In this paper, the basic solution of two collinear cracks in a piezoelectric material plane subjected to a uniform tension loading is investigated by means of the non-local theory. Through the Fourier transform, the problem is solved with the help of two pairs of integral equations, in which the unknown variables are the jumps of displacements across the crack surfaces. To solve the integral equations, the jumps of displacements across the crack surfaces are directly expanded in a series of Jacobi polynomials. Numerical examples are provided to show the effects of the interaction of two cracks, the materials constants and the lattice parameter on the stress field and the electric displacement field near crack tips. Unlike the classical elasticity solution, it is found that no stress and electric displacement singularities are present at crack tips. The non-local elastic solutions yield a finite hoop stress at the crack tip, thus allowing us to using the maximum stress as a fracture criterion in piezoelectric materials. 相似文献

A modified shear lag analysis, taking into account the notion of stress perturbation function, is employed to evaluate the effect of transverse cracks on the stiffness reduction in [±θn/90m]S angle-ply laminated composites. Effects of number of 90° layers and number of ±θ layers on the laminate stiffness have also been studied. The present results represent well the dependence of the degradation of mechanical properties on the fibre orientation angle of the outer layers, the number of cracked cross-ply layers and the number of uncracked outer ±θ layers in the laminate. 相似文献

The J_2-integral induced from the interface of bimaterial solids(J_2~(interface))is stud-ied by numerical method.First,the effect on the J_2-integral induced from the interface is verysignificant in bimaterial solids,which is inherently related to that induced from the subinterfacecracks.Moreover,it can be concluded that either the first or the second component of the J_k-vector is always equal to zero when the contour encloses both the cracks and the whole interfacein bimaterial solids.Secondly,it can also be concluded that the interface does produce significanteffect on the J_2-integral induced from the subinterface cracks(J_2~(sub))in bimaterial solids.Thiseffect depends on the geometry of the crack arrangement,which is corresponding to the differentinteraction effect among the cracks and the interface.Moreover,the interface effect on the J_2~(sub)can be neglected when the distance from the crack center to the interface is large enough,whichreveals that the bimaterial solids can be regarded as homogenous solids in fracture analysis whenthe subinterface crack is far enough from the interface.Three examples are given in this paper. 相似文献

Real-time visualisation of deformation fields using speckle interferometry and temporal phase unwrapping 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A real-time system for analysing data from speckle interferometers, and speckle shearing interferometers, has been developed. Interferograms are continuously recorded by a digital camera at a rate of 60 frames s−1 with temporal phase shifting carried out at the same rate. The images are analysed using a pipeline image processor. With a standard 4-frame phase-shifting algorithm (phase steps of π/2), wrapped phase maps are calculated and displayed at 15 frames s−1. These are unwrapped using a temporal phase unwrapping algorithm to provide a real-time colour-coded display of the relevant displacement component. Each camera pixel (or cluster of pixels) behaves in effect as an independent displacement sensor. The reference speckle interferogram is updated automatically at regular user-defined intervals, allowing arbitrarily large deformations to be measured and errors due to speckle decorrelation to be minimised. The system has been applied to the problem of detecting sub-surface delamination cracks in carbon fibre composite panels. 相似文献

本文讨论了含有均匀基体裂纹的正交复合材料对称层合板的线性粘弹性力学行为.采用二维剪切滞后模型并对其层间剪应力在厚度方向进行线性假设分布,求得层合板的平均应力应变的线弹性解,利用等效约束模型和经典层合理论可得到层合板因为含有基体裂纹而所引起的刚度退化现象.在弹性-粘弹性对应原理的基础上对其层合板的线粘弹性进行了讨论和研究.结果表明:层合板的松弛模量和蠕变泊松比随着时间的增加而减少,到达稳态后其值基本上是恒值.并跟Zocher的解析解和有限元数值解作了比较,发现结果非常吻合. 相似文献

采用各向异性体平面弹性理论中的复势方法,应用保角变换技术,以F aber级数为工具,导出含任意多椭圆孔和裂纹群无限大各向异性板在远场载荷作用下其应力场和位移场的级数解,并在此基础上利用断裂力学方法确定裂纹尖端的应力强度因子,通过算例讨论了材料参数及裂纹、孔的尺寸等对应力强度因子的影响规律,得出了一些有益的结论。数值结果表明本文方法具有计算精度高、收敛速度快、方便快捷等优点,有利于全面系统地研究各参数对结构断裂性能的影响。 相似文献
