was studied, and the average viscosimetric molecular weight, Mv, of the obtained colored polymers estimated. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The phenomenon of stochastic resonance (SR) in a bistable nonlinear system is studied when the system is driven by the asymmetric potential and additive Gaussian colored noise. Using the unified colored noise approximation method, the additive Gaussian colored noise can be simplified to additive Gaussian white noise. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is calculated according to the generalized two-state theory (shown in [H.S. Wio and S. Bouzat, Brazilian J.Phys. 29 (1999) 136]). We find that the SNR increases with the proximity of a to zero. In addition, the correlation time τ between the additive Gaussian colored noise is also an ingredient to improve SR. The shorter the correlation time τ between the Gaussian additive colored noise is, the higher of the peak value of SNR. 相似文献

We investigate the stochastic resonance(SR) phenomenon induced by the periodic signal in a metapopulation system with colored noises. The analytical expression of signal-to-noise is derived in the adiabatic limit. By numerical calculation, the effects of the addictive noise intensity, the multiplicative noise intensity and two noise self-correlation times on SNR are respectively discussed. It shows that:(i) in the case that the addictive noise intensity M takes a small value, a SR phenomenon for the curve of SNR appears; however, when M takes a large value, SNR turns into a monotonic function on the multiplicative noise intensity Q.(ii) The resonance peaks in the plots of the multiplicative noise intensity Q versus its self-correlation time τ1 and the addictive noise intensity M versus its self-correlation time τ2 translate in parallel. Meanwhile, a parallel translation also appears in the plots of τ1 versus Q and τ2 versus M.(iii) The interactive effects between self-correlation times τ1 and τ2 are opposite. 相似文献

This paper investigates the stochastic bounded consensus of leader-following second-order multi-agent systems in a noisy environment. It is assumed that each agent received the information of its neighbors corrupted by noises and time delays. Based on the graph theory, stochastic tools, and the Lyapunov function method, we derive the sufficient conditions under which the systems would reach stochastic bounded consensus in mean square with the protocol we designed.
